Our first time at this hotel as we were there for the Masters. Nice clean room close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Disappointed in room…….carpet stained, bathroom floor not as clean as I would have expected, previous guest’s socks left on bathroom floor, and generally not pleased with this particular room.

I'd suggest putting water out for guests in the lobby area. Paid for a bottle of water and then found out there was water available in the fitness center. We enjoyed the outside area with picnic tables.

Has really good convenience to eateries, walmart and banking.

The front desk was extremely kind and helpful. He manage to update my memberships info very quicky. He also made sure we were satisfied w our room. The breakfast employees was also amazing. I always stay at Hilton and this place so far on top of my list.

We had a brief but great stay! The staff was very friendly, helpful and clearly customer service oriented. The fitness center offered new equipment for both cardio and resistance training and the hotel was pet friendly which our golden retriever appreciated as did we! The room was spacious and had nice amenities. I highly recommended this hotel.

They had to move us from our room to another because the bed had been made but when we turned down the covers, there was hairs all in it.

The property itself was nice and clean, but staff did very little to enforce keeping loud, unruly guests quiet and under control. There were people in the halls well after midnight being loud, banging on doors, and front desk was notified.

The bed and the room are all great. Very comfortable bed and the room are very clean, The breakfast option is good. Can be betters, was out of half and half for coffee. And the juice was out. The two night we were there. Other than that it is good. The front desk staffs are very friendly. The cleaning crews not very friendly.

I have a lot of apprehension with hotels these days. No matter how much i research, most of them are not as clean or quiet or drug free as they claim online. The stay here exceeded my expectations right from the beginning with checkin with the nice staff. As soon as we walked into the room, we were very pleased with how clean everything was and how spacious it was; all of which were true to their online claims. highly recommend!

Somewhat disappointed. We selected this property based on high prior ratings. Breakfast first morning was poor with many items missing and pancake machine out of service. Second elevator out of service during 3 day stay. Room was not cleaned during entire 3 day stay even after asking front desk for assistance.

My partner and I stayed here for one night but we both enjoyed our stay. Check-In was a little slow possibly due to staffing however the process was quick once it was started. Our room was comfortable enough for both of us and the bathroom was clean. Beds were very comfortable. There was a large family reunion happening the same weekend we were there, but overall the hotel was quiet and we didn't have any issues with noise. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for any quick visits.

We switched to this hotel after we arrived at our initial hotel and it was a dump! The property was clean and all the staff we interacted with were nice. The only thing was that our room was not scheduled to be cleaned until way late and by that time we had been gone since early morning and just wanted to come home to a cleaned room. They had a special door hanger to out on the door indicating that you wanted the room cleaned. That was the only issue.

HVAC in our home was out.We have stayed here a number of times before... Would recommend to family and friends.

Newer property as of summer 2025. Nice but bare bones staff which leaves it feeling a bit "cold". Staff we did encounter were nice.

The complimentary breakfast was full of variety. Something for everyone. Brand name items, flavourful and all the condiments you could think of to go with it. This is my second stay at this property. Both times I’ve felt like old friends with the staff. Linda is especially helpful and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. I love all the shower heads. We were able to work and relax here. Parking is very convenient and the location is close to restaurants, shopping and the marsh walk. It’s very walkable. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The front desk receptionist Colosanta was friendly and informative. She made you feel welcome and at home. This alone made the Holiday Inn express in Aiken SC a venue worth while!

It's a fairly new hotel so everything is in good order and fresh in appearance. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The view from the window was mostly trees and the facility was well positioned off the main road. The receptionist was very welcoming.

This Hotel was PERFECT for a one night get away. Hotel is clean and the check in and out was so easy. Staff was amazing and breakfast and coffee were very good. They have coffee available 24/7 and LOTS of of dining options close by.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. It had a fridge and microwave, blackout curtains, good water pressure, two outlets in the bathroom and a hot breakfast every morning. I will be back!

Elevators were a little slow for hotel with only four floors. The bed was too hard for me. Other than those two things, everything else was great! The breakfast was good, and hot! Service was good too. And hotel staff were very nice.

The facility was good. I just happened to be there when there were problems. That the elevator was not working was beyond their control. Climbing four flights of steps until the company responded was a bit much for someone eighty-one years old. Because I wanted to relax and rest, I was disappointed that there were problems with the TV. At first, it would not come on. When it did, it couldn't be cut off, which means I did not have a restful night. The breakfast was just fair. A quality upgrade would help. Yet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. While there is a dispenser for body wash, people should bring their own soap as I usually do to wash my face. The setting is very peaceful. At another time, except for the breakfast, I could have given a very good rating.

Every was really clean. The only thing that was a drew back was having to wait until 3pm. I have been staying here for close to 8 years with a group and there has never been a issue getting in early seeing we were there for a convention.

I love this hotel! I stay here at least two times a year because of business. I only had one issue this year though. The towels and wash clothes were extremely rough. But everything else was great!

Breakfast was not up to par for Holiday inn Express. Eggs were cold or not available, breads were not replenished and stale, no cereal.. generally a disappointment and certainly not what we've grown to expect at Holiday inn Express, which is one of the reasons we choose to go there

we booked to stay for a softball tournament. We usually stay there when we play in Aiken however we were not told the pool was out of commission until we checked in. They provided us with minimal towels and when we requested more, they said they did not have any clean ones requested extra blankets which we were not given. We could’ve very least been given a discount due to the lack of quality of state that we have been used in the past.

Check on was horrible. Room was not Breton time way after 3pm making me late for the very family celebration I came to town for.

We were working the Foodees Food and Culture festival and decided to stay the night rather than drive back home. They were extremely welcoming, greeting me by name upon arrival and made the check-in process so easy! They were even willing to allow me to put some of my cheesecakes in their kitchen refrigerator but we ended up not needing to because the small amount we had fit in the large "mini" fridge in the room. Very clean and quiet, the perfect "ahhhh" moment of relaxing for my wife and I.

Great property. Terrible experience with our room. About 11:00 pm we realized our air conditioning was not working and we suffered in heat all night. None of us slept all night it was so hot!

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were remodeling during my stay, but that had minimal impact on my room. Quiet and safe hotel.

Housekeeping rifled through one of our suitcases after the first night. We decided to put the do not disturb sign on the door and didn’t have the room cleaned after that. We went down and got new towels from the front desk each day. Other than that the stay was fine.
