I do need to say that the front desk totally understood my discomfort and worked with me to get a refund from Hotels.com.

Horrible in every way. We left after seeing 4 different rooms. All weren't clean, and even one the second room was occupied and the third was a handicap room which ha a large bag of trash with used diapers and food containers on the counter and bed wasn't made and smelled bad! The forth room wasn't clean and AC didn't work. I asked to cancel and wanted a receipt with refund but the lady refused to provide that.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was lobby were falling apart, everything was filthy, the bathroom door didn't latch, the faucet handle fell off, the breakfast was cancelled, the pool was shut down...... We ended up checking out 30 minutes after getting there. It was terrible! I travel in budget hotels all the time and I've never not stayed the night. And then, when Expedia tried to get in contact with them to issue a refund, they wouldn't answer! I'm out my money and still had to book another hotel. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had!! Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Worst place to stay do not waste your money

Entire hotel seems run down. Holes in the walls, stains and dirt throughout. Honestly not sure there is any cleaning staff at all, never saw anyone other than the front desk person. Worst part was that there was no hot water in the shower. Easily one of the three worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, would not recommend.

The pool and breakfast are closed.

No working pool, or vending. Old smoke smell. Property was filthy, the halls haven’t been swept or mopped in years. Marker written numbers on the doors or post its taped on. The room didn’t feel safe to sleep in, we slept in our clothes. Horrible stay. Do not recommend, wasted our money none of us slept. Even the beds looked slept in already.

They did renovations in the room, but you can tell it was a rush job. False advertising about continental breakfast.

Booked my room in advance. The hotel canceled my booking with no notification. It wasn't until I arrived and 30 minute phone call that I found out that the room was cancelled and given to someone else. Unfortunately the hotel had no other rooms. This caused me to drive all of Albuquerque for 2 hours to find somewhere to stay for the night at least. The next day I missed most of my event trying to find a room for the weekend. So due to the hotels unprofessional actions the weekend started off unenjoyable.

The absolute worst place I have stayed! The elevator wasn’t working and had to go 3 floors to our room. The TV didn’t work. The worst part, the blankets and sofa had bed bugs! The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful!!! Please do not stay here

There was no pool and no breakfast. It was very dirty on the inside and outside. Every time we moved on the bed, it would make a banging sound. The front desk called us multiple times in the night as we were sleeping. There was no hot water in our room. We tried to check out at 8 o’clock in the morning and no one was there to give us back our cash deposit. We had to hang out for two more hours before somebody got there. We told the manager on duty about the issues and they refused to help solve any of their problems.

Advertised airport shuttle was unavailable. Elevator wasn't working and the hallways were full of trash.

The room was unsanitary and in disrepair. The couch bed had cigarette burns and mattress had stains. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The room across the hall had its door locked in and it felt very unsafe.

WARNING! DO NOT BOOK. The minute I arrived I had a bad feeling. I still went ahead and checked in thinking once inside all will be good. NOPE. As I walk to the room the hallways were all stained. The room we were given did not have a room number on the door I had to guess. Once inside it was a nightmare. The bed sheets had a big circular yellow stained that looked pee. I was not given the room I booked 2 Queen beds. To them the sofa bed was consider the 2nd queen. My son went to wash his hands, and the water handle came completely off. There was a carved cross inside the room door. We all felt so unsafe we did not last 10 minutes in the room. I checked out immediately. I was in line with 3 other families with the same issues who also checked out. One family said they had roaches in their room. In part I feel guilty for booking this room without reading the reviews. We were coming back from New Mexico and needed one night to relax and sleep before heading home. I had no idea I was booking a nightmare of a hotel. I lost my money and learned valuable lessons ALWAYS read the reviews!!! You will see this hotel has a ton of bad reviews. So please save yourself and do not book here.

If you can stay somewhere else choose that. Rooms were dirty, towels had hair on them. Mattress from the couch was dirty had no sheets and stains all over. The only door we could use was the front entrance although our room was towards the back. Pool is green and nasty. Staff is always away from the front desk so be prepared to wait, i had to wait over an hour for them to return my cash deposit although they told me I'd get it as soon as i checked I literally had to call 4 other people for them to finally get ahold of someone to come to the hotel to help me along with 3 other people. Will never return again

I arrived at location Quality Suites Albuquerque Airport and I was told by the receptionist that my reservation could not be honored as they were not open to the public. They were not in business and couldn't check me into a room. They said they had been closed and may open within months. So I had to quickly book some other hotels and at this time there were the State Hight School basketball tournaments going on and many of the hotels had no vacancy.

I arrived the day I had booked to have the front desk tell me my reservation had been canceled. They had not contacted me or given me a refund. Terrible customer service.
