There was no luggage cart. None of the staff were very friendly except the house keeper. The carpet seemed dirty & no way would we walk on it without shoes. There were no tissues. Water leaked from under the bathtub all over the bathroom floor. I would never stay here again and would probably not stay at another Quality Inn unless it was recently remodeled.

Not much! The bathroom was disgusting, the tub was old and cracked and clearly dirty. The back of the shower curtain looked like somebody had wiped themselves with it. There was dirt dust, and what not in the corners of the room. This facility is very much in need of a deep clean. It’s kind of like they don’t care and for the money I spent I surely expected better. Breakfast the next morning was at 7 AM for us in the breakfast area. It was very obvious. That they only set out a certain amount of things at any given time. There was like two pieces of sausage, three eggs, a muffin no option for toast or English muffins and when those things were gone, people continue to come after us. The only option these people had at that point were dry cereal, and the waffles even the fruit bowl only had two apples in it since the check-in desk and the front doors are right there basically in the dining room there were two individuals that were talking one going off shift one coming on, but no one seemed concerned about the people have anything to eat? And like I said, this was at 7 AM really really really bad customer service in my opinion.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was so nice. We were given a room and it was filthy. It looked like all they did was make the bed without washing the covers which was covered in stains. All of the furniture had sticky spots and debris and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. When I went down, I was given another room no questions asked and the clerk was so apologetic (I didn't get his name which is so not like me because I love giving Kudos) . New room was super clean and smelled fresh. There was even a sweet note on the bed from the housekeeper. I would stay here again

There was blood stain on sheet they had to come change it and THEN the mattress protector had a big stain on it and she thought I didn't see it. Also there were no towels upon entering room and the remote control was in op sooo we couldn't watch TV we thought it was the battery but I bought some and still in op and then they didtn even take trash out n our room. And some of the staff didn't even speak English. Will not be staying here again

There was an extremely strong moldy smell in the bathroom, also by the air conditioner. I ended up being so sick that night. Also, bathtub was filthy. The front desk guy was amazing, he should apply elsewhere.

Absolutely nothing, this is a trash business scamming people out of their money. Where to start… after hiking up the stairs, oh because surprise there isn’t an elevator, and upon opening the door there were bed bugs in our room! So we refused to stay there!!! The front desk worker told me to contact booking.com and said a refund would be no problem. Well it has become a huge problem! I have not even gotten a partial refund despite not staying here and having to find another hotel last minute! I got the manager on the phone one time and he said he would contact booking.com to authorize the refund. That has yet to be done and booking.com keeps telling me that they have to have this authorization from the hotel in order to issue me any money back. I’ve called the hotel back several times and each time get Maria at the front desk who tells me only the manager is able to help me and he miraculously is never there each time I call. She supposedly is relaying messages to him but he’s done nothing to make this right. $281.44 charged to my card and I was not even able to stay here!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I’m beyond angry, I was completely scammed out of this money!!! This hotel needs to be shut down immediately!!!! Do not book this place, I think a cardboard box would be a better option!!!

The floors were wet all weekend from them being shampooed and the room smelled musky. By 7:45 am, the breakfast foods were gone and they were not to be replenished due to them already using 2 cartons of OJ, no bacon or waffle batter with 1 hr and 45 mins left.

Everything was fine, except for the room not being cleaned at all. There was hair in the bed and the bed like someone’s perfume so it was pretty obvious the sheets weren’t changed. Nothing was clean in the bathroom as there was hair and mucus and even dust everywhere on the top of the shower and on the hairdryer and in the back of the sink, which was evidence that the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in months. Unfortunately, all this isn’t that uncommon these days and even higher star more on the expensive side hotels. Apparently it’s impossible to get good prideful workers these days.

Had called in the afternoon to make sure I would get a room near the back door as my service dog alerts at any sound and do not want to disturb others - when I got there the guy at the desk who understands and speaks very little English puts me in a room nearer the front- room 108 - when I ame back and asked if he could move me to a room closer to the back door he said no all those were reserved- the thong is I checked - knocked on doors, no answer , no sounds - went outside all shades pulled up in each of the back rooms, no cars parked - this was at 9 pm - checked again at 1 AM - still no one in those rooms!!! I stayed here a couple of years ago when work was being done on my house and everything was wonderful ! I am handicapped physically - have service dogs for the disability - I doubt I'll be back or recommend Quality Inn -

Refrigerator truck parked outside our room. Running until after 1.30am after we called front desk. We had to leave early so had no sleep. When we were leaving a dog was loose in the corridor and peed up the wall. Very very disappointed. Guy on front desk was pleasant but couldn’t speak much English and we couldn’t speak Spanish so wasn’t able to communicate properly.

