Would strongly advise against staying in this hotel. It has the worst customer service I have seen. The owners of the Garni Eden Hotel don't treat their customers with due respect and don't accommodate in case of issues. In our case, they did not exercise their Good Will to void the cancellation fees for a double booking made in error. We mistakenly booked 2 rooms at the same time because the system said that one was no longer available. The matter was reported to the property by the customers on the same day. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, but had to pay for another room for 2 (!) nights (!) that we didn't use! That's although we arrived at the hotel. In such situations, hotels accommodate their customers and do not charge them for double booking if they are staying at the hotel anyway. Furthermore, there was neither a manager nor a hotel owner that we could speak to. When we asked to speak to the owner we were told that "he doesn't want to speak to us" which is outrageous customer service! The property did not want to speak to a representative of a booking website about our matter and did not respond to multiple emails from them.

Great location, 2 minutes to the sea. Clean room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Relatively large parking, although it might be difficult to find a place if you arrive in the second half of the day.

Close to the beach and had a lift and easy access for my mum who has some mobility issues. It is not clear when you book the hotel, that they are two different hotels next to each other. As it states Eden hotel, I assumed that we would stay in the Eden, but they had booked us into the other hotel. However , we were able to switch, but this is not a good first impression when you arrive there. It was irritating to say the least. The rooms are quite small for the price. But we knew this from our first visit. They are practical but not comfortable. It is not a luxurious hotel. But the location is great and made us choose it again.

Very cleaned. Big room. Great position The breakfast could be improved. You could add something sweet and a white yogurt. There was no toaster.
