All was very good

Everything was wonderful. Building and room cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was great with choices thst would have made anyone happy. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming and quick to help when any need arise. I’ve stayed in more pricey hotels thst we’re nowhere near as good.

This must have been a pet friendly room because there was dog hair everywhere. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh smelling. Not the best hotel in town, but has a clean bed and shower.

The shining star of Best Western was the lady who worked the desk and drove the shuttle to the airport. She was extremely gracious and polite.

Easy check in was very quiet at night great location Only thing i could say there isn't anywhere to sit outside when the sun's out that would help i think make staying even better

Good hotel but noisy guest with slamming doors. Know it is in airport area but would be better to have doors that don’t slam so hard when allowed to close on their own. People seemed to be coming in and out all night.

Location and comfortable room and bed DIRTY water it was literally brown coming out of the faucet. Even after waiting five minutes the water was still yellow. Staff told me to run it 5 more minutes. The phone was also out of order.

Looked good but staff was hard to find. Only one person there arnd doing the job of Many Had a choice of two different rooms because they smelled so badly of mold and mildew. There were no other choices and had to leave so we did not stay and I had paid extra for free cancellation so I expect that that is the way it was handled. The gentleman there did not know how to do that and said that you people had to do it at Booking.com.

the desk clerk is excetional Hotels are over charging and providing very little service. This is the reason so many now use other lodging systems.

My flight was cancelled. I arrived after 10 pm slept for a few hours and departed early the next morning. The two staff members I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I left too early to have breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Mainly, the hotel was a good stay. The location was a little hard to deal with at 1st. If your good with maps or manage to talk to a local there is a better way around. The woman who was running the breakfast area was awesome and very accommodating! As far as the bed, I think a pine straw bed from the 1800's would have slept better, no comfort at all.

Desmond was very friendly, polite, and super helpful during my check in. He made sure to answer my questions and helped set me up to be a rewards member. I can tell he enjoys his job and that makes a difference to the customer. Great job Desmond!

Having airport shuttle early morning was great

We stayed for a wedding and it was great for a quick weekend. Clean room, quiet, close to airport and other towns nearby!

Everything was great. We didn't eat breakfast there, because it wasn't a whole lot of great options I liked, but they did have options..

Building & parking area was fair, room was mostly clean, hallway had a bad smell and front desk staff was immensely rude!! When I return to the area I will never, ever stay here again. I was very unwelcome!

Arrived very late and checked in only to get to room and it was not clean and beds not even made. Went back down and was told they had only one room with king size bed and pull out love seat. Our reservation was for two queen beds because we are all adult size people. Of course the pull out bed was less than comfortable. Only received small discount.

The water pressure wasn’t good. The one bed felt like I was sliding off it all night long I think I should be compensated for such a bad experience. I told the staff about the situation and they acted like they didn’t care. The only plus I will say about the hotel was the Breakfast was Excellent!!

It was an ok stay, but wouldn’t stay again because the vanity/sink/mirror is located outside of the bathroom, making it incredibly difficult to have any privacy when getting ready for the day.

Breakfast was really good. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage. Along with cereal options.

The room I was assigned when I checked in was dirty so the staff had to move me into a new room. During the middle of the night someone used a keycard and opened the door to my room. The next morning my keycard no longer worked for my room when I tried to go back to my room after breakfast. The staff informed me that it was never updated in the system that they switched my room so they had attempted to give it to someone else. Overall it was a terrible experience. Not worth the price I paid at all. I will not be staying here again.

Staff was truly helpful - I was able to get a shuttle from the airport even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after 12:30am ( was supposed to arrive at 11:50pm). Breakfast had pancakes, omelette, sausage patties, biscuits and etc!

I had a little challenge connecting with the airport shuttle, since my reservation confirmation did not include a telephone number for the hotel! I had to call "411" and then choose from 5 different Best Western hotels in the area - with the correct one showing NO address on the 411 list! However, the shuttle driver was very nice and did come quickly once I called.