Rooms were not cleaned Strong smoke odor throughout Visible stains/spots on floors We requested room changes, but the replacement rooms on the first floor had identical problems, particularly the heavy smoke smell. These conditions made the rooms unsuitable for occupancy. Notified the front desk representative (Camille) immediately Attempted resolution with hotel staff Hotel supervisor confirmed the booking was through Expedia and stated Expedia would handle any refunds We were forced to book alternative accommodation.

Location was fine, breakfast was good. Our A/C unit leaked, and had water around the unit. 2nd night our toilet stopped up and we had to change rooms. I was charged for a pet fee, that I never had any pet with me, nor did I request to bring a pet, but the hotel said they couldn't refund me the $100 because I booked thru your company. I am still requesting my $100 pet fee back.

Everything. I have pictures. The closet shelf for hanging clothes was broken off the wall. the TV didnt work. The bathtub was filty and drained extremely slow. The hotel was loud in the middle of the night. I knew I booked a 2.5 star...this was flea bag.

Bedsheets were soiled. I asked to have them changed and it didn't happen. I've stayed here before and had no issues. This is the first time i stayed on the 2nd floor. It seems the 2nd floor is for long term guests and employees.

To the room and it was feeezing cold and the heat would not turn on AND it was at the end of a long hallway on the second floor. I had requested a low floor. When I stayed here a couple years ago I remember the hotel being cleaner and not so run down. The shower curtain is disgusting.

The front desk person was AMAZING! This review is NOT about her at all. My problem was with the room, and I was charged $20.00 more than I agreed to. Expedia quoted me one price, and then I was charged another. The bathroom was horrible. There were rings of dirt along the sides and bottom of the tub, as well as very curly hairs at the bottom; even the shower liner was dirty. Yet, the housekeeping had the audacity to stage the shower liner (cloth) and linen as if they were clean. The linen had long dark hair all in it (towels and washcloth). The mirror was very dirty. The Kleenex holder had a lot of white, dried fluid and other unidentified stuff all over it. The bathroom floor hadn't been swept or mopped. It appears the toilet was cleaned, but the toilet seat had a large crack that went almost completely through it. I booked this room to use my OneKey money and give my husband a brief weekend getaway. I am really disappointed. We were tired and did not want to take everything out of the room to move into another room. We just did not have it in us to deal with that. It was only one night, and we had both showered thoroughly at home before getting off work. So, we just decided to be happy that the bed was clean and the room was at the end, away from a bunch of foot traffic.

I checked in easily at the front desk. The first room I was given was on the first floor. When I checked it before unpacking I found a candy wrapper on the bedside stand, and crumbs and such on the floor bedside. I asked to be moved to another room. When I walked in the 2nd room on the 2nd floor, I immediately noticed that the toilet was running. I tried lifting the lid off the back to juggle the float, but it wouldn’t budge and I didn’t want to make it worse. Then I went in the room and when I saw the blue chair by the window, I knew I couldn’t stay in this hotel. It had a large brown stain on the seat cushion. I was shocked that the chair was left in that condition. I found another place to stay. I understand that I would lose one night’s stay, and I am waiting to see if I get a refund on the other 2 nights I had booked. I just could not stay in an unclean place

Usually this is our go- to hotel but this time it was a disappointment. While the hotel itself was clean- there was children's drawings on the window shade, the toilet seat looked like someone kicked it, the shower was peeling in the bottom and had hair in it, our door had indentions that resembled someone hitting the door and the keys stopped working half way through our stay. The wifi was horrible, we explained to the guy up front but he basically told us that it was the weather. And we could reset it except there were no options to reset it. When I brought my own wifi the next day it worked just fine. Not to mention, check out time is 11 and my partner was rudely awake at 10 am by vacuuming. I'm severely disappointed in this stay and would honestly like a refund because of the inconvenience.

It's on Whiskey Road, so it's convenient for everything nearby. Our shower leaked badly, we weren't given any towels/washcloths and had to ask for them, we weren't given pillows, the breakfast was very poor, which is typically the best part of the hotel stay (besides the parts of leaving your hotel.) They only had waffles, apples, and coffee. Staff blamed it on the live-in people at the hotel, which i can understand, but running out of supplies at 7:30 when breakfast runs until 9 is unacceptable. Their ice machine is also broken or nonfunctional, we've stayed there twice with a year in-between visits and it hasn't worked either time

We found 3 dead bugs in our room. The shower had pink rings like if hadn’t been washed in weeks. The floor was super sticky with stains very clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Asked to change rooms but nothing was available. This was after we asked for a second cleaning as well. Property is filthy and nothing was done to improve our stay. We left immediately.

