The hotel was filthy dirty, there people outside smoking, the hallways smell like marijuana , I arrived there at 5pm, I was running late for an event, did not have time to inspect the rooms fully. I placed my bag in the room and ran out by 6pm. Upon returning, I was greeted by a cockroach coming out of the room, when I went inside there was another in front of the door. I started to inspect the room, I found a plastic bag with a plate inside of the microwave. I called the front desk no one answered. I made the decision to leave the hotel at the moment. When I went to the front desk, reported the cockroaches and the bag of food left in microwave and the pictures of the evidence to the staff, the man was not surprised neither apologized . I told him that I wanted to be refunded. This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever been to. I couldn’t stay there not for one night.

First room given smelled so bad of marijuana that there was no way to stay there. There were questionable invidividuals loitering all over the place, making my teenage daughters very uncomfortable. Was moved to a separate area of the hotel, then smell was better but the room was still old , damaged and not a comfortable stay. Won't be returning when in the area.

There was a living mouse in my room

Just, don't! The smell was awful, beds were gross, front desk associate did not seem surprised or argumentive when I told him I couldn't stay (which made me think it was a common occurrence). They did send me my money back after 6 days. I am always looking for a bargain, but not at the expense of my health or safety not to mention, my children STAY CLEAR!

I am so beyond disappointed with our stay. We were so excited to get away for a weekend. Days Inn has had a good rep from what I have heard over the years. We got there and were immediately greeted with nastiness-a pubic hair on the toilet seat, followed by multiple hairs on and in the bathroom sink. It gets worse! Walk over to the tv and end up with a piece of glass in my toe! At this point I go down to the office and request housekeeping come into the room with new bedding and do an actual cleaning. She showed up with a broom and a fitted sheet thinking all she was changing was the fitted sheet. She swept the decent amount of dirt from the floor out on to the walkway then got annoyed that I was not content with just changing the fitted sheet. Oh well I want clean linen! Everything is going okay after this. Until I filled up the jacuzzi and was presented with not only dirt, but skin oils which proved the tub was in fact NOT cleaned because the oils cling to the side of the tub as it drains. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The property doubles as a shelter for low income families, the rooms are disgusting,, smells of cigarette smoke, the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom the toilet and surrounding corners of the bathroom have embedded dirt, tissue dispenser filthy, the tissue had blue liquid on it and yes it was afresh roo, celing was piling and had some sort of growth on it, the bathroom door was piling wood and wall paper

I was really hesitant when I pulled up cause the place seemed really sketchy and the reviews are so bad. BUT I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean and cozy and I actually had a really good sleep which isn’t easy for me. The pool was closed although I wouldn’t use a pool in this kind of place anyways. I would stay again.

No blinds on the window and the handle for the faucet for the shower was loose

The room was extremely dirty the bathroom was gross. The ceiling was flaking and fallowing down all over. Things were rusty and gross. No breakfast just a granola bar.

Had an issue with the toilet not fully flushing and was told they didn’t have any maintenance people there to come get a plunger from the lobby to fix it myself. Also booked a double bed queen size suite and was not given the proper room.

Booked two nights, only stayed one. We were unloading and a cop driving though the parking lot around midnight stopped to check on us and ask us where we were from. Obviously we were new to town.That's all you need to know about this location and the clientele that frequent it. Room smelled like weed and cigarettes, looked like a prison cell.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The room was not clean, doors were not properly painted, and overall maintenance was poor. What made it worse is that breakfast was advertised as included, yet the staff informed us that they do not serve breakfast. This is misleading and unacceptable. We would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for but was not expecting dried blood on our bathroom door, cigarette holes in the bedding and a bed that felt like we were sleeping in sand. The hotel is pretty sketchy. I would never stay here again and had to sleep with one eye open. There was loud banging almost as if someone was knocking on our door at around 6:00 am which spooked us and cut our stay short. Our keys were deactivated as soon as we received them and the staff member seemed more than dissatisfied to assist us. We weren’t expecting much for the price but to me these things really are unacceptable and a two star is a stretch. This place needs a massive overhaul to update it and clean it up.

Housekeeping waking people up at 8:30 in the morning when checkout is at 11 AM. And trying to get a coffee when I was checking out, the coffee machine wouldn’t work.

The room I was in had a bag tied over the smoke detector and smelled very smoky. I went to a wedding the next day with the feeling that I was dragging a smoke odor with me everywhere I went.

There was no power in the room and we were put in a different room, but there was no power in the entire building. They said the power would be back on shortly, but it didn’t come on until four in the morning and it was freezing cold. On top of that, there was no breakfast like advertised. No one was available at the desk in the morning when I went to check out.

