There is no breakfast, you have to pay for it. The coffee I purchased came straight from container we have in our apartment complex very nasty not worth the money. I Ubered so I can’t speak on the parking

I was traveling with my elderly mother which requires a bit more attention than usual. They made it easy for me to take care of her needs while I was able to take care of getting things done. Thank you so much.

Upon entering the lobby, it smelled and looked very clean. The lobby had multiple places to sit and lounge with some private booths along the wall. It was at the end of the cul de sac and had shaded parking.

Parking was easy and safe especially for a lone traveler! The staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

Overall, this stay was nice. The room was very clean. The only main issue that we had was the TV was not working. My husband is a big sports fanatic. And was not able to watch the game. Several different staff members did try to adjust it. But we were in a handicap accessible room. So I guess we were limited.

When we arrived the hotel charged us additional $40 for taxes. They said hotels.com is out of Washington and only charges Washington taxes and that we had to pay Georgia taxes when we arrived. Getting hit with an extra $40 was very annoying.

I liked how accommodating the staff attempted to be although I could not stay. I ended up not staying there and looked for a different facility. The smell of moisture and smoke was everywhere. The curtains were literally slashed. I couldn’t stay.

I would’ve gave it 5 stars, BUT there was a half used toilet tissue roll in the bathroom, stain on the chair at the desk, and the TV remote didn’t turn down the tv if you used the HDMI port. I feel that if housekeeping was cleaning thoroughly then fresh rolls of toilet paper should be provided for a new guest. Other than that it exceeded my expectations. Some of the reviews are really bad. But in my experience it’s up to date, really big tv nice view out the window. I will most likely stay here again in the future.

Decent hotel. However, the rooms were not stocked with enough toiletries. The cleaning team was plain-clothed and not identified with a name tag or ID. The cleaning team would knock on the door once and then open the door, making the residents feel uncomfortable. The cleaning team was not aware whether the residents were long-term or short-term and then made negative comments.

This could be a five star review. It just seems like to me that if they had better maintenence they would be better. The fire pit was "out of order" all I did to fix was use matches instead of the ignitor button that was missing a AA battery. Easy fixes like using the right hardware on the shower door instead of just using what you had.

For the price the hotel could have been better. First room we was given was a room that someone had already used. We had to wait downstairs for like 20 mins for them to get us other room. I had a great stay there. The lady at the dining area was amazing. The room was very clean. Majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only problem was that the pool was not in service. I would consider staying there again.

My rooms tv would not allow me to use the volume on my fire stick but I use it needs upgrades and the phone did not work so I just used my cell to call the front desk it was no big deal .

The hotel is really nice now. The upgrades are beautiful. The rust on the hinges of the bathroom doors, throws off the improvements in the bathroom. The king bed, should have more pillows. Overall, its a nice, comfortable place to relax and enjoy. I will be coming back.

The only complaint we had was the lack of hot water the second night. We had just gone back to the hotel after the funeral for my brother. We were too tired to get dressed and call for a service person or to change rooms. We reported it the next morning at checkout. Otherwise the stay was good.

Room very comfortable front desk staff ( TRE) very helpful. Do not eat in the cafe. Dinner - cobb salad- was iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar, tomatoes and croutons. Breakfast - french toast - cold - obviously reheated food service item served without butter - a few partially ripe strawberries and syrup.

Lights in the room were all the "blue" LEDs...swap those out for modern technology and get an instant increase in ambiance. Don't count on grabbing a drink at the restaurant in the evening...it wasn't open.

First let me say the front desk staff and maintenance were amazing!!!! They were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The housekeeping staff - not so much! I was booked for 2 weeks and the first night I checked in… a dirty washcloth was left in the bathroom, the iron would blink on and off causing them to give me a very old iron, housekeeping left trash in my room which eventually made me say I’ll clean myself! Checked out a day early and the front desk recommended talking to the manager which was a waste as she was not interested or engaged. Told me that she needed to know when things happened and I let her know I reported daily! This hotel was renovating which was another disappointment (but I could deal with that… as they made the best of a bad situation)… this hotel did not feel like a Marriott.. it felt like a motel off Route 66… housekeeping is crippling this hotel and the lack of empathy from management …. Bonvoy points doesn’t solve every issue!

Housekeepers did an outstanding job helping us clean and reassemble our room after we had to unexpectedly checkout of our suite. They made sure the bridal’s decorations were conserved and transported everything to the new assigned room with no complaints. We were able to get their names but thank you to the ladies that helped us in room 301 and 101!

Outside looks pretty nice and the staff seems very friendly but man this place is a dump. Didn't realize a Ladybug infestation in a room was even possible and why are all the fixtures in the room rusted and dirty?

I am surprised that they do not serve complementary breakfast for $150 a night stay.

Asked housekeeping to straighten up our room when we left for the day and upon returning 10 hours later nothing was done. The man working at Bistro had no interest in serving anything. Told us they had no food..

