Staff was helpful and very friendly. Property was well kept and maintained. Beds where horrible. Thin queen size mattress in bedroom were horrible. The pull out bed was also thin and horrible. I would figure a suite would have better mattress then that. I am sad to say I will not be staying here for my next trip.

The customer service was wonderful they listened and accommodated for our needs. The room needs more mirrors and hott tub jets needed to be stronger.

The room was clean, no issues. Staff was super friendly checking in. Overall, very. Satisfied. The bed SUCKED. It was super thin and I felt the springs, every time I moved… so did my sister. Sleep was horrible. But the from was great. Breakfast was delicious.

Reason 1. I had made a mistake on the dates of my reservation. I was a week off when I made the reservations online (my bad). When I went to check in, I found this out. The good: I got a room anyway. The bad 1: I paid full price (about 30% more than my previous reservation price). The bad 2: I was not refunded my payment for the incorrect reservation (even though I was still staying there now). All requests were ignored. So great - they got a free $575. But they lost repeat business for sure (I go to Alb 3-4 times per year). Reason 2: My room was next to an exterior door that slammed shut every time it was used. The noise was so loud that it would vibrate though the bed. This started about 4:50 am and ended about 11pm. Needless to say, my sleep really sucked.

Excellent overall. The breakfast was good and the attendant did a nice job of keeping up considering how busy it was. They kept cookies, water and coffee/tea out all day. The only thing that kept five stars was false hopes. We landed super early and got to the hotel at 7 am. We of coarse didn’t expect to get in that early, but it seemed we were told they’d get us in ASAP and would try to expedite the cleaning of our room. We actually didn’t get a call until after check in! I wish I would’ve just been told from the get go,so I didn’t think we had a chance. But the staff were kind and helpful, held our bags and tried to be accommodating.

Good breakfast selection. Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, cooked oatmeal, yoghurt, assorted cereals, fruit, coffee, teas, juices, bagels and breads, (No muffins). Breakfast starts 7 - 10 am on Sat and Sunday, but perhaps because of the Balloon Fiesta, some breakfast items were available when we left at 4 am. Good location, close to airport and relatively close to freeway. View from our room was to the back, of an empty lot.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and stress-free. The combination of great staff support and thoughtful service truly made my stay stand out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albuquerque and will definitely be returning!