Breakfast could have have better variety of hot items. Maybe it was just the 1 morning we had there. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would stay again if ever in area again . Super close to airport and they have a shuttle if needed

This hotel is not worth staying at. One of the bedsheets in our room was torn on both ends. We asked for the room to be cleaned after 2 nights of our 3-night stay, and it was not done. We had to get extra towels from the front desk after returning from a long workday.

It was a last minute booking due to travel issues, but the room was clean and had what I needed for the night. There were washer and dryer’s on the property that I needed to use and the front desk also sold individual detergent and softener. Only complaint is that the room had a funny smell. Almost urine like.

Worked out well for our trip to the airport the next morning.

Stayed here last minute after a 4 hr flight delay and didn't get in until 0230 and dar rental wasn't open until 0700. Airport shuttle was waiting at the airport. Room is fine enough, but toilet took 5 minutes to fill back up in between flushed. And we had no shower curtain. I mean we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours until we could get our rental car and get on our way to Gatlinburg, but we couldn't even shower and wasn't going to wait around to have them put one in. So really it served it's purpose as a place to sleep, but beyond that not much else. Best thing about it was the extremely convenient airport shuttle.

Reasonable priced. King size mattress was worn out arrived without a back ache left with one. 6 am to 10 am Breakfast was horrible what little we attempted to eat. Arrived for breakfast at 6:15 am found 1 biscuit. 2 horrible eggs with peppers and onions in them. 1 was under cooked the other was over cooked. The good news is Bojangles and McDonalds are just a short drive away. We are one and done with this location. Staying at LaQuinta next door if we are ever back in the area again.

This was the worst hotel. The room was covered in snot, and the hotel employee was screaming at someone on the phone outside the lobby when I pulled up. It was a negative experience. The only positive part was leaving ten minutes after checking in. The staff seemed unusually lacking. They didn't care about presentation, cleanliness, or kindness. The customer service was poor at best. Very disappointed as I have stayed at Best Westerns that are well cared for with great customer service- this was a bummer all around.

I had to be moved to a different room because of a mouse issue in my room. And then the next night, my sister and her husband had to be moved from their room because of mice. I did not see any nor did they in the new room, but the thought was there every night. The ice machines were broken on all floors so that was just an inconvenience.

Look, it's an air port Best Western. I wasn't expecting much, but for what they are they were great. Room was clean, the staff was really really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. For me to complain about anything feels like not evaluating based on what it's meant to be. A solid, inexpensive place to rest my head to catch an early flight. I'd go back.

When we checked out 10-25 at 6:30 AM there was no breakfast available.

The ice machine was out on the first floor, but not that big of a deal to go up one level. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated having the shuttle to and from the airport. I slept great- comfy, clean bed and quiet, dark room.

This has always been a great location but it has been a year or two since my last visit. This stay was not as good in that there was some mold in the bathtub and the room and hallways smelled like mildew. I hope those get corrected soon so I can stay there again.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear every TV on both sides of you, every time a somebody uses the bathroom or takes a shower and Doors slamming in the hallways. Room stunk, flying bugs in the room on the other hand driver was very accommodating with transportation to and from the airport.

The customer service at the front desk & breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate our family for & during our stay.

The room had a smell to it when we walked in, then when turned on heat it smelled like smoke and so I turned off immediately so the room got cold because it was on 66 degrees and cold when we arrived at 9:30 pm! Ice machine on 1st floor and 3rd floor still isn’t working (wasn’t working in May when we stayed there).

The doors close loudly. If you are a light sleeper, bring noise cancelling headphones. I’ve stayed at this property several times before flying out and it’s been very convenient.

We checked into our first room to discover there were large fresh blood stains on the mattress cover as well as a huge urine stain. It was clear the mattress pad had not been changed and a fresh sheet was just placed on top. It was disgusting. I’ve never been to a hotel where something like this happened. Would never stay at this hotel again.

We really didnt have high expectations being that it is a Best Western but it was perfect. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were both clean and they had the most comfortable beds. Convenient location with dining options nearby.