This hotel was safe. I had an interior room. They catered to my need for a downstairs room. They allowed my dog for an additional $25 per night. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the bathroom looked as though they just received a good ADA grant! Satey bars all over the place. That's a good thing. It was not fancy. There were no amenities. No coffee pot. Oh, there was a fridge and a microwave. The heater worked well. Important in 9-degree weather! B A S I C. But if you are not looking for a resort experience and need a safe place to sleep for the night, this place was VERY AFFORDABLE and good enough. The room was large and spacious, and so was the bathroom.

This place is just horrendous... it feels like war era housing... there were bugs in the refrigerator. The public lounge is barren. The "breakfast" is a coffee machine that mixes hot water with some coffee substance. There were people lurking outside of the building all hours waiting to be buzzed in as if there was some kind of illegal activity going on inside. This was very depressing and admittedly unsettling. I moved out the next morning and paid for ANOTHER HOTEL... so I basically paid for two hotels.

I’ve been here 2 months and only had one bad experience with a room infested with roaches and the front desk staff immediately moved me and I haven’t had much trouble since. A few here and there but nothing compared to what it was. The housekeeping does amazing and the front desk also. Hot coffee, granola bars, and fruit are available for breakfast. My only complaint is having to check in and out every so many days because I relocated here and haven’t found a place yet, so I have quite a few things and it’s getting colder and snowing so I’d rather not especially with kids. Overall a decent hotel and would recommend to others. People smoke but doesn’t bother me, restaurants nearby and I feel safe.

The showerhead wasn’t working I had to bathe with the ice bucket. They didn’t have soap for bathing and there was no hand soap. Was given a key card and room number that was already occupied then when we got to the room that was empty there were roaches climbing on the walls and under all the funriture the bottom of the mini fridge was absolutely infested. We left immediately.

The bed was nice but it was a little high for me to climb onto. It was comfortable when I got up in it.

My friend ended up staying and complaining about the bugs, to which he was told that the hotel didn't have bugs. 3 random rooms in 2 different buildings doesn't lie. He also told me that the juice dispenser at breakfast was moldy.

*** My stay at this motel was not quite what I expected. Upon arrival, it appeared that some long-term or homeless families were residing at the property, which gave it a less traditional lodging atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is set up in the parking lot, but the food was actually quite good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with the room keys — they kept malfunctioning, leaving me locked out several times. On my last night, a staff member I flagged down had to literally pry the door open to let me in. When it came time to check out, there were no staff members available at the front desk for me to share any feedback or concerns. The motel’s location itself is excellent, conveniently close to plenty of retail stores and dining options. The room was initially clean, but I did discover two roaches in the bathroom during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, the maintenance, staffing, and cleanliness issues made this stay far from ideal. The pictures on the site are not what you will find when you arrive. That I can promise you!

this place does not look like the photos on the site. it is in the ghetto with a very uneasy feeling as soon as you pull in. We went to the first room it had a pull out couch the mattresses had no sheets or blankets and it was stained like it was a prison cot. We went back to the desk and were given a different room and cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom and behind the t.v. stand on to the dresser. This place should be torn down and these travel sites should not have them listed it's disgusting we had to pay 250.00 a night for the Hilton because everything was booked and we were lucky to get that.

I didn't take any photos, the room wasn't worth it, everyone from staff that talked to us was beyond rude, the rooms weren't even cleaned properly, we stayed for a few weeks as we had no other choice, brought our own cleaning supplies and deep cleaned on our own and found several wrappers and a pacifier even that clearly didn't belong to us as our youngest child is nearly 10 and never even used a pacifier, they don't have the pool they claim to have and haven't in well over a year, there breakfast is a joke and should only be called a snack at best, and the fitness room they brag about is 2 machines. They should be sued for false advertising.

I would not suggest this location to anyone.

The bed linens are used. There are sunflower seed and bread crumbs on both beds. There are blood several small blood stains on the bed linen and pillow case. I asked front desk for new linens and was told that I have to go pick it myself. No hair drier. Only 1 of 2 key cards worked (have to go to front desk to get the other 1 fixed). After a day, the other key card does not work again. No free breakfast for the price that other would have. Terribly awful stay. Does not recommend.

The room had fleas, the door did not lock - neither the deadbolt nor the security latch. To say I felt unsafe is an understatement. Unfortunately, I had COVID and was too sick to move. The vent cover in the bathroom was hanging by a thread, and it was scary. There were large gaps a rodent could easily get through, and the property is a disaster.

The room was dirty. You could hear everything through the walls. The bathroom was disgusting - no hair dyer. When I stepped into the tub the floor was black because of how gross the room was kept. Will never stay here again. Negative ten out of ten.

