This was, by far, the nicest hotel stay we've had in a long time! The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic!!

I can't rate the swimming pool/spa or the outdoor grill area and fire pit as it was clogged with kids all day/night. Very unfortunate for us that a sports team was staying there and prevented us from being able to use the amenities. Our own children missed out and were disappointed. You also need a better program for the basketballs. Maybe people have to leave $20 or some type of fee will be added if they don't return the basketball within 2 hours. I don't know exactly, but again, all the basketballs were taken and not returned so my child couldn't even use the basketball court. The hotel itself was really great and the breakfast was better than any we've encountered. We were highly impressed with the hotel and breakfast and would stay again based on just those. Very disappointing there isn't a way to control the basketballs better and/or some way of rotating people in and out of common areas so all can enjoy. The morning breakfast was great with the 24-hr. coffee machine! everything you need is on site and it's a convenient location to everything including walking distance to the mall.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was spotless. Coffee, tea and pantry was always stocked, and the front desk was so warm and inviting to us every time we passed them. Complimentary laundry was a huge bonus especially with kids. We would definitely stay here again without thinking twice.

I love how I was able to get an amazing price for the amount of people that I had with me, which was five adults I did see a hair in my bathtub and I wasn’t too impressed with the mold around the hot tub

Breakfast was out of this world, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Room was perfect for my family, staying a long weekend in town for a wedding. The room was comfortable, the kitchenette was exactly what we needed. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint. Lots of options even for this vegan family of five. Hot tub & pool were welcome amenities after that 10 hour drive.

The overall experience is good. The free dinner and 24/7 coffee/tea helped increase the level of satisfaction. The only drawback is the central air unit made very loud noise in the night that impeded the sleep.

Second stay there, best benefit if you have a kitchen is the Trader Joes within a walking distance. I do recommend staying here, pool/hot tub time is conditional to others staying there, but they are nice.

I didn't like the fact that there were children everywhere and the pool and hot tub were pretty unusable for adults who wanted to enjoy their stay without their own children, but were subject to other people's children.

Hotel was clean and maintained overall. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful making sure requests were accommodated although could have been a warmer welcome coming and going through lobby Using pool the noice was loud and echoing. But worse was the pool chemicals were off and made swim suits smell awful not just chemically almost mold funk and strong chlorine.

Exercise room had good mix of equipment, pool and hot tubs hours were accessible, room was clean. Dining room area is comfy. Love that fireplace!

The layout of this hotel felt luxurious. I stayed in a 1 king bedroom suite and it felt so homey yet so spacious. Will definitely be staying here again and at other StayBridge Suites locations.

We have visited this location at least five times, each time being greeted with hospitable, attentive staff at the front desk and other services. The layout of the building and the rooms is convenient and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. So much fresh fruit and many choices. Such a convenient location next to a mall/movie theater/bookstore/restaurants. A shuttle is available to take you anywhere on an adjacent road offering large variety of restaurants and stores.We will be returning!

Comfortable accommodations

Rooms like home; comfortable and clean. Breakfast has many options with friendly help staff. At all times the facility was clean with coffee bar available all day. There are laundry facilities and a light but filling evening repass a few days a week.

We were mistakenly assigned to the wrong room, but staff made that right immediately. We loved the social hour and our room was spacious and lovely. Also terrific breakfast. It's easy to lose the elevator there-- some signage would go a long way. Our bathroom had a strange door and the bottles in the shower are too high and shoot straight out-- hard to use for someone who is 5' 5". Also our bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off completely. Those nice bedside lamps and chargers failed to charge items. But basically everything else was great. Very happy. We will definitely return.

The room was great and having three little kids - one of them being a newborn traveling. I needed the kitchen to clean the bottles and make sure that my kids were fed. Great morning breakfast options and even better staff! They were great to my kids and offered board games while we waited 20 mins for our room. (Early check in and out since our flight got cancelled - very accommodating) Would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself near Albany.

The hotel was very clean, modern, an awesome full breakfast, the mattresses were a bit soft. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant.

On a business trip. Beds were comfortable, service was great downside...the shower had pink mold in the corners and the around the shower door.

This hotel was wonderful! The room was big and really nice. It was great that the bedroom was separate from the living and kitchen area. The breakfast was incredible and exceeded any other hotel continental breakfast I’ve ever had.

Everyone of the staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We have stayed the last two weekends in a row. Both experiences we wonderful. We will definitely be going.

Nice to have large room with seating area and small kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast, fresh waffles are always a favorite and patio was available for those who wanted to sit outdoors.

Stayed a week here with my mom and daughter for my Niece’s high school graduation. We loved it. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the meals were good, the location was very convenient for our needs and there was decent shopping really close (you could see Macy’s from the front of the hotel). The hotel is very nice and comfortable with plenty of nice amenities. We agreed that this will be our place to stay from now on whenever we come to visit.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit that included a small kitchen and seating area, perfect for the three adults and three children in our group. Very comfortable beds, two spacious bathrooms. Staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay when you move to a new location before looking for a place to stay in Albany, NY. It’s conveniently located near the airport, highways 87 and 90, and downtown Albany. The breakfast is excellent ! Best Coffee especially dark roast and tea available 24/7. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. It’s also close to Regal Cinema, Indian grocery, and the CrossFit mall. The location is beautiful!

When I arrived, I expected a room as shown in the online photos. Instead I had a room with fingerprints all over th walls, old dirty and sticky carpeting, hair on the bathroom floor and dirty tiling, redisue in the tub, ice-maker broken, cobwebs in the corners of the walls, TV remote dirty and missing the batter closure cover. Overall, the room was simply GROSS. the Manager offered no compensation.