Rooms were both musty smelling during stay - air units were on but either needed cleaning or better outside air exchange - was able to open windows to refresh air. Rain hitting air unit on outside was very loud - enough to wake up to as it channeled the noise directly into the room. Minor repairs needed throughout property - missing light fixture in room, loose trim, and very obvious ceiling patch jobs in several public places. Parking lot was well lit with ample spaces provided.

This courtyard hotel is one of the worst I have been to since being an adult, the rooms are dirty, smelly doors do not lock properly had to switch rooms due to this. Had a room near the ice machine which made noise all night along with the AC but overall there are a lot of food options and it was close to the prison that my husband is in so that being said there are not that many options for lodging

Went back & said we need a new room, they moved us to "the last cleaned room they had" it wasn't much better, carpet was sticky, they had a small fan or something plugged in in the room by the bathroom that ran non-stop, it was like 9:30 & we were tired so we just stayed there but will definitely not stay there again

The property could use a coat of paint and update

If you're looking for one of the cleanliest, safest locations in Albany: THIS IS IT! Great staff, amenities and nice clean rooms.

Convenient, safe location and very friendly staff

Surprised on how dirty the room was for a Marriott. Carpet was sticky to walk on and white socks became black. Strong presence of skunk smell in hallways with questionable visitors coming in and out. Spend a bit more and avoid this stay. Bugs in bathroom light fixture.

Lack of cleanliness

The room was awful. It stunk bad, everything was sticky, the bathroom was filthy, the fridge barely worked, and the beds were not made. The area around the hotel had a lot of food places but I did not feel very safe. The staff was pretty neutral in terms of friendliness and helpfulness, was hit or miss. Do not stay here. It is insane what they are charging for the quality you get.

Air conditioning seemed to have temperature control locked out. No matter what setting the temperature was, it stayed the same. A light bulb missing from bar counter top. No facial tissues in the suite. Not an impressive facility.

Very nice and well kept

I didn’t like that one of my rooms had a bunch of ladybugs everywhere.

Hotel was very clean. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the tv, and maintenance came quickly and fixed it.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean but the carpet felt kinda sticky and I didn’t like that.

The woman who greeted us at the front desk was wonderful. We'd been driving a long time when we stopped and it was nice to be welcomed so warmly. The room was clean and the addition of a balcony was nice.

I liked that management was extremely friendly/helpful. I was in town for an event that I had been traveling all day for, so I hadn’t eaten anything. The manager put a salad up for me, because I wasn’t going to make it back to the hotel in time to catch the Bistro. Needless to say, the food was delicious when I finally did eat.

Great service, clean, and close to everything. The bed was a little worn on my husband’s side, which made for sleepless nights and a backache. We would have switched rooms, but the hotel was booked.

It was a very nice hotel check in can't be early.

Moved rooms 2 times, vroken air conditioners. Sticky flors everywhere, need to shampoo/clean carpets everything. Use clean mop water on hard surfaces.

Service was terrible! Wanted to charge me 2 times since I did not check in on time. This was already paid for!

Hotel wasn’t worth the money

The limited available breakfast options were disappointing. There was not even milk. Very disappointed in this property.

This was the worst stay in a Marriot property I've ever had. There was trash in the elevator that was present for a full day. I arrived in my room on the third night of my stay to find my bed stripped with no sheets. I called the front desk several times around 8pm with no answer. I had to physically go down to the front desk and was told that I had to notify the desk if I wanted to have the sheets changed due to COVID. This was not communicated at time of check in. The pool was also dirty. Stay at another hotel in the area!

The first room I checked into

Everything was great and very clean. The staff was absolutely amazing and was very informative about Albany Georgia which is such a beautiful place. I will be returning soon

I waited for 20 minutes to get checked into another room. I was given a handicapped room. The bathroom and the shower curtain had black mold on it. The dresser was falling apart. As I was closing the curtains, I noticed that the outside window screen was broken and hanging off. I’m glad that I happened to check to see if the window was even locked. The window was not locked. That can be dangerous on the first floor. The room cleanliness was terrible. It was not up to the standards for a Courtyard by Marriott. I won’t stay there anymore. They need to correct those issues in that room.

This was undoubtedly the worst Courtyard Marriott I ever stayed in. I filed an official complaint with Marriott. I will get all my money back from both Expedia and Marriott for this stay. Unbelievable!

The lobby area was very inviting. It looked very relaxing. The front desk person was very thoughtful.

Amazing

I didn’t like the bathroom. I didn’t like that almost all the cable channels didn’t work. I didn’t like that the refrigerator wasn’t clean with old food & bugs in it. I didn’t like that we had to change rooms because the first one wasn’t cleaned properly. The rooms had bad smells in them..

Cons: Musty room, ridiculous location of tv to bed, poor view, limited snack bar choices, hidden receptionist, overpriced
