Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms are frequently criticized, with guests reporting issues such as dirt, mold, and bugs. The breakfast provided is also a common complaint, with guests stating that it is very basic and limited in options.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Rooms are not clean and well-maintained
- Breakfast is basic and limited

Air conditioner not cooling enough.
- 4.5/5
Friendly, helpful staff and very clean room. My shower was adequate but not excellent. Good steady hot water but terrible shower head and flow. My suggestion is to get "Rain Shower" heads and then the stay would be 10/10
- 4/5
Otherwise, the room itself was clean and had a lot of space.
- 1/5
This was a horrible experience. The place does not smell right. It is not clean and we had to leave at 12 am because we got scared of bed bugs.
- 3/5
Room was clean and in working order. AC stopped working in the night during a very humid hot stretch. The only amenities were coffee, a bagel and juice. Buy cheap, get cheap.

Over all good experience

I got bit by a ton of bed bugs!!!!
- 3/5
Clean comfortable good shower pressure within walking distance to restaurants Coffee available 24 hrs Smell in hallway Bagel breakfast was adequate
- 4.5/5
We were surprised, the room was clean and had great sound proof. The staff were friendly. We knew breakfast was grab and go, so we were not disappointed. Wish the breakfast had one healthy option, like eggs.
- 3/5
Location Shower made horrible noises and was difficult to turn on. Ground floor room was too close to voices of people outside the building. Breakfast was just coffee and a processed muffin.
- 1/5
Room was not clean. Bed had noise

Exceptional
- 5/5
From the front desk, where the manager was very pleasant and suggested a good parking space where I have difficulties walking. The room was clean, all the basics, everything you would need. Enjoyed a long, hot shower. All the linens I needed as well very clean. Also, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, cozy just right I would go back if I’m ever in this area again. This brand in the future.
- 3/5
The wifi went out in the evening and was out all night and I only had one bar on my cell.
- 5/5
Breakfast is too simple
- 1/5
Though he was courteous and remedied the issue, this should not have happened. The room had a pizza box and the bed was not made up with trash on the floor. The wifi did not work so I couldn’t get on to the Internet for some work I needed to do. Overall, a very poor stay
- 1/5
clean and nice there was no tv and couldn’t connect to any internet
- 5/5
All was well!
- 4/5
easy and quick check in no breakfast offered
- 4.5/5
Clean, quiet, really comfortable beds and pillows. Close to stores and restaurants. I appreciates the deep tub with plenty of hot water for a nice soak after a long travel day. Pleasant personnel. The continental breakfast is exactly what it says it is. Would stay again.

Very nice staff, very clean rooms Floors need to be cleaned better in rooms, I wiped the floor with a wipe and it was black, but everything else was spectacular.

Not at all good.. Shower tap is not working.. Breakfast was not good. The bed and room were not clean.

The neighbors were fighting most of the night. She came running out of her room screaming and he was behind her yelling at her. They were still fighting at 4:30 am. We were getting up since we had to get to airport. No sleep that night.

