Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque West

Breakfast was all gone by 7 am. No coffee, no potatoes, no gravy, and bread was dried out.

We had a quiet and clean room with all the amenities we are accustomed to. Staff was very helpful

The bed wasn’t even completely made when we arrived. We looked around. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was popcorn and food crumbs on the floors. It was just disgusting. Wanted to go down to the pool and there were so many kids in the pool you couldn’t even enjoy it. Horrible experience. I would never stay at a quality Inn again ever. When we mention to the management of the bed wasn’t even completely made he looked like he could’ve cared less.

Older hotel, A/C is main areas was not working. Room was only ok.

Not the best place, definitely thin walls- could hear EVERYTHING. But it was a clean bed and shower and that’s all I needed at the moment. Wouldn’t be a choice for me in the future but it was what was available at the time.

Check in person was not welcoming. Hotel was not clean inside hallways were dirty. This one needs updating.

Oddly, I was not provided a key card to my room as the key pad on my room door did not work, so I had to leave my door ajar anytime I needed to leave. Otherwise, I had to ask the front desk attendant to unlock my room for me. It was an okay stay.

I liked that the room was dark I had no key, they could not make a key so they had to open it every time. Pee on the bathroom walls, really dirty tub and mildew/mold on shower curtain.

Convenience along the way and decent price. Midrange price. The door system was broken so front desk had to let us in each time we left. Air conditioner was really loud. It looked like the room wasnt cleaned, only linens updated. Worst of all was trying to get into wifi. My husband had work to do and struggled to get hooked to the internet.

Location to the 40. Outlets didn’t work in the room, loose tiles in the bathroom, Wifi kept shutting off then said it didn’t recognize me, bed had a large sway in the middle…

Location We had no room service at all over 3 days even though I went to the front desk and asked for room service. I had to get clean towels and was given a black trash bag for our trash.

It was clean, bed was alright. When we got there I flushed the toilet to see if it worked properly, but the water wouldn't go down. I ask the front desk but instead of giving us another room he just gave us a plunger. Still with the plunger it didnt flush. Good thing we had gotten to rooms.

The price is very convenient. Good area
