The hotel and everything else was 10/10. I loved it. I accidentally left my wallet and a T-shirt in my room and noticed it about three hours after checking out. As I was traveling with my family, returning to the hotel was not an option, so I contacted them immediately. The staff member I spoke with was initially very helpful. He quickly located my booking and sent me the bank details to pay €10 for shipping. I transferred the amount right away, sent proof of payment, and provided a delivery address in Poland. I was assured that my belongings would be shipped via DHL the next day. Unfortunately, after this, communication stopped. Despite several follow-up emails over the course of a week, I did not receive any response. When I called again, I was told that the package had already been shipped on 07.04 — however, nothing ever arrived. As my wallet contained all of my personal documents and cash, this situation was very concerning. In the end, it turned out that the items had not been shipped at all, and my father had to drive today from Warsaw to collect my wallet in person. While the initial assistance was appreciated, the lack of follow-up and incorrect information was very disappointing.

very nice staff and helpful

I made a booking around 23.00 and on booking.com it says they have 24 hour reception, but it is not true. When I arrived they could not see my booking, and refused me to stay in the hotel. I was charged anyway, and sent away. The person in the hotel was extremely rude, and I almost had to excuse that I made a booking so late, and he said it was not his problem basically. Crazy.

The hotel is clean, modern and well situated with an amazing breakfast / bar view on the top floor. Our dog was warmly welcomed. We had a deluxe double and the room was quite small, although comfortable. The pool was closed when we visited.

The hotel is amazing. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Indoor swimming pool and sauna is a big plus. The staff is very friendly und always ready to help. Perfect location, a lot of cosy restaurants nearby.

The food was nice, fresh and a lot of choices to choose from. One thing, the restaurant management could change the smoking area. They must moved it at the back side of the restaurant, not where at the entrance, specially for those non-smoker guests who are eating outside. Example my family is not smoking and we have a kid. Those guests after eating, they smoke and they don’t take care to others because the smoking stand is just at the entrance next to the first table. They can move the smoking stand at the backside where people are away from the restaurant entrance. The smoker area is at the entrance of the Balkone going to the restaurant. When too full inside the restaurant or nice weather, of course guests will move or choose to stay by the Balkone.

The location is wonderful. The breakfast is nice. Especially cleanness of the rooms was great! The work of the reception staff is definitely not on a good level. The person at the reception was rather defensive and unpolite. They mixed up the rooms. Once they proposed to change the room there was no sorry for discomfort, no offer to transport our luggage to the other room, and no simply thanks for us being flexible and letting them to know that the room we got was for another guest. So, communication skils as well as client orientation have to be improved.

Everything was great in hotel, from the very entrance. The staff were very friendly, and even gave us an upgrade after we had an issue with our room. Food in the restaurant was super, and the hotel is very close to the beach and sea, with a breathtakign view from our room. The pool was nice and the fitness area was well equiped. We had a really great time with my family and we will deffinitely go back. Nothing, our experience was perfect and this hotel raised the standard on what we would like to expect from future hotels.

Nice place almost right at the beach - only a mini golf place is between the hotel and the beach. There was parking available for a comfortable check-in and check-out. The breakfast in the top floor restaurant is spectacular, the breakfast buffet was good and had a diverse range of products to offer, e.g. there was a real honeycomb availbale for the guests to sample from, fresh fruit and veggies as well as some warm dishes while some other products were plastic packed convenience products. There were not sufficient parking places available - which is a thing for the entire island so one need to factor in some walking/payments for public parking. The indoor pool could be a little bit cleaner around the edges. The smoking place was right underneath our window which was a bit smelly when we opened the window to let in fresh air.

The restaurant’s food was nice. The view on the top was amazing while eating breakfast. The services also by the reception was nice. The parking space was limited.

Location is top. And Breakfast/ Restaurant at the rooftop with an amazing view was awesome!