As I had prepaid, to get a cheaper hotel room for the night, I knew that I wouldnt be able to get a refund. So, I chose a much nicer location, nearby. So, remember- outward appearance, and safety issues of a neighborhood, ARE important for anyone wanting to stay. I will never take a Wyndham property, again.

Property is dirty, run down, and not anything like it seems in the photos on their webpage. Our first room smelled of stale cigarettes, so we asked to be moved. The pet fee was excessive, especially considering how dirty and unkempt the rooms are. Very dodgy part of town, lots of long term renters in the complex.

The property felt a bit dated, though that may be the age of the building and area. The room was spacious and clean, though it had a musty smell on arrival and some dampness that could be felt in the sheets. That said, the beds were very comfortable and nice to sleep in, and there was a good selection of television stations to stay entertained. I was startled awake when a young child banged on my door and tried the handle after confusing my room for theirs. It was surprising to see a 6-7 year old running unsupervised in the hallways around 9 PM. The neighbors were noisy, and cigarette smoke carried into the hallway. Breakfast was advertised, but the actual options were just granola bars and prepackaged fruit cups, which was disappointing since I had several hours of travel ahead and, being unfamiliar with the area, had to find a more suitable meal elsewhere. Despite these issues, the overall stay was pleasant.

The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis, which I happen to enjoy recreationally on occasion - no negative bias here. It’s just not reflective of a clean, professional space. When entered the building in which our room was located (separate from the lobby), a roach immediately scurried across my path. This served as a fitting symbol of what was to come. Walls were covered in dirty hand prints, peeling paint, and several light switch covered appeared held together by masking tape. Our room smelled of old cigarettes and discount body spray. Needless to say, I could not sleep here. We left after 10 minutes and didn’t look back. If I were to speculate as to the target demographic of this hotel, I would not guess traveling families.

One downfall was that the vehicule charging stations were out of order.

The hallways reek of marijuana. The person in the room next to me kept banging on the wall all night. The walls are paper thin. When I asked if I could check out halfway through my stay because I was unwilling to stay there anymore after discovering some of my jewelry was also missing from my room, I was told absolutely not. I ended up having to go to another hotel and pay them for my last two nights. I reached out to Hotels.com during my stay and they finally got back to me and said the hotel says there were no issues so we aren’t going to refund you. Never again.

Low end motel

We had a good rest and the Mexican restaurant next door was the perfect place for dinner.

Big spacious property, my room with 2 queen beds also big and spacious, and clean. The building is old, I can smell meth in the hallway to the room, maybe one of the guests is using. No coffee pot in the room so I had to go to the lobby to get one, juice, bars, and fruit cups are all the breakfast available in the lobby. And all shutdown at 10 AM. For budget stay this is ok.

My family is homeless with a brand new baby. They agreed to cancel our reservation so we could buy food. They canceled our reservation and then kept our m9nret. We are living on cereal and have nothing so they could keep my money after agreeing to refund me. Now they are ignoring my messages. Very unethical and shady.

When I checked in the front desk clerk told me I had to pay $10 cash to park. I asked him why and he said because we booked through Expedia. After I paid my aunt asked him again why we had to pay $10. He told her for tax. He said since we booked through Expedia we had to pay him $10 for tax. We dropped off our belongings in the room and went to dinner. When we returned to our room I pulled the curtains shut and noticed 2 bugs fell. I smashed 1 of the bugs then got a better look at the 2nd bug and noticed it was a cockroach! I pulled the corner of the sheet bed up to look at the mattress and saw black specks! Shined a light on it to get a better view and saw crusty black and white flacks…. Then another cockroach ran out from the sheet. We grabbed out bags and went to the front desk. I told the clerk we were leaving because of the cockroach’s and I wanted my $10 back. He offered to place us in a “premium room”. I asked if it came with premium cockroaches because they travel and this place is infested. He returned my $10 cash. I asked for a refund and he said he could not refund my stay. I’m requesting a refund. We contacted on to our destination over 4 hours away.

The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and we were not offered an alternative. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay the night and had to find other accommodations.

Tv was of no use, one poor station available. Vending machine out of order. No cups provided. Body wash ( soap) container in shower empty. Details like these lacking. Clean, quiet at night for sleep.

There was no shampoo in the dispenser and the housekeeper didn’t speak English so she didn’t understand me. Normally that’s not a problem but I forgot mine at the previous hotel. There was also no hair dryer, coffee maker, clock or iron and ironing board in the room.

The bed was lopsided. It leaned down at the head of the bed. Every time I moved it made a noise. I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. The walls were thin. The tv was so small you could not see it. The small frig in the room was scratched and dented. All of the furniture was mismatched. The bathroom sink was cracked. No soap in the soap dispencer. We heard our neighbor all night watching tv and coughing. You could see places in the wall that were patched and the ceiling paint was peeling in places. Place was a total dump! Do not stay there!

