The lady at the front desk was very nice and played and very helpful. The hot water could’ve been a little hotter, but other than that the day was great.

Left after I saw the room I went back to front desk and gave her key back … now trying to get refund lol
- 1/5
Awful. First room smelled like cat urine, blood on the walls and furniture as well as some other unknown substance. They changed our room but that room had a stench of cat urine also with stains on the comforter and the bathroom smelled horrible. We will NEVER stay at another Quality inn. Unfortunately it was 10pm and our 10 year old needed sleep after a long day of travel.
- 3/5
For the most part it was quiet. And the stay was decent.
- 2/5
Mold all over the shower bath area. Shade to cover the front window was tied up with a rag very old looking.
- 0.5/5
Bad
- 5/5
It was perfect for a one-night stay. The only issue we had was that the bathroom door did not close all the way due to it being swelled up from the humidity. The pool looked nice but we could not utilize it as we arrived very late. The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and we saw her again later and she told us to have safe travels. I really couldn't say anything bad about the place.
- 5/5
When we check-in the lady at the desk was absolutely the nicest person we met at a hotel on our trip. She was pleasantly accommodating and helpful. We was able to get our room right in front of the pool like we wanted. She brought free towels and rags to our room and made sure we knew she was there to assist us in whatever we needed. We are planning on coming back to the area in a couple weeks and will be staying at this hotel.

Location good. Close to restaurant. Gas stn. Hwy Daily room service Coffee always available Good bkfst Needs Microwave in lobby Lobby should be open to residents 24x7 Loveseat dirty. Should replace
- 4.5/5
The parking lot is a bit small and tight, but manageable. While the lot and walkways are well-lit which is great for safety, the room gets a lot of light, even with the blinds closed.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and good water pressure. Everything was dirty and very worn out.
- 2/5
Nothing Room stank like cigarettes, over booked, over priced
- 5/5
The continental breakfast was very limited
- 2/5
The property is conveniently near the highway. However, the rooms are old and in poor condition. The continental breakfast was barely a breakfast and the coffee they provided I honestly could not tell if it was coffee.
- 2/5
Didn't like the condition of the room.
- 1/5
This is a run down place. We did not stay there.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
The hotel looked like it wasn’t maintained. Peeking paint, chipped paint, she shower head stuck out way past the wall…it may have been clean, but it didn’t give the appearance based on the rack & ruin of the property itself
- 4.5/5
Perfect! Less than 30 minutes from Augusta National!!!
- 3/5
Bed was clean. Shower was hot. Served its purpose. If you're looking for more than that, good luck! If not for being in the area for the Masters, would not typically stay here.
- 5/5
Front desk was very courteous and helpful.
- 2/5
Bathrooms were filthy and moldy. Shower curtains were moldy and had holes. Rubber shower mat was moldy. Bathroom door had paint peeled off a large part of the door. Booked room to pay at time of stay and I was charged several weeks ahead of our stay without approval or notification. This location is certainly not a poster child for Quality Inns.
- 0.5/5
Bathrooms were dirty, TV didn't work, lightbulbs burned out. Door lock looked like it was a victim of forcible entry. Bathrooms, lights, TV, door locks
- 2/5
The guy at front desk was rude. He also did not understand English as I tried to ask for peanut butter (other guest said they were out). He kept telling me “butter is in the fridge”. He then turned on videos loud on his phone while people were eating breakfast. Horrible first impression.
- 3.5/5
Wish there were some protein options at breakfast
- 4/5
Breakfast was poor. No fruit, no eggs, two cereal choices. Coffee was good Breakfast
- 2.5/5
Toilet loose from floor, safety bar in shower loose. Breakfast was disappointing. No fruit ,No yogurt , nothing but cereal and waffles. Doughnuts were dried out. Coffee was terrible. Waste of time. No one at the front desk for checking out or to ask for help for breakfast. Was in front for 30min and never saw anyone.
- 4/5
Rooms are older but clean. They came by everyday to make sure we had clean towels etc. Holly was exceptional and very helpful. Went beyond.