Moce place
- 5/5
Everything was clean and fresh
- 5/5
Super kind and friendly front desk staff. Quiet stay. Great parking.
- 3.5/5
Location is convenient and the price is reasonable. I like the Wyndham franchise and try to stay at hotels associated with Wyndham.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I thought that breakfast was lacking. I don't consider 2 bite muffins and 3 bite bagels to be a satisfied meal. I would have liked to see some cereal and some fruit at least.
- 2/5
Paper thin walls and ceiling. You can hear EVERYTHING from all neighbours. It’s more of a motel style and smells bad inside. Kind staff and the room was mostly clean.
- 3/5
The stay was ok. Unfortunately there is unpleasant smell in the whole floor. I am sure there are people cooking there with specific spices that caused that smell. The breakfast has Zero protein, not even eggs.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Staff are very nice
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
It was for one night and perfectly fine.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, decent quiet place with the room doors opening into the hallway. No elevator available. I have stayed here a few times and plan to return in the future. Employees are helpful. :)
- 3/5
Staff was helpful but housekeeping crew didn't speak English.
- 1/5
Check in time needs to be earlier than 3:00
- 4/5
yes
- 2/5
The hard floor (I expected carpeting) was filthy dirty, as was our bed. The bathroom had an obvious shower head leak. And since there was no security staff, we experienced the teenage trend of door kicking. The teenagers could come and go as they pleased, and boy did they come and go... The staff seemed unable to prevent this... The breakfast was adequate if rather Spartan... My wife and I agreed never to stay at this Days Inn in the future.
- 2/5
Staff not helpful at all. We walked by the office 3 times looking for our room - never once did he ask if we needed assistance. When we did ask he abruptly just said that way. Would not intentionally stay here again
- 3/5
First room was in terrible repair but they kindly moved us to a much better room. Comfortable bed, but all very outdated. Property has very thin walls and can hear people in next room and out in hallway just having a conversation. Rooms need help but was fine for a few nights. If you are literally just sleeping in the room it’s fine.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I enjoyed the bed because after traveling through 2 state's I was finally able to rest
- 1/5
Smelly Place, sticky bedroom floors, dirty bathroom floor and tiles, used socks left in room. I checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 4 am for flight. It was graduation week in Albany and the Hilton was $900 a night. I had no choice but to stay here. If you like nice places don't stay here, don't fall for the modern looking bedroom like I did. I was grossed out.
- 4/5
Very pleasant staff
- 1/5
I did not even stay there. I would even like my money back, but I know they’re not gonna give it to me. Yeah had people standing outside drinking. It looked
- 2/5
When I arrived, the place felt a little seedy. The person in the room next to mine would come out and watch me when I came in and out of my room. When I was leaving in the morning at 7am, he came out with a beer in hand watching me. While I was laying in bed around 9pm, the front desk called me to ask if I was banging in my room. I said no and he asked if I heard any noise and which room it was coming from. It was noisy all around, really. It seemed like the walls were pretty thin, I could hear people talking and yelling most of the time. When I was in and out in the morning to pack up, my key card stopped working and I had to run down to the front desk to fix it. I was a little concerned as to why my card just stopped working and that I just had to tell him my room number. What if someone else walked in with a key and asked to activate it to my room
- 5/5
I have stayed here before, comfortable bed and convenient.
- 1/5
The hotel smells of stale food, it’s shabby. All of which could be dealt with for cheap accommodations. But they also have bed bugs. The hotel staff was not helpful, understanding or accommodating. They seem comfortable and unable to understand that bed bugs are a health risk and concern. They also will not refund you. Should you choose to risk it. If you are looking for a dirty, shabby, bed bug infested hotel, Days Inn SUNY is the hotel for you.
- 3/5
The room was overheated to the point that sleeping was difficult. Another family complained about the same thing. My credit card was charged twice for $50 more than the price I was given, and given a receipt for. I called and the manager said the second charge was an error; the first was a hold that would be removed and the correct charge substituted. Overall, I probably won't stay there again.
- 2/5
The AC did not work and the room was very war. Also the king size bed had a hole in the middle so you rolled toward the middle which was very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was a blueberry muffin or a bagel, there was no coffee except for the room. I wont be staying there again!
- 4/5
Rooms were nice. Comfortable bed. Lots of TV channels
- 4/5
Everything was great, but "breakfast" consisted of nothing more than coffee, juice, and bulk, individually wrapped blueberry muffins.
- 1/5
BUSINESS OWNER EXTREMELY RUDE. It had a horrible smell in the hallways and definitely felt watched my whole stay. It was truly a horrible experience
- 5/5
Very good place to stay
- 5/5
Clean rooms, easy parking and close to several restaurants and shopping
- 3/5
It was great for a quick stay but definitely low budget. The in room chair was filthy. Cobwebs in the room. Complimentary breakfast was bare minimum.
- 3/5
breakfast only blueberry muffin that is that all
- 5/5
Was great and would recommend
- 3/5
Bathroom tub was gross, curtain smelled like urine. Other than that. It was an okay stay for 1 night.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfy beds.
- 4/5
The quietest place just some little problem like no air conditioner as the manger told me the central air was just running heat but it was 70 degrees outside other than that everything was good
- 4/5
Reasonable rate, clean room, quiet
- 3/5
The room was clean and the location was great because my family and I were there for one night to visit the college the next day. The wifi was terrible that's why I said it was okay. The channels weren't good either. As I said it was only for one night and the price was good.
- 4/5
Everything was pleasant. No problems.
- 5/5
Good had roaches though
- 3/5
Parking lot was almost completely full and not all spaces are well marked, so it was a little challenging to find a spot. If there were temperature controls in the room they weren't obvious.
- 5/5
