Friendly staff and very clean Don’t like how they said they would email me a receipt and then didn’t. I need that receipt to get reimbursed for my stay. So hopefully after seeing this I can get a receipt emailed to me. Thanks

Absolutely loved the staff. They were very nice, and super helpful. We got back late from a trip and wanted something for delivery. They were very helpful with helping us find a place. Room was very hot and kind of smelled like pot. Also the toilet didn't flush that well. Can't give too much of a review for the hotel overall since we were only there for the one night and went right to bed, but from what I saw, it was very nice.

The staff was very friendly.

The staff were nice. The room was good, however the bathroom was very small and the clean towels had strands of hair falling off of them when I picked them up. The Bed was comfy but the pillows were too soft for me. The bright blinking lights on the smoke detector were also very distracting to my sleep. Aside from those things, my stay was good.

Check in …too late …earlier check in would be nice

The staff at front desk, cleaning crew and lobby food area were all very nice and helpful, room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. It's a super convenient location close to campus. Nothing fancy, but perfect for our trip. 4 Stars mainly because with extreme cold outside the heating was in overdrive so our room was too warm for great sleep, but they explained the issue, got a tech guy up to the room to try and fix and brought us a fan, which helped a lot the second night. There were no free amenities in the lobby (coffee), but Starbucks on site was awesome. Will definitely stay again!

Room was clean, staff very nice, beds comfortable. I was just surprised at being a top scale name of motels, that it did not offer any anemities at all. No complementary coffee any place, no complimentary breakfast. I was very surprised that we had to pay for these things at a connected bistro inside the lobby.

Was not happy to learn that my final invoice showed a $40 increase over the first night that I paid for, with no logical explanation. Because the hotel is located right off the highway, there is a constant background sound of a white noise machine. It sounds as though someone shower is constantly running. Even though the building is non-smoking, I could still smell smoke from wherever people were smoking cigarettes.

The best part was that the air-conditioning or heating unit was in the bathroom and not in the bedroom where you slept so there was no noise going on and off all night long

Two of the bath towels were used by others. With multiple long hairs not mine. After talking to front desk, new towels were delivered.

This is a nice facility, located where we can easily drive to an event we attend yearly. My spouse used to travel on business, her employer wanted Marriott as the go-to for hotels. She is happy with the chain.

Took 20 minutes to check in . They tried to give me a room with a broken dead bolt until I asked for a new room. I asked the front desk if they had any water , the answer was no . The area around the hotel is dirty and filthy and you can hear all the traffic on the 90. Stay anywhere else

The facility did not have proper dining for our dinner. There was not adequate spacing in the bathroom you couldn't even close the door to use the bathroom properly, and to make makers worse the facility had NO HOT WATER after I discovered there was NO HOT WATER 2 staff members came to our room. Verifying that there was NO HOT WATER upon speaking to another manager. He did not want to address the issue because he felt it should be addressed by booked 3 party Expedia The Marriott, Courtyard, should regularly check their facility before renting there rooms out. It is not our place to go in and pay full price for a room and then discover that we're being taken advantage of as seniors. The manager who's name was Mark did not want to discuss the issue with me. And then made a statement.do you have water problems at your own house, which was totally out of character.

💯 polite, warm, efficient staff everywhere who went the extra step to be helpful. Bravo- front desk folks, bistro server and cook who adapted a dish for me, ( I appreciate the bistro a lot with minimal options nearby for a tired traveler), housekeeping! The marketplace options were decent and also nice to offer wine full bottles instead of.sub par single servings. NY has some good canned single serving wine options from their own wineries, so that would be a nice touch. My only comment is to provide a bathtub option in some rooms if possible, and the shower sprays water all over the floor when you turn it on and then get in. Maybe better quality coffee in the in room service. Great to have Starbucks in the bistro

This is a beautiful hotel with a Bistro. A bit oricy but you're adja6 to University of Albany and near many restaurants and shopping.

House keeping is horrible. They took the dirty towels and put them with the clean ones. Didn’t even bother to clean one of the rooms; spill in bathroom was not cleaned and they left the dirty glasses and ice bucket in the room, didn’t bother to change or clean.

My family and I stayed here many times before. This property has significantly declined. No housekeeping over 4 days. Even when we asked for fresh clean towels... nothing. We asked for tissues.. nothing. We will never stay again

The pool was disgusting, flocks of hair where floating in the pool , and the water was not clear either , after i noticed all this and turned around , no swimming at this visit . Room was okay ,staff okay ,no coffee station visable in the morning at the lobby , lucky there is a coffee shop nextdoor

The worst stay ever. The couch bed was all springs no matress foam. My kids couldn't sleep on it and the hotel couldn't accommodate us with a cot or another couch. My kids slept on the floor with exta covers. The pool was small and didn't work. They never came to clean the room nor did they give extra rags and towels. The bathroom is small and the toilet is low on the floor. The covers was used and old. This place isnt a Marriott its garbage.

Wow..this is a great place. The room is huge. The televise is huge. The only that isn't is the bathroom but at least it is a walk in shower. They gave us water bottles when we checked in and there were also two in our. Why don't more hotels do this? There is a 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts on either side of the hotel. Bonus: using my Expedia points the room only cost us $7

Conveniently located just steps away from university of Albany. Hotel is modern ,clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and polite.

Checked in Saturday and room was still not serviced by Tuesday. I had to ask for service and some extra items. Staff was always polite and willing to help but we should not have to ask for the basics. Water heater broke down and caused inevitable delays for getting ready for business obligations. Accidents happen and understandable but still waiting to see the promised 10,000 points after repeated inquiries at the front desk. Relative quiet but during two nights around 2-3am folks were partying and was very unpleasant.

We were replaced in the ultra handicap room that was tucked away around the corner. It was not necessary.. The hotel was empty and I’m sure there were other rooms that weren’t available and also the chicken took forever with Marc in the evening.

Stayed here for a visit to University of Albany. Location cannot be beat - directly across from the school. Adjacent to a Dunkin' which is a huge bonus for me. Only downside is our room was right along Rt 90 - so lots of auto noise.

I liked everything about the hotel. Staff was nice, check in and check out were super easy.

The room was ok - but the carpet definitely was not vacuumed. Did not find remote to TV until we left, a new one was given to us and we returned it at the desk. Bistro was never open. We went down at check out (10am) and it was already closed.

This was a disastrous night! First, the entire room vibrated, and I mean the floor, the walls, the couch and the bed. Made sleeping nearly impossible! Second, the shower drain had clearly NOT been cleaned in a very long time... hair, mold, soap scrum. Needless to say, I did not sleep AND did not take a shower!

We had a problem with our tv and Patrick came to the rescue. He was very helpful.

This is my go to hotel to come to when I’m in Albany. It’s close to everything and in a nice area. The only thing I didn’t like this time was my room. The room overall is spacious and nice. But the rug in the room had an old smell. The tv kept turning off and on by itself. And the ac also appeared to be on eco mode and often turned off during the night and I couldn’t change the settings. I would still come here as the other times I had excellent rooms.

Close to SUNY Albany, our first room had broken tv first desk help was wonderful and moved us to new room. Bed was uncomfortble

The bathroom shower wasn’t well cleaned, had hair from the previous person. Also i found a big toes nail clipping on the carpet next to the bed. Please vacuum before letting someone else check into the room. Overall it’s a nice hotel.