Our initial room was gross. Smelled of possible cat urine

Staff was very rude . Room was dirty . Best thing about the was leaving at daybreak
- 3/5
Stayed two nights at the motel. Photos of the included hot breakfast do not appear to be of this motel and are not close to reality. Compared to other motels of the same price range, the breakfast provided was poor. Room was clean, housekeeping was good, but the motel has clearly seen its better days and maybe better management in the past. If I was staying in Aiken again, I'd try a different motel.
- 4/5
It’ was an okay place. I would not use it if I had to stay several days.

The staff was very friendly. We were here after the hurricane cause we had no power or water! We were the first guest when their power came on. They didn’t skip a beat! They were so nice getting us into our rooms! I was so appreciative!
- 0.5/5
Nothing The staff, the connecting room, can hear everything from other room, couldn’t open shade, light bulb burned out, bathroom had hair in it, no parking available, the free, hot breakfast was a joke. Stale cereal, rock hard bagels and bread, molded mini muffins, coffee tasted like dirt, orange juice was watered down, the waffle mix tasted like card boarded, the milk was sour, the staff member was listening to an India soap opera so loud you couldn’t hear the the vulgar, killing movie on the tv. When I expressed my dislikes…he stared at me then began singing in his native language (India)!! We should have slept in our car!! Never again
- 2/5
Nothing descent nearby. Have to drive down into Aiken. Older property, little rough, no amenities.
- 1/5
We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Children were screaming. A man walked out smoking pot. The railings were not secure. The bathroom had no toilet paper. If you wanted ice the only working machine was on the first floor. The area did not feel safe. You did not want to leave your car. It felt like a room one rents by the hour. We checked out after 1 hour. It was disgusting. We had to find an open hotel in Augusta 30 minutes away.
- 1/5
No tv room was dirty
- 1/5
Dirty floors, you needed to wash your feet before getting in bed. Shower curtain didn’t reach lip of shower floor, so water went everywhere. Blinds next to door (1st floor room) hanging by one side, so you could see in the room from the parking lot.
- 1/5
Area ravaged by hurricane. Hotel was almost 2 hour drive, but desperate to find affordable lodging. Reservation made for $95 dollars. Upon arrival was told my reservation had been canceled because of a glitch, but (and using exact words) "realized we could get a lot more so price is now $169 plus tax". They would not honor original price shown on my paid receipt, and had to fight them for 3 days to get a redund. Price gouging is illegal and has been reported. Blessing in disguise because we would have been playing "name that rash" by morning. Absolutely filthy hotel, and extremely rude receptionist as well. Would have slept in a cardboard box before staying here. Mr. Nick Patel you should be ashamed to take advantageof people at their most vulnerable time, especially for those who have lost everything during this historic weather event!!!!

Hotels.com is publishing hotels during a hurricane that have no power and refusing to refund the money.