This hotel is great if you are looking for a clean and inexpensive place to stay, maybe not so much if you are looking for a great view or extra amenities. The building is dated and it had that old musty kind of smell to it. Our room was decent sized, clean and comfortable. The bed very soft so someone who likes a firm mattress may not like it. The bathroom was very clean, no stains in the tub or on the linens. The room had a working fridge (decent sized) a microwave and a coffee maker. There were plenty of outlets along with several usb plug ins and a wireless charging spot on the desk. I believe they offer breakfast, but we did not partake while we were there. We were very happy with the accommodations, as we were looking for just a clean safe place to sleep at night.
- 5/5
Not fancy, but very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and room and super friendly staff. We will stay there again!
- 5/5
This was a pleasant surprise! Big, clean, well maintained room and bathroom. Great value for the price. Breakfast, minimal, but, we didn’t need more for this trip. We will be back!
- 3/5
Parking was easy and secure. There was too much noise from the street outside. The beds were soft. But it was very clean.
- 2/5
The shower sprayed water all over the place because of defective piping. The provided "breakfast" was pathetic, just stale blueberry muffins, and some coffee and juice.
- 2/5
Parking is tight (limited spaces). Room was clean enough, but couldn't get TV to work properly (remote was faultty) Had some issues with staff getting a room for my mother that had easy access. I then had major issues with a staff member trying to book a room for an extended stay. I left frustrated and will obtain a room thru another hotel.
- 3/5
Not a great experience
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, nice stay.
- 5/5
It is a good deal for me. The price was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is just muffins, juice, and coffee but I am not a big breakfast eater. This was my second stay and I will choose this place again. Perfect for what I needed. Close to my clinical site. Easy to find. Quiet. I have no complaints. Really appreciate how friendly and polite the front desk staff were.
- 2/5
The hotel was
- 5/5
Great little hotel, very good price, nice and clean room and free parking. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Small continental breakfast offered (juice, coffee, tea, bagels, muffins). Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Overall, very happy with this hotel.
- 3/5
The room itself was fine and clean but the entire location smelled of spicy food and smoke.
- 1/5
The hallways had an offensive odder. The room heater made such a rattling noise, it was difficult to fall a sleep.
- 5/5
Clean and overall great stay!
- 1/5
The room appeared clean but the floor was dirty and the tub was dirty and I when I proceeded to wipe the room down I found it was dirtier than I thought. Breakfast was horrible, would not stay again
- 5/5
I stay there often and satisfied every time. It's inexpensive, clean and I've never not had my needs met.
- 2/5
The bed was on rollers and when getting into bed it would move. I had a cast on my foot and it made getting into bed dangerous.also said free breakfast lol all there was muffins.
- 1/5
The fire alarm went off there took so long to stop the noise also there was no breakfast available
- 4/5
Clean & Comfortable, Friendly Staff at Check-in and Housekeeping
- 1/5
Dried urine on toilet seat, obviously not cleaned. Old mattress with very collapsed springs in the center, breakfast had only coffee and muffins out. When I asked the person at the desk if they had something I could toast, they had a toaster in the breakfast area, and that I only saw muffins, he confirmed that was all they had this morning. I then told him that calling that breakfast was a stretch and walked away, he immediately called after me after seeing my disappointment/ disgust and went to the closet and put out bagels. It shouldn't be necessary to negotiate for breakfast items. I didn't complain about the lack of cleanliness's of the room because I didn't see any point in it. I had arrived late so just cleaned it myself. At least the sheets were clean.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet which is a huge plus for me! No traffic noise at all. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would warn people about is the breakfast. There was coffee, orange juice, apple juice and packaged blueberry muffins. That was all. There wasn’t anything else to eat except those muffins.
- 4/5
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. It was economical and clean. This time i was put into a different section of the hotel was a bit concerned because i was happy in the section I had stayed in which was also more convenient to the parking lot. The good news is the new section I stayed in had ben renovated and the room was very nice and still economical. If you are looking for a very nice room in the area I would recommend Days Inn.
- 5/5
Everybody there was so nice. We had a problem with the heat in the room and was fixed almost immediately. And I have to point out how incredibly kind the people there was.
- 1/5
It was terrible I was so uncomfortable to walk bear foot, sleep or shower. Stains every where and poor keep of room
- 5/5
Clean and efficient
- 2/5
Check in took longer than necessary and the room was so hot with no way to control the air. There is a control but definitely doesn’t actually control anything. Window also barley opens and has no screen
- 5/5
Staff
- 1/5
The room had no ac it was well over 90+ degrees in the room and the staff wasn’t very pleasant
- 5/5
Easy check in, nice staff, clean rooms
- 5/5
Very clean/nice staff.
- 5/5
clean rooms
- 2/5
From was neglected. I complained twice about noise from another room.
- 3/5
The staff and room was overall pretty good, I was just expecting more breakfast options I am gluten free and there was no options for gluten free so I didn’t get a chance to eat.
- 3/5
The room had a funny smell. Tried getting a drink from vending machine and took my money. Worker couldn’t help with that. Only coffee and bagels is the breakfast orange machine was broken.
- 5/5
I was very ill when I checked in and the host was absolutely phenomenal. He assisted me to my room, turned the heat on high for me and asked if I needed him to order me some food. The kindness, concern, and genuine sincerity was unexpected and so much appreciated. Thank you!
- 5/5
Courteous
- 3/5
The smell in the hallways was repulsive. Smelt like weed and fecal matter. The rooms did not smell. Rooms were clean. Staff that we saw was friendly. Breakfast should not be called breakfast. It was muffins and coffee. If we were too late I don’t know. No one told us what time it would have been.
- 4/5
The mattress and no heater .
- 5/5
The room was welcoming, cozy and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
- 1/5
Bad order
- 3/5
For the price I can't complain much, but don't think you're getting anything other than a polished cheap motel room.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. No shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Everything

