Beds were supper hard & uncomfortable. Bathroom door was rotten on the bottom.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Down side is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Pool didn't have towels and bathrooms had zero ventilation. Toilets need to be replaced but for the price you can't not beat the area or amenities

The room was large with a desk, tv, coffee pot and coffees, and a refrigerator with a freezer that really freezes. The bathroom was clean and had wall mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. There is a multiplug on one bedstand but only one outlet on the other side. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows of varying firmness. The only thing that was not pleasant was the frequent loud, grinding noises that came from the elevator around the corner from my room

The breakfast was great! Freshly cooked bacon and grits and lots of other choices. The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable and quiet. We will be back.

Very nice breakfast with many choices. Staff friendly and helpful. They were outstanding! I've been staying here for over 10 years, but the property is aging poorly. Our 1st night there was a plumbing issue (shrieking pipes). We were upgraded to a suite, which was pleasant, but the bathroom had tiles broken and displaced from an obvious previous water leak, the light fixture over the Jacuzzi was barely attached to the ceiling, and the toilet flushed with hot water!

The fabulous staff -- from Wilson to Gail to Angie and the woman at the front desk -- made this otherwise dreary property passable. Most of the ice machines worked and the ice tasted fine. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked. Linens were comfy. Angie did great job prepping our room each day. 1. The odor each time we entered our room. Hall initially smelled bad but then was perfumed. Unfortunately, the perfume was overpowering. 2. No computer. 3. Peeling paint outside the building gave it an unpleasant curb appearance. 4. Poorly lit. 5. Bathroom's adjustable shower head was so old that it refused to budge. 6. Toaster didn't work initially but Wilson moved it to an outlet that worked. 7. There was no water our first morning there. Though it was no fault of the hotel, it set the tone for lowered expectations.

Like to point out Phillip the night worker, very social, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of.

Headboard fell off wall on to my head at midnight night one of three booked. Between that, the state of disrepair and cleanliness of the property, we checked out at 12:30 am and had the entire stay refunded

This hotel and its reviews are not as advertised and would never again stay here. Also, the $80 pet fee is not displayed in total when you secure online, so comparing other options in town, it’s not a good value for the cost.

The staff went above and beyond our expectations. When we arrived, the room we were initially assigned had an odor. When I brought it to the front desk's attention, they quickly reassigned us without judgement or questions! The breakfast was not your typical free "continental breakfast." they had a small variety each day. It was very clean and always stocked! not applicable.

Breakfast food was fair, I stayed at other. Hampton Inn, and breakfast was better at the other ones. Dining area was clean. The room was much smaller than typical Hampton inns. Apparently it was an old, old building. Surprised to see it only had one elevator. I took my dog with me and the daily rate was 81.25 a day for the animals. On top of my room price.

Location was convenient. Shower was dirty and made a loud noise. Blankets were thin and the bed was uncomfortable.

I don't know why but the hotel smell really good. Smelled like lotion. The hotel is by ALL the restaurants. I actually had doubts staying here but I'm so grateful that I did.

I thought the breakfast was pretty good. I prefer sausage or ham over bacon. I think you should offer at least two choices. Also, I didn’t see a variety of bread types, but to be fair, I wasn’t paying that much attention to it because my wife wanted to share a bagel. The fresh brewed coffee in the lobby is very good, but by all means please get rid of that crap coffee you put in the rooms. We’ve been using Hampton Inns on our road trips for many years among other hotels and you guys are gradually going downhill by comparison. Holiday Inn Express is much better.

It was OK. The room felt tired and a little dingy. The USB ports were not very conveniently placed and you couldnt reach the bedside lights if you were laying in bed. Guests were noisy and you could hear someone talking in the hallway like they were in the room. It felt like we paid Hampton Inn prices to stay in a Motel 6.

The shower was moldy, and the sink is ridiculously small. The walls are dirty. This place needs a serious make over. The tv doesn’t work well and there is no access to a guide. We won’t stay here again. It is not up to par with a Hilton property.

The front desk said oh well. Elevator was broken too. I feel we should get some compensation back for the smaller room and wrong bed.

This is the BEST Hampton Inn I’ve ever visited! I cannot describe the kindness the staff showed us during our stay. Michelle, the front desk clerk, was the absolute BEST!!! The lady that worked breakfast Sunday morning was super sweet. I give this hotel a 12 out of 10!!!

Service at front desk was great. Very conversational and put me in a good mood after a long day. Stay was like a typical Hampton. Very comfortable. Not sure our room was "sanitized" as it should be for COVID-19 and the lack of "breakfast" should reduce the rate. As a Hilton Honors member, this was not a good stay.

I booked through hotels.com because your room description said the room had a shower/tub combination. Not only did it not have that, but we were not allowed to switch rooms because we booked it through “a third party.” Not happy about this.

Always clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant. Especially at breakfast, Debbie was super courteous and helpful and we found that her information was great help for us. We loved her input, and she was just a ray of sunshine. Plus a great breakfast as well to start our day!

Very convenient area, next to Walmart, Target, Golden Corral etc...Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the complimentary breakfast which had alot of options. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel has the updated Hilton remodeling details, but it's still an older hotel. The bed slept great with updated Hilton linens. Our king room was decent sized with a sleeper sofa but the bathroom is closet sized. Room has an updated wall thermostat and the wifi was great. Breakfast was by far the best continental breakfast of any hotel chain and well worth the extra cost to stay here. It's in a commercial area, but still quiet enough to get decent sleep, with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

We had an excellent stay! Room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff was amazing - from the front desk, housekeepers to the ladies serving breakfast! Everyone was kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked through hotels.com. We got there at 11pm and checkout was smooth and quick! The room was alright. The ac made a funny noise all night and the beds were terrible. Almost “crunchy” feeling. I wouldn’t stay there again just for the beds. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

When we returned the next evening, it hadn’t been cleaned. The desk clerk on duty was nice enough to clean it for us.
