Sufficient for a one night stay. Felt a little "notice your surroundings" with all the people that live there more permanent just hanging out outside. I guess, where else would you go if that was your living situation? Didn't feel unsafe, just a lil loitery (I know that's not a word).

The rooms were nice but the area was not.

The room wasn’t clean , I see one little cockroach on the wall close to the kitchen burner

Access easy, clean

Location great. Breakfast a little scanty. I don't like breakfast so didn't care and usually Motel coffee isn't good anyway so I declined. My husband, who has also stayed there without me, wasn't satisfied with a breakfast. It's just something sustainable to get on your way but not for somebody who actually eats breakfast and is used to them in other motels. My own complaint was the exterior of my room which was impeccable. The trash area looks a little congested and more like homeless people are living there. I guess there are some Extended Stay people but the trash area shouldn't reveal that to the people who are there for only one night. Also the cement floor area leading to the rooms seemed a little sketchy like it needed to be scrubbed but honestly I don't care because I only care about my own room which was perfect but just telling you how it looks from the outside, not able to compete with other motels but maybe your price reflects that anyway. I would stay again but felt at the area was a little sketch

Attendant was friendly. Location fine. Trashy.Each floor could use cleaning including elevator. I took the hit, paid the overnight fee and found somewhere else to stay.

You get what you pay for as they say. Maintenance personnel need to learn how to paint and keep stairways clean

While the cleanliness of the property had room for improvement, such as trash in the stair wells and the outside trashcans were always full, the staff is excellent. Personalized service, you never feel like just a number there, but truly a guest.

Totally to what we expected. Room did not have a good smell as we walked in even though it was a non smoking room still had a smoker smell, looked like a couple cleaning areas were missed had spider webs in bathroom.