The photos on the website **do not reflect the actual condition of the property**. Upon entering the building (beyond the vestibule), I was horrified. The stairway had damp carpets, a door hanging off its hinges, and a peephole stuffed with a paper towel, preventing visibility in or out. The room itself was in unacceptable condition, with stained bed coverings and, most disturbing, the discovery of **bed bug carcasses beneath multiple layers of bedding**. I immediately contacted the manager and provided photographs, which were also shared with the third-party booking service. Despite clear evidence, the manager and owner **refused to issue a refund**, instead offering to move me from what I would describe as a one-star room to a slightly less unacceptable two-star room. Owner and management staff noted a partial refund after additional discussion (this writer wa not satisfied). I traveled 3.5 hours only to be completely let down by a property operating under the **Days Inn by Wyndham** brand. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I do **not recommend this establishment to anyone**. To management and ownership: shame on you for prioritizing profit over basic cleanliness, safety, and customer care. **Never again.** -

Spotless room. Extremely comfortable bed. Courteous and helpful staff. A+
- 1/5
We had cockroaches in our room
- 3/5
I had a satisfactory experience during my one-night stay at the hotel. The staff members were exceptionally polite and eager to assist, which made my visit more pleasant. However, the hotel could benefit from some upgrades; specifically, the bed and mattress need replacement, and I encountered an issue with the door that malfunctioned and wouldn't open. Overall, considering the price, it serves its purpose well, particularly for solo travelers seeking a brief stay.
- 4/5
The staff at reception was polite and friendly. The hotel feels dated and not fresh.
- 3/5
Staff were friendly and accomodating. Had to move rooms 2 times due to heat not working. Then i got locked in the bathroom fortunately i had my phone so i was able to call for help. Once i called they did act on it immediately. Overall 3/5. Room was clean and comfortable. Pricing was affordable.
- 4/5
Room was clean, but there wasn’t much for a breakfast, only a bagel.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, thanks for making us concert goers feel welcome!
- 2/5
Okay for the price. I wish I had spent a bit more for a better place. There is a weird disturbing odor present in the room, and can also be smelled in the hallway too. The bathroom was sub-par. Noises from other rooms can be heard pretty easily, and at times I could hear the other occupants yelling and arguing early in the morning.
- 2/5
The room was extremely hot; I had to turn off the heat and open the window to be able to sleep. The staff was fine
- 1/5
Proximity to family
- 5/5
Everybody was amazing. Will book there again
- 5/5
My room was clean, bed was super comfortable, sheets were fresh. Staff greeted me at the desk with my room key. They are super nice!
- 5/5
It was good minus the smell
- 2/5
The mattress is uncomfy .
- 3/5
There was an odor in the room
- 3/5
Pretty good overall, calling it "breakfast" was generous
- 1/5
For breakfast the only ting offered was a bagel and juice. This is by far one of the worst hotel I have ever seen. I have used Expedia for 10 years. this is not what I expected from Expedia.
- 3/5
Staff are quite pleasant. Location is good for what I need. Some upgrades are helping, but more is needed.
- 2/5
Roach in bedroom
- 3/5
Mistook retirement home next door for hotel! Pub restaurant close by with good food.
- 4/5
Clean room, basic breakfast, allowed me a late check out. Fire alarm went off once which was jarring but this wasn’t the staffs fault. A groups of young kids burnt a bagel and set off the alarm at breakfast.