The room was lovely, except for the device to close the bathroom door. Pocket doors generally have much simpler, less obtrusive, and easier to manage closures. Otherwise, wonderful.

Great place for family with kids

The staff on top of the top notch amenities make this visit one of the best hotel stays ever. The staff was beyond amazing, from suppling our young child with markers or tape to make signs to even bring out REAL plates and silverware for our dinner that was doordashed into the lobby. This felt more like a home then a hotel!

Nice lobby, great breakfast, rooms are nice. Music in hallways & elevator was very nice. Fragrance in the air was pleasant. One area of improvement suggested, bathroom shower floor had a lot of yellow stains in corners, outside of toilet on floor was not perfectly clean.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at so far , on our family fun trip.

Staff was nice. However there was an issue with a family being checked in with a similar name. They thought we had already checked in, had to find us a different room. Worked out in the end but a little upsetting

On the plus side the room was clean and the breakfast was truly outstanding with fresh fruit and a complete buffet. On the cons the room layout is inconvenient. The bathroom sink is located outside the toilet and shower area so if you need to get a drink at night you will disturb a sleeping roommate. Also the toilet and shower area is so small you can’t turn around once the door is closed. Plus the door barely clears the toilet making you a contortionist when trying to close it. Add to the list that our toilet didn’t flush and the TV didn’t work properly. Final analysis: place is fairly new and clean breakfast is excellent but room for improvement.

We recently stayed here with our youth baseball team for a tournament. The facilities were so nice and the staff were all amazing!! We had so much fun over the weekend and we were so impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness! Great outdoor space for our team to cook out and hang together and FREE laundry to wash all those baseball pants after games.

It was for a basketball tournament. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed it. The pool got a little over crowded on Saturday, but overall it was excellent.

The staff was not helpful and very slow check in because she was yawning. The building is nice but dirty common areas and room restroom and kitchen are were not very clean. Guess we’re letting no guess inside the building making it unsafe especially for kids. Great hotel just needs a little work.

Enjoyed an overnight for the kids to play in the pool and watch movies in the room all within a few miles from where we live. Food and service was great and the facility well maintained.

My only complaint is house keeping woke us up at 830 to see if we were out of the room (check out is at 12 mind you). I told her no. Went back to sleep, she comes back 45-1 hr later asking when we are leaving. I don’t know I tell her… There were no door hangers that said “do not disturb” so couldn’t really use that :( Other than that, amazing stay/hotel

I’ve been visiting Albany a lot lately because I’ve been visiting a sick friend and I’ve stayed at several different hotels. This stay was the best stay I have had in my many visits. The facility was awesome the stay was peaceful, and convenient to all the places I had to take me friend for treatment. I will definitely be booking my next stay at this Hotel and Suites.

This property has a great location and offered quite a few amenities. It took a while to check in and there are other tasks of the front desk like running a store off to the side which added time to the wait. While there we went to the pool/spa. The spa was the reason we chose the hotel to begin with. The water was cloudy and had an odor. My husband told me not to worry. While in we were there with people who were in days prior and alerted staff as the water was out of the norm. We went to the pool to get the spa water off from us immediately. While we were in the pool the spa water was tested and the entire spa was then emptied and refilled. We were very uneasy knowing the water was that bad it needed to be cleared all together. Back at our room we made sure to clean off well along with washing our swimsuits this added step held up our evening plans. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, ample towels and dove products in the rooms.

The hotel is just across from Colonie Center which includes a mall, Macy's and Whole Foods.

Property in excellent condition. Newly built. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Only downside was noisy motor near our room which disturbed our sleep.

I guess the only negative was at check-in. The person at the check in desk seemed indifferent, not particularly friendly. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and there were guests using it. We didn't use the gym either.

This is located in a very convenient spot. There is a Trader Joe's within walking distance as well as the mall which is a bit farther with a Whole Foods and other amenities, but still within walking distance. Breakfast was available every morning and some week day nights they had "social"hours with free food. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Hotel was great! However, my stay was as a week ago and my incidentals hold has yet to be released. I called and told to give it til next week. They must make a lot of money in interest if they hold every guest incidental fees for over a week.

Overall the property was a good fit for a few nights. It was clean, the beds were comfortable & the staff was polite. Our major complaint was the pool. It was unattended (noted), and in my opinion there was way to many people in the pool, behavior that was very unsafe and much to loud for a family with young children to safely swim. I did notify the staff...however not much was done.

At 7 PM, the rooms were still being cleaned which resulted in a wait to get checked in. The person at the desk was very apologetic and did her best to move things along. The room was excellent otherwise.

Love Staybridge on Wolf Road! I didn't need to rent a car! Shuttle service was excellent and on demand. I could walk to Trader Joe's and Mall. Rooms were good size with full kitchen. I had lovely hot and varied breakfast each morning. Also had their wonderful meals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. I will be back!

The service was excellent! And, they shuttled us out to dinner and back (close by).

Love the kitchen

We stayed here the night before we had a flight. It was clean and quiet. The van was ready at 4:30 AM to take us to the airport. Staff was extremely pleasant.

The only flaw was a housekeeping oversight: the tight design of the bathroom meant the door blocked the former occupant’s towels from being seen when the room was cleaned, so we were greeted by three dirty towels hanging behind the door.

Girl's weekend getaway!! Our suite was absolutely perfect for our trip orlf reading, relaxing, and enjoying friendship! We have found our new spot to stay while in Albany.

Reserved a two bedroom suite expecting a queen bed and two doubles for 4 adults guest. Upon arrival was advised that there were no two bedrooms available so was given a 2 queen and sofa pull-out. Issues with the room included a foul odor smell from the couch, and leaking bathtub faucet.
