    Accommodations are generally always nice. The breakfast staff was warm and welcoming at 9:50 a.m. when closing time was at 10 a.m. I was definitely a bit nervous about arriving to close to closing time. I could not get additional bath towels. The hotel was out of towels. How does the hotel run out of towels. My eyebrow did go up on this one.

    I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere.

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a serious issue with my recent hotel reservation. I booked my hotel through Hotels.com and received both a confirmation number and itinerary for my stay. Prior to arrival, I called the hotel to inform them that I would be checking in late. During that call, I was told they could not locate my reservation and was advised to contact Hotels.com. I immediately contacted Hotels.com and was assured that my reservation was active and that I would have no issues checking in upon arrival. Unfortunately, after driving seven hours to attend a graduation and arriving with my elderly grandmother, I was informed that I could not check in because my room had already been sold to another guest. Despite having a confirmed reservation and receiving reassurances from Hotels.com, I was left without accommodations after a long trip. This situation caused significant inconvenience, stress, and frustration, especially given that I was traveling with an elderly family member and attending an important event. I relied on the confirmation provided and expected my reservation to be honored. I would appreciate an explanation of how this occurred and request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused by this experience. I look forward to your prompt response.

Also, asked for bath linens for second day and was told by receptionist that they would be brought the next morning. None arrived. We called front desk and waited over 45 minutes to get fresh bath linens. We were almost late arriving at the wedding we had come into the area to attend. Our room phone did not work. So frustrating and unsafe.

The hotel says that is what hotels.com booked but my reservation shows that I booked a double room which I showed the hotel staff. I was still given the king accessible.     #brunReview the property was completely renovated from my last stay in April 2025. The rooms were excellent revamped with new beds, fixtures, lights, furniture, carpet, wallpaper, and the bathrooms were redone. However, the issue was waiting over 25 minutes for the front desk to help me while she was on the phone during time. Personally I would have put the phone on hold to assist the person in front me which would have taken less than minute due to me having a reservation. Lastly I reserved my room through Expedia and paid and she charged me for the room again which was suppose to be only a security deposit for incidentals. Overall, clean hotel, the staff as a whole is awesome besides those mentioned hiccups. I would recommend staying there. #brunReview

    The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Pillows are the down like pillows. Very soft. Had to use 3 of them to equal to a decent pillow.

    The bed in the room was very comfortable. The only down side was the towel holder on the bathroom door was very sharp. I brushed against it and received a pretty good cut. Recommend removing the lower towel holder from the door.

We came across a manager in the hallway on our way to check out and told her. She immediately picked up her walkie talkie and put a hold on our room to have it looked at. Breakfast, while not homemade, was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, milk, juices, and coffee.

    The stay was ok. It was a long overnight trip, so I took our fur baby, an emotional support dog. The paperwork is legit. As we checked out, we noticed we had a pet fee of $75. Now, it’s not about the money. My review that the night attendant said my husband and I snuck him in was a lie. We always use the side doors; just never one that liked to go through the front lobby but to check in, and clearly, she saw the dog. She couldn’t have told that lie, so if you stay here, ensure you get all the correct information. Also, she tried to bash the third party we used, Expedia. I think, as in customer service, you should not try to provide false information and compare prices unless that's your expertise

I.e. the tv should be on the wall opposite where it is- based on all bed positions- I got a crook in my neck trying to watch tv. Breakfast items were mislabeled each day, could have been better.     My main complaint is the breakfast. Not good at all. The food seemed old and was nearly cold. Eggs were not kept replenished…so I can’t comment on those.     I refuse to stay at hotels where druggies stay so I tend to spend a little more and almost always happier and less annoyed. Hampton Inn was wonderful. From the check in via the lady that had braces (we had a funny conversation about them) to the lady monitoring the food this morning. Staff was great!! The room was very nice and I loved the pillows but the bed was a little slouchy. It was nice having the couch as well as the office chair and an additional fancy chair. Room and bathroom was very spacious, only complaint is that we had a view of the concrete slab on the second floor. No big deal but wow. The hotel seemed like it was full and I did make the reservation last minute. Breakfast was just what was needed to get our day going. We had our dog with us and there was a decoration on the table near the elevator that looked similar to a ball, in a dog’s eyes. I had to pull her back from it. Lol. All in all great stay and would definitely book again.

    Very clean. I was only Leary about the linen. I hope it is being changed after each guest, because it is dangerous during this pandemic not to.     When we walked in the door the two ladies behind the counter looked us up and down then rolled their eyes. She asked for my name then said nothing else until she had to ask for my card. I booked a jet tub king suite. When we went to our room it only had a shower. Called the desk she said they didn’t have any available. No I am sorry or anything. I paid extra for the tub. She should’ve refunded some of my money. The hotel was clean but check in service was terrible!

    Enjoyed my stay. Have two complaints. The hot water was not hot enough when taking a shower. To me it was luke cold not warm...this of course can be subjective. My second complaint is that I reported the bathroom light broken but it was never fixed. Nice hotel but unsure if I would stay again because of the water.

    The Hampton was in a very convenient location. Close to food and shopping and other hotels. We were there for a funeral and family were in many locations. Hampton Inn personnel were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the lobby!! I highly recommend.