- 5/5
The nearest place to stay if visiting UAlbany. A lot of dining places nearby. The owner is very nice. Definitely will visit here again.
- 1/5
Room was neglected no air conditioner. It was hot like a sauna. The breakfast was no good. Just bread and juice. Breakfast could’ve been done better and their rooms as well.
- 5/5
Everything. This establishment is very good and accommodating for both a single traveler or a family. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a tv, microwave, and refrigerator. There is daily breakfast available to the guests and restaurants in walking distance near. The hotel is also across the street from SUNY Albany. The staff and management are very friendly and the general manager has gone above and beyond to make my and my daughter’s stay very comfortable and worthwhile.
- 2/5
We arrived in the evening and the guests near our room were playing music loudly for hours. The pounding beat and even lyrics were heard clearly in our room. Eventually we called the front desk about it and the music stopped shortly and then started again! It was not until near midnight that the music stopped and then we could hear pounding footsteps. Not good soundproofing. It was the worst stay at a hotel I have had in a long time.
- 5/5
Very basic breakfast of just toast, jam, cream cheese peanut butter. Coffee and Juice.
- 4/5
room - clean, but had to call for a couple of items (prompty delivered)
- 3/5
Bathroom had mold and should be updated. Forget the breakfast horrible!
- 5/5
I’m satisfied overall everything. I couldn’t get time for breakfast ! Thanks
- 3/5
I usually don’t choose a days inn but the price was right and I just needed it to sleep. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning… floors, shower/tub, grout. Bed wasn’t very comfy. But it suited my purposes for a 12-hour stay. Oh yeah… pretty sure there was a cockroach on the wall.