Great place to stay. The only thing that I would change about the hotel is the breakfast. There wasn’t many options. Yogurt or a mini donut and cereal.
- 5/5
Breakfast is cereal, waffle or apple. Rooms were cleanish. It was very noisy from cars on the street.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
Room was made up very nicely each day. Room had a damp, musty smell in corner by bathroom, stronger after a night of rain. We had a non smoking room, but being on the ground level, people smoking a door down meant we had some wafting in our room.
- 4/5
Rate was too high.
- 3/5
This motel is tired and not well maintained. Sheets were stained. Floor was filthy. Piles of hair under the side table. The pillows were over used and we asked for a couple more and were told there weren’t any extras in the entire place. While the front desk help was friendly she was not dressed in a manner I would expect for representing the motel.
- 1/5
It was absolutely horrible. The front desk man was extremely rude. Asked me to pay again. I said I paid at Expedia and he constantly argued that I didn't pay. Didn't speak any English couldn't understand a word he said. It was a horrible night. I would not recommend that place to anyone.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
Thanks, everything was good
- 2/5
I frequent this hotel regularly and was disappointed that the air conditioning was frozen over and leaking water on the floor. The only solution was to supply towels to soak up the water.
- 5/5
There were flies in the room, a smashed roach and I’m not talking about weed either. The bed was extra noisy and the floor was clean.
- 2/5
Numerous transients around the property, was approached and felt unsafe, property was so noisy neither myself or my husband could get any sleep. The room had a stale smell, and a property around the hotel was trashed. We were also lied to about the hours for the swimming pool, so that it would not have to be opened.
- 2/5
The deadbolt was ripped off the door so I couldn’t lock that. The peep hole was paper towel shoved into a hole. I got in the shower and closed the curtain to find a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. Pulled back the comforter to hair on the sheets.
- 5/5
Extremely Clean
- 1/5
Rough hotel
- 2/5
It was nosy as hell, drug head and hookers running all over the place all night couldn’t sleep at all
- 4/5
My stays are pleasant.
- 4/5
This Quality Inn was comfortable, clean, and convenient to several eateries and stores.
- 4/5
Older hotel that has been redone. Bed was comfy. Lots of tv to pick from. Pillows are ok.
- 3/5
Good price but not the safest feeling location and the room cleanliness was questionable
- 1/5
Terrible experience, by third time on a Quality Inn hotel..this will be my last one, for sure. Never more....
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 2/5
The shower curtain rod was broken and lying in the bed when I checked in along with the shower curtain. There were no other rooms and it could not be taken care of until the next day. I took a shower without a curtain. The price I paid was 150 a night (it was masters week) but this motel was no better than a truck stop. It was located right off of the exit of route 20 and very noisy. The furniture was beat up and had water damage. The walls were thin. There were fights outside and kids running up and down the outside corridors.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and spacious. No smoking room but tub had cigarette burns on it from apparently a different era. No hint of smoke though in the room. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
Convenient for the Masters, but would've never stayed there otherwise.
- 5/5
Reasonable distance from Augusta National.
- 5/5
Friendly people room was very clean
- 3/5
Due to Covid, there was no breakfast provided (not even something in a bag). Cleaning needs to improve. Not staying here again. Not worth the money.
- 3/5
Will not stay there again
- 1/5
I went to the front desk and asked for a different room, and they offered me another, but did not seem to show any interest in my comments on the room’s condition. On the way to the second room (which was in similar condition) I passed by the pool and saw a diaper floating in it. I turned in the room key and left to find another hotel.
- 4/5
NON SMOKING ROOM SMELLED LIKE ASH TRAY.. Bed is mushy you hear the coils when ypu move. Otherwise room ok.
- 5/5
The place was clean. The bed was comfortable. The workers were nice.
- 4/5
Clean, affordable, friendly staff

Over all it was enjoyable and clean.
- 5/5
Easy access from the freeway, Very clean And confortable

First before i booked i called to find out about the free breakfast because i figured there might be some covid restrictions, they said there was no buffer style like normal but there would be some pastries and stuff. Which was fone, we had to travel first thing early mornong and just wanted something before we left. We got there and were told no therr would be nothing. Check in was quick and easy which was the only good part. Room was stained and dameged and had a smell. AC barely worked. Room never really got cold just tolerable. Shower was small and shower head old and nearly non working. Wife killed a roach in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable with stained sheets. We stayed at three quality inns this trip all same price and the other 2 were great. Clean, comfortable bed, open pools, etc. Id never stay at this one again even if it was free.
- 4/5
It was short and served its purpose
- 5/5
Good clean facility. Great for the price
- 4/5
Room service didn’t sweep, though, and we had a crawling baby with us
- 4/5
Good cheap no frills hotel
- 2/5
The room was very outdated. Not clean at all cigarette stains on the tub. The bathroom itself needed lots of repair.
- 1/5
Disgusting..this motel should be condemned. Shower filthy. Mold in bathtub. I should have slept in my car.
- 4/5
Looked clean, but it wasn't............had to ask for the floors to be washed and the phone was disgusting
- 3/5
Staff responsive to cleaning my room was good. Bugs in bathroom not so good.
