Days Inn by Wyndham East Albuquerque

Bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very poor.

My room was dirty. Asked for a handicap accessible room but was not accommodated. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal. When I asked them to refill the milk they rudely told me they just refilled it. When I went swimming there was roaches in the pool area.

I love staying at this place this last stay was nice we got the Top floor our room over looked the inside pool the appliances was nice the bed was big

El hotel esta ok lo único es que el aire acondicionado no enfría suficiente por lo que no se puede dormir bien por la calor. Y deben darle mas mantenimiento a los drenajes del lavamano porque estaba tapado. Es de lo único que me quejo por lo demas esta en una buena localización el aeropuerto a 14 minutos y tiene restaurante, tiendas, estación de gasolinas a su al rededor. En fin el hotel esta en un punto céntrico.

Room comfort Noisy! There were people that were loud must have been having parties in their rooms with multiple people on their rooms. The police needed to be called at one point due to domestic disturbance! I told the manager that if we couldn't get a quiet area room the next time that we would NOT stay at the property again!

Property is in a great location! Warm and welcoming staff. The ladies that clean the rooms were so nice and accommodating! They both have wonderful smiles and are very good with the guests.

Other reviews said it was a nice area. We did not feel safe. We witnessed a hooker entering and exiting a room, gang activity, and drug activity in our 1 night stay. There is also a door on one of the rooms that was obviously kicked in. The girl at the desk was super friendly and sweet. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing in the fridge. Pretty much you could have a waffle.

Terrible. When I checked in the front desk, clerk didn’t tell me the Wi-Fi password or that there would be no housekeeping services My whole stay. I was there for three days. And have some kind of protein with your breakfast. All it was was carbs. And nothing to drink, but coffee. And your indoor pool was heated. In Albuquerque where it was 100° and you went into a warm pool. That makes no sense.

Room clean, pool was nice but they put chemicals in it at a time when people were wanting to use it. Better breakfast options would be nice.

Blood on the room on the door on the chair. The room was very bad, did not stay. Canceled when to another location.

Accessible room was nice. Right by the office.

The room was very roomy and clean. The only issue was the TV cord went from the wall under the bed so I tripped over it a couple of times in the middle of the night. The breakfast in the morning was lacking. The fruit was starting to spoil and there were not a lot of choices. The only drink options was coffee.

Pool area is not to good. Lots of chlorine that was over powering. The jets in the jacuzzi were weak. There was kids in the area which is fine but no parents to supervise and they were doing cannon balls and jumping off the rails. Very slippery also

The room was clean and the staff where nice and parking was well lid. Over all was a good place to stay.

The room wasn’t totally clean, hair in the sink and small stuff on the floor. The neighbors were loud and had multiple dogs in their room + were loud way beyond midnight, so just an uncomfortable stay. But the space is close to everything and staff was ok, but wouldn’t stay there again.

The pool area was filthy, with hair visible on the pool walls and surrounding areas. The hot tub was cold and apparently not working, yet there was no notice posted. There were also no working lights in the pool area, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced. The selection was extremely limited, the waffles were burnt, the oatmeal station consisted of oats in a container, the coffee was terrible, and the overall quality was unacceptable. I paid for a hotel with amenities that were advertised but not properly maintained or functioning. The condition of the property did not match reasonable expectations for a hotel listed on Expedia. I'm requesting compensation for this stay and would appreciate Expedia reviewing this property's condition and amenities so other guests are not misled. Thank you.