The door handles were broken, the room had an awful smell, the lock inside on the door was not attached properly. No hot water. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been to.

Room good, received a free upgrade, so will not complain about that. Cleanliness of the hallway was questionable. The room was mostly clean except for a unknown oily substance and the desk, and Cheeto crumbs on the coffee table.

My room smelled so strongly of stale smoke, two of the three pillows smelled putrid and like they needed to be bleached clean.

The room was dirty when first entered room, hair on floor, bathtub not clean, floors dirty and didn’t look like it had been mopped in weeks, smelled like 12 pack of cigarettes in room when I asked for nonsmoking and killed several roaches in room.

It was a good place to rest our head. They did give us extra towels if we needed them. When I booked the room I needed it for 5 people and I thought it was One that had a couch but it didn't. So my husband slept on the floor in a sleeping bag so that me and the kids didn't have to. Over all it did serve the purpose. For the price it wasn't bad

We asked to change and they said no and then at midnight they had one because our bathroom kept clogging But all rooms are dirty and old and broken down And bad smell Bathroom towel very dirty

The room was nice and clean. Good AC, great mattress. Surprised that there wasnt any hair dryer in the room and there was not any box of tissues. The stairway area was in poor condition. The environment is noisy but still a noce stay. Love having a great mexican restaurant near by.

Stay was decent definitely didn’t look as good as the pictures. I left and came back and they turned off our key cards because they said my son was making too much noise even though our room was above the storage room and the room next door had a huge pitbull that barked a lot. I had to change the sheets as they had marks on them. I wouldn’t book again

Perfect for one night stay

I called ahead of time to ask if they had a travel crib available- they had said they did. We arrived at 12am and I checked in and asked about the crib and they said they didn’t have one.

I tried 2 different rooms. One smelled of smoke and cat urine. The other very strong smoke odor. We did not stay.

We had a great stay and thank you.

Lack empathy, professionalism, and customer service skills.

The hotel bathroom was very, very dirty.And while I know it's not something the hotel could control, there happened to be a motorcycle group who decided to do burnouts in the driveway at eleven thirty at night. The breakfast consisted of literally only mandarin orange cups and chewy granola bars.

Knocking on the door when i wasn't suppose to check out til the next day

I booked a nonsmoking room, but the conditions were not good. It smelled like cigarettes, bed sheets were dirty with crumbs, bathroom door doesn’t close fully, broken shower rod. It was quite unsanitary. The bed sheets still smelled like smoke even I sprayed some perfume and wiped with disinfectant wipes. We used bath towels to cover the bed sheets. They provided granola bars and some drinks in the lobby.

First room I got smelled like smoke , booked nonsmoking , 2nd room smelled like smoke again , coughing all night. Blankets had holes in it, sheets had random hairs and dirt, toilet paper was half used, bathtub so dirty, room in general very dirty.

I enjoyed staying, but i need an elevator

Bathroom floor was very dirty & room was not swept clean. The door looked like it was closed all the way which was a safety concern

Blanket on the bed was covered in stains and large cigarette burns. Gross.

Good experience

Best rates and rooms are spacious and clean. Have stayed here for 2 nights over the past 2 months for work and it has been great. No complaints and rooms are good for what you are paying for.

Every thing was good but would like breakfast goid one

Rooms were dirty, the floor was grimy like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The bed was filled with dirt and the room had a lingering smell

When I brought my concerns to the desk, no compensation was offered, the person at the front desk didn't seem to care - basically said "oops, sorry about that." and carried on with his work.

There was a roach on the bed and the sheets were stained

There was roachs in our second room the sink was leaking the room stunk a there was drug addiction people there. I liked the first room but wasn’t big enough for our dog

The staff was very kind however I did book and pay for a room with a jacuzzi tub which I did not get. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they couldn't accommodate me woth the room I paied for nor didn't want to refund me the money.

The rooms

Upon arrival I had an easy check -in. Went to room and dropped off bags and left to go explore and eat out. Didn’t get back to the room until 10:30 pm, 3 hours after arriving. Upon entering the room we could smell pot and cigarette. The bathroom door was dysfunctional. It took all my weight to open and close it as it was dragging along the tile floor. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a different room and was reprimanded by the clerk, asked why I waited 3 hours after check in and was informed we had 10 minutes to report issues after check in. I asked if smoking was allowed and he answered no but refused to go investigate who was smoking stating “it wasn’t his job”. Sadly no other rooms were available. I was scheduled to stay two nights but decided to check out the next morning cutting our stay short. Very disappointed with this establishment. Will never recommend and highly suggest others to read reviews regarding the smoking if you don’t smoke.