Barely got my bags to the room before I decided I couldn’t stay there. The outside looks decent but as soon as you enter the lobby you are hit with a smell that continues through the whole property. Every single piece of linen on the bed was dirty and the bathroom had tons of what looked like spray foam/insulation along the border. Immediately took my bag out to the car and booked another stay.

The bed felt like a brick. The pillows felt like they were from Dollar General. The internet was open and we couldn’t get a reliable internet connection at all. The room keys deactivated every morning at 11 AM, so after a three day stay, this become really annoying. We were on the second floor with no elevator. Not a good stay.

Had some issues with a bug. The night staff was hard to get a hold of. The day staff was nice. The owner wasn't very friendly and was later getting there then his staff said. I had to come back after the tournament to try and get it resolved

I made reservations 3 weeks prior when I arrived to check in my room was not available. It had been giving away. I had to settle for a different room. The shower was dirty. The bathroom did not have a fan so when you got out the shower it was steamy. The tv was unplugged I had problems with that. No discount was provided was in the inconvenience of my room being unavailable. The ice machine wasn’t plugged in. Went down for breakfast at 7:30am and it was almost empty (breakfast 6am-9am). Well, I wasn’t able to check in my first night because the desk was unmanned so that was very annoying, And I had to get a hotel next-door at the Hampton, which was awful, but I able to check in the next day and was very pleased with the hotel.

What stood out for me while staying here was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I wish that I had asked for a few more names but I will mention Lu and Jackie at the front desk. Jackie was so generous with her time as she assisted in booking a future stay. Maintenance was readily available to correct an issue with the tv. The property was clean and well cared for.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and was quiet. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Went down and 3 tray warmer had nothing in them and could tell there hadn't been, but some girl that had been sitting in a corner chatting with a guy was watching us and as we walked away said she would get them refilled. Since no lights were on over the trays and they were clean we knew nothing had been in them. Sitting inside the lobby area that evening chatting with friends, no desk attendant was there but sign said to ring for service. Man walks in, rings bell a couple of times no one responds. He asked us if anyone was there and we said we checked in during the afternoon and there had been. Tried calling the hotel number and got no answer. Man said he was going next door to the Hampton Inn. Poor management.

I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inn’s. Some are nice and some are not so nice. This one was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The check-in was easy and Luke, I think that was his name, was very pleasant. The area that it was in was around all types of restaurants in a Walmart was about a five minute drive.

I had stayed here previously with no issues. This time, too many issues. First they had to double check that my room was clean. Then the bathroom was ok, missing towel bars. When I came back to my room on my 2nd night, my bags had been gone through. I know this as my bag and toiletry bag was fully closed, velcro and all, even though I had left it open. I went to the front desk & finally had someone explain what was going on. Seems they did NOT check me in the 1st night, they thought my room was vacant & removed all my items & put them behind the front desk. They later realized their error and put the items back. Will not be staying here again - and will not recommend

Where to start? There was no front desk attendant. I was left sitting in the lobby ringing the bell and calling for a half an hour before someone came in. I received the wrong room keys. The bathroom shower grab bar had been ripped out of the tub. Morning breakfast was rubber and there was a crazy lady in the lobby talking to the TV. Could not get out of there fast enough.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Downside was there was almost no toilet paper (had to go aske for some), no Kleenex (empty container), ice machine broken (staff said it was getting fixed next day), and there was a cockroach in the back of the building both nights we came in the back door (closer to our room. I did enjoy my stay for the little time I was there.

My family and I traveled from Jacksonville, FL and stayed here on 8/18/2023-8/20/2023 for a family get gathering. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was great. My only concern was there was no elevator available, so we had to climb stairs. I would recommended this hotel to others but I personally would not revisit because of the lack of an elevator. I have serious back issues such as a fusion and walking up and down the stairs can cause me pain.

Our room smelled of smoke. The carpet floors were damp. My slippers were sticky on the tile after walking on the damp carpet. There was a huge water stain above the shower. The elevator and ice machine was out of service. Breakfast only had waffles, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. We will never stay here again!

Front desk lady was easy on the eyes. Beds were comfortable and Target right next to the hotel was convenient.