- 5/5
Have stayed here before and will again
- 3/5
The complimentary breakfast was limited to stale bagels, yogurt, and juice. No cream cheese available. No fruit was offered. No cereal or milk.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Convenient location. Easy parking.
- 3/5
Needs improvement with the heat system
- 4/5
Room was nice and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Easy access. Friendly staff. Wasn't a lot of choice for breakfast though. Would stay again
- 5/5
Nice and clean and convenient to all!
- 2/5
Hotel was outdated, hallways smelled and doors are not labeled on the second floor when you get up the stairs.
- 5/5
Parking area was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
- 2/5
Internet was worse than dial up. I wasn’t able to get any work done.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, quiet area a few miles from the Interstate. Breakfast choices are limited, but the Folgers Coffee was great!!! I stayed 7 nights and will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 1/5
The bathroom door was warped and had to be forcibly shut. When opened the door skin nearly peeled off. We changed rooms and had the same issue with a warped door however not as severe. The furnace was not heating the room. We turned the thermostat to 90 degrees and froze all night. Staff said in both cases, "We'll look into that." I would not recommend a stay at this property. No adjustments to room fees were offered.
- 1/5
Lumpy uncomfortable bed and luke warm shower water
- 1/5
Clean enough room, bed was terrible and needs replacing, “hot” water only got like warm
- 5/5
Yes.
- 3/5
Old, run down and musty
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast choices are not much but the Folgers coffee is good! I will stay here again when I’m in the area.
- 3/5
Great for an affordable place to stay just quickly passing through. Great staff. Clean bed and room. Needs updating. Had to listen what sounded like a babbling brook in our room all night (assuming heating system?). Not much for breakfast but better than nothing for the affordable price.
- 3/5
- 5/5
Staff member Neil was very helpful and polite. The property and facilities were clean. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean, quiet, and easily accessible to SUNY at Albany, restaurants, and the highway to explore the city. I was able to enjoy my birthday at this hotel, and I will visit them again in the near future. Thank you, Days Inn by Wyndham Albany SUNY! Keep up the great work.

Well priced and right near UAlbany campus.
- 4/5
Front desk was super nice. Room and property was ok. Good for a 1 night stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Room had no coffee cups, no hand soap, wash bowl had a leak underneath, toilet seat was nearly unhinged, breakfast offering very sparse, bed covering was sheet and ultra thin covering....no blanket, etc.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great service and great staff
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Was only there for one short night. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice staff; basic accommodations but convenient location and lower cost make it a good stay on a budget.
- 5/5
My stay was exceptional
- 1/5
The pictures on the website do not match the actual room. Very old and run down. I was booked for 3 nights and i checked out after 1 night.

Staff very friendly, room spotless

Staff was awesome
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice staff, close to highway and stores

Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Bobby helped me out a lot. Best manger out there by far! I work as a super visor at Starbucks in manhattan, I wish we had a manger like Bobby! He went above and beyond with the service! Bobby if you’re reading this, I’ll be staying more frequently when I go visit family, and friends!! 5 stars!
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Hotel manager was very friendly and polite
- 5/5
The chap on Reception was really helpful.
- 3/5
Room, bed, and linens were clean but needed updating. Bed was comfortable. Standard for what is expected at a Days Inn. We were on the first floor and the room above us had very creaky floors. So anytime someone walked, moved the desk chair, or luggage you could hear it. This went on much of the night. Breakfast was bagels or toast and coffee.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds.
- 5/5
This was inexpensive and the rooms were very clean, good bed and a very nice staff. This is a simple place but for what it is, it is excellent.
- 5/5
The cleaning staff was present and available for all six days. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
- 5/5
Great management

The bathroom mirror was great.

Great people working in it

It was completely loud and I asked the front desk to help 3 times at 4am and the noise from the next room never stopped. Then again at 6am I asked twice more and the party was finally removed after we had a completely sleepless night

Lots of plugs for charging and sleep machines. Desk had a magnetic charger imbedded in it. Wood floors, comfortable bed and pillows.

It’s Day’s Inn. You get what you get

The washroom was not in good condition and lacked curtains. Breakfast options were very limited, with almost nothing available.
- 3/5
The rooms were pretty dated and used, walls had a lot of cosmetic wear and didn’t look like they had been cleaned. The floors were vinyl plank flooring but looked like they had not been mopped in some time. Bed was clean, sheets were clean, staff was on top with refreshing towels and such. Breakfast options were limited, basically bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt and juice/coffee. Parking was easy and wasn’t over crowded. Bathrooms weren’t too bad, showers took a little to warm up but that’s about it. Everything in the bathroom seemed clean. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for, and I would say that as long as you can get past questionable cleanliness of the walls and floors, then this is a decent room for the price

