Close to the airport. I was exhausted Both the body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. The toilet paper roll holder was broken and the toilet paper was lying in the floor. The sheets were rough and low quality.

The breakfast was good especially the blueberry waffles. The air did keep the room. Cool.

Dont know if it a drop on atandards for the Hampton brand or just this particular hotel, but this was a huge disappointment. The overall quality of this stay was no higher than the lowest hotel grade available. No extra toilet paper, no floor towel or other floor covering in the bathroom. Our feet were cold. Very plain and a "cold" atmosphere throughout. Not warm and inviting. Breakfast was unimaginative and featured old and broken appliances. Just a spartan, non-inviting place to stay. Staff were warm and friendly which we appreciated.

Location to the airport. Bed was comfortable. They allow smoking at the front entrance. It should be 50 feet away so it doesn’t smell so bad to enter. Bathroom vent was filthy and hooks falling off the wall room 407.

The coffee never showed up during breakfast hours. Delivery guy issue. Eggs blue. No kidding. Door key did not work. Needed master key. Front desk check in took 35 minutes because the staff kept leaving the area. Quite odd. At midnight with two young children, we were exhausted.

Easy booking an extra night until i could get a ride home. The shuttle driver took me back and forth to try to rent a car. Offered to take me to get food. I only stay at this Hampton Inn when i do travel out of the airport. Close enough to places to walk and get some food without having to worry about getting on the main highway. They are always clean and always Daily coffee and food. Thank you for all that you guys helped with!

Great location Our dead bolt lock did not work. Of course this caused me not to be able to rest. I reached out to the front desk and all I got was “I’ll make a note” Unacceptable. You should want your guest to feel safe. Place them in another room or whatever you have to do to fix the issue

Booked double bed. Got there to check in. Was informed no double beds. Offered king bed for 3 people staying. Cancelled and went elsewhwre. Guy at front desk very nice and apologetic. Good service, internet booking was inaccurate

We were at first sent to a room that hasn't been cleaned but then we're given a room that had been prepared. Other than that, our room was good.

The room and bathroom were clean and more spacious than expected. Sufficient places to store clothing…. We did not have the breakfast because we had to leave at 6 am but there was coffee, teas, and hot chocolate our 24/7 so we were able to get coffee to take to our room while we packed up. The shuttle to the airport was on demand unlike some hotels where it only time every 30 or 40 minutes. The driver was ready at 6 am!

The lady that drove the shuttle to the airport was Awesome, she said that she would make sure my MIL got off and out of the shuttle safely at the airport

WE HAD NO PHONE, HEAT WENT OUT LAST NIGHT OF OUR STAY, WE TOLD THE FRONT DEST,NO APOLOGY, NOTHING.

Wish it had a secure WiFi. Surprised how quiet it was even though right next to airport.

The overall stay was good. The air conditioning was a little weak for my comfort but worked. Could hear the planes taking off but was expected since the hotel was across the street from the airport.

Front desk staff was not available when needed to change reservations and needed more room amenities

The shower was filthy with weird debris. The air conditioner made weird loud noises periodically throughout the night. The person who checked me in, didn’t know how to check me in. He had to call someone. It was three in the morning, and I had to wait close to 20 minutes to get checked in.

I reported on two nights in a row that the shower/tub was not draining properly. While taking a shower you were standing in drain water. I asked to please have the bathroom door lubricated because it squeaked so bad it would you could hear down the hallway no response!! I asked for a wakeup call didn’t happen. On a positive note most of the staff was very pleasant!!

Incredible hotel! Loved our room! Nature trail next to hotel that was a perfect bonus for us to exercise! Pool was amazing. Breakfast was incredible. Super convenient for us to fly out early the next day.

I was so impressed with the outdoor areas - so clean and free of litter. And upon entering, the hotel smelled amazing, lobby so clean and inviting. Front desk staff super friendly. And the rooms were amazing. So clean, smelled wonderful, beds were so comfortable, furniture and built-ins so cool and best of all the hand soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner dispensers best invention ever!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I previously stayed in this Hampton on a few occasions, during which time several areas were in the process of being remodeled. On this occasion, the room I stayed was absolutely perfect...The room was immaculate, the bed super comfy, the layout and decor impeccable, the restroom lighting and counter space amazing. I did not partake of breakfast or use the pool so cannot comment on those items; however. I did note that the shuttle van was always on hand for guests, and there are complimentary beverages available 24/7 . Compared with other nearby hotels, I felt the accommodations were a notch above those offered elsewhere for a comparable or mostly higher nightly fee.

It was an awful experience I waited over an hour for shuttle service which never happened after traveling all day with lies. I had to call ad get a taco service. When I got tp the hotel I was then made aware that they have been without phone service for four days.it is totally unacceptable that customers are not aware and I was not even compensated in anyways for the inconvenience

The best deal for the money near the Knoxville Airport. Very friendly people -- especially the manager and the lady who picked us up at the airport and who was serving breakfast. All the amenities in your room, solid TV options, strong internet, GREAT breakfast, including amazing biscuits. Never tasted better biscuits at a hotel breakfast, I'll say that. A++++

Housekeeping never came to straighten up the room or bring clean towels even after staying two nights.

The hotel was pretty nice overall. However, the bathroom needs an exhaust fan. I really cannot understand why hotels keep taking these out. Why? Just stop it. Leave the fan alone.

The place is nice but the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed and the breakfast was horrible. Milk was curdled.

The hotel itself was good. The breakfast in the morning was good. Staff was nice. I was disappointed that the pool was closed during my entire stay. I was visiting friends and part of the reason I stayed at a hotel was to enjoy being outside at the pool while they worked. It's not anyone's fault, but it was disappointing.

The property was well maintained and clean. It’s in a convenient area. The rooms are on the small side but it was fine for a one night stay. The beds and bedding could use updating

I didn't bother complaining about it, I just got up, packed and left about 10:30 PM, got back on the road and slept at rest areas. I'm sure the staff saw what was happening and if it were white people making all the noise, something would have been said about the kids being out of control.

We had 17 teams rooms reserved for 3 nights. We sent over a cc auth form and rooming list a week in advance. Wrong cards were charged, wrong rooms were assigned, wrong room types were assigned, rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, had to get towels from the front desk, front desk staff very inexperienced.

The shower wasn’t completely clean. However, the rest of the room was very nice. Employees were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

The place is great and the staff is extremely helpful. There was an issue with the shuttle. They pick-up at Zone 5 vs the Airport Shuttle area. Its not on the expedia instructions nor is their local phone number. When I called the number on the website, it only gave the global reservations, so it took a long time to get picked-up. The condition of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff made up for the inconvenience. Thanks.

There is no towel rack or hooks in bathroom to hang towels or wash cloths for drying. This makes no sense to me, especially since I prefer to use my towel multiple times. I discovered a queen fitted sheet had been put on my king size mattress when the corners were pulling off. Initially, I thought perhaps the sheet was put on the wrong direction. After a personal attempt to re-make the bed, it was evident the incorrect size fitted sheet was used. I called the front desk to ask that the correct size sheet be dropped by housekeeping the next day. Trey said he'd made note of it for housekeeping. There was a king-sized fitted sheet on the bed when I returned the next day. You can bet that is something I will be checking on all hotel beds! Breakfast fare was wonderful and varied , and I appreciated that bottles of water were offered to guests at the front desk.