Asked for turn down service and there wasnt any, was told to just bring our trash down stairs.... we were on the 3rd floor. Had to ask asking for towels, even at the pool. There was an exposed socket. Staff was nice enough i guess but definitely wont be going back

Great motel and staff. Ada needs some improvement ie: the bed and the sink are too high. They seem willing to fix those. I will find out in December.

Wonderful hotel...the only issue I had was that the bathroom sink/counter are not in the bathroom, they are in entry way.. there isn't a place in bathroom for you to put your clothes for shower,or toiletries,

First time, I've had a room with a shower chair and a walk in shower. Even though I didn't need handicapped accessible products, it was handy for someone to have stayed here. Actually had hot water for a shower and multiple plug ins and charge ports. Overall, it was perfect for us since we only live 85 miles away, but had early testing at UT Medical Center and had a straight shot up the highway to the hospital. Front desk staff was nice, rooms were clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Chose this property due to the airport transportation- didn’t answer phone and had to uber the first time needed- when returning the retal car. But did come through on the morning ride to the airport- found a few baby centipedes alive in our room so that was strange

The staff was so very nice and helpful. We were making slime in our room and needed a spoon and the front desk lady helped us out and was patient with my daughter who has high anxiety...we will be coming back

Check in was fine. At 2am in the morning my wife was up to get a drink and a mouse ran across the floor then climbed up the curtain. I called the front desk and the assigned us a new room. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep seeing we were only two doors away.

It seems ok. Not great, not bad. The room was a little stinky from mildew and there was a stain on the comforter.

The rooms were clean. Location convenient for our purposes of getting back to rental ca area the next morning. Except that the a/c in our room had a humidity smell that really was the only minus.

When we checked in the elevator was not working There were no rooms on the main floor for us to check into to accommodate all of us We had to carry our luggage that weighed 75 pounds each up to the third floor Our room was 79° It’s one in the morning We have a flight at six. There is no way we are going to be able to sleep in such hot conditions to catch a flight in the morning. The girl at the desk did everything she could I know this isn’t her fault she did the best she could But I would never stay here again Given how hot the room was

I was a little concerned about some things though. In the room i stayed in, there was a strang smell, but, i wasnt able to locate where it was coming from, the AC unit was also a little dirty. The bed it self was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries they gave were fresh and new. Ultimately this is a five star review. It wasnt a bad experience at all.

This hotel is perfect for someone stranded at the airport who just needs a bed and a safe place to be. It is reasonable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is older and needs some upgrades. My room was super musty and the AC unit had a strong mildew-smell to it. On the surface the room seemed pretty clean, but it definitely smelled less than fresh. It served its purpose, but I would not stay there again if I could help it. .

Carpet in room was torn where it met the tile. They had tried to do some repair over time but we were worried about stepping on the nail strip that holds carpet in place.

EV charger doesn’t work, hasn’t in a long time according to desk attendant. . TV in our room didn’t work, they came and replaced it. Stations were all in SD very blurry.

I stayed at this location because of its proximity to the airport. Our flight came in very late and we saved our drive to our resort for the next day. The location was very commercial but that was to be expected and it totally met my needs. The staff were very nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable however for this stay my room was located near some kind of very big equipment that roared to life every other hour through the night. It was LOUD and vibrated the space so I did not get good rest.

This hotel was great for a quick 1 night stay. The room was clean and comfy and I managed to get a great sleep despite the neighbors being noisy and smoking weed that I could smell through the walls. Despite this, I would stay again.

Our stay was great. When we checked in we asked about the shuttle to the airport and what time we would need to be there. The front desk person told us if we left at 4:30AM we would be good. So we got down stairs to take the shuttle and the front desk person asked if we needed breakfast, we said if it was available we would love it. So she opened the breakfast area at 4:15 so we could eat prior to leaving for the airport. She was awesome. Also this is a perfect place to stay as the airport was less than a 5 min drive from motel! Great place to stay and the staff went above and beyond what was expected!

There was a pullout couch in the room and that was so handy. I loved having somewhere to sit other than on the bed wich is normally the only option. Clean and comfortable