Cheap breakfast.
- 4/5
It was perfect for a breif overnight spot. Breaksfast could have been a little bit more robust.
- 3/5
Convenience. Perfect for a 2-3 night stay. When you turn on the light in the bathroom, the fan is ear aching loud. The refrigerator has an odor and does not get cold.
- 4/5
Good affordable option.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Was good for a one night stay.
- 2/5
There was hair in the shower, tv remote wouldn’t work,
- 5/5
Excellent, friendly staff. Well kept property.
- 4/5
For the price that we paid it was worth it. The staff was ok even at times there’s a language barrier. Beds could use a bit of help along with the outlets.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
Nice hotel and affordable. Right next to campus.

Great location near UALBANY
- 5/5
Final day of vacation, needed a room close to airport and historic sites. Room was exactly what we needed, clean, comfortable, we were even allowed an early check-in and desk clerk gave suggestions for lunch in the area.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had very limited offerings, as expected. The place is fine, just basic and dated (could use a little facelift in some areas)
- 4/5
All was good, but the bed was very soft. A harder bed
- 3/5
Budget friendly place that works in a pinch
- 4/5
Hotel was old and bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom was dirty
- 3/5
Expectations not met in terms of service and condition of property.
- 2/5
The King size mattress was too soft and sagged to the center, it was freezing cold when we arrived. The wall mounted hair drier did not work. The breakfast was really lousy, poor food selection.
- 5/5
Short overnight stay. I was there for 4 hours. Easy to get to from Albany airport. Area seemed fine. Late check in was a life saver.
- 5/5
Not any amenities other than a very simple breakfast.
- 2/5
Bathroom door didn't close. This was clearly known by staff because the door and door frame had significant damage. Surfaces and linens were clean but that fact that the mold was missed or ignored is shocking. When I told the clerk he said he would deal with it. Hopefully he did.
- 5/5
Good and quiet accommodations for the price.

close to campus

Awful, sketchy and gross.
- 2/5
Noisy, did they have elephants in the room above? Continued past 1am
- 3/5
We had dirty apeparing sheets (appeared to be makeup on a pillow case and the top of the fitted sheet) and we had an ant issue-they were coming in under the window (small divot in the floor board seem where we discovered about 50+ little brownish ants) and they were making there way to the nightstand and into the beds. Even woke up to feeling like something was crawling on us (and fiund a couplein the beds)! There was a stong and strange odor upon check in & through the hallways (like mildew and chemicals). They offered a light breakfast, and it was as pictured online, but other than yogurt there were no gluten free options (not even fruit). I took a video of the ants-unsure if it will upload (if not I will post screenshots).

Nice, neat, and cozy room. Great service.

good for the price

Entrance to the hotel had lots of bugs.

everything was great thank you

- 4/5
Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs
- 5/5
Convenient and easy check in
- 3/5
Room was basic and clean enough. Bedding pretty thin and pillows a little smelly. Hallway smelled as well and breakfast was increadibly basic. All carbs, no protein.

Maid walked in on my daughter never even knocked.

2 story small hotel, decently priced. Staff wasn’t attentive at first, but were super helpful as the weekend progressed. We were given a late check out to help us better.
- 2/5
I was totally shocked when we arrived at the property. The building is old, falling apart, no recent updates. The shower floor was black so I wore flip flops when I showered. The door to the room would not close tight, even when deadbolted. We could hear the people in the room next door so clearly it was like they were in the same room with us. Breakfast was abysmal. The property was not as advertised at all. We will not be back.

Comfortable bed but room just wasn’t very inviting. Hard to relax with the seating provided. Breakfast was minimal. Staff was pleasant.

Good experience for get away trip - Enjoyed being out and about for a galvant
- 2/5
Missing lights in the always and terrible smells of the restaurant near by. Not at all sound proof from the second floor Shower needed more cleanliness
- 3/5
The hallways had a strange smell. Room was ok.
- 3/5
Room smell was damp

AC barely worked. Switched Rooms because it was too hot to sleep. AC was the same in that room as well… they offered a fan and no refund if I left.

Good overall experience!
