The room was spotless and had great amenities -- a microwave, fridge, nice closet and open spaces to store things plus extra hooks in bath and entrance. Everything seemed new and I understand the elevators were recently refurbished. The staff were great and attentive, and parking was close by.

Room was not cleaned during my two (2) night stay citing staff issues as the reason. When front desk was informed the that towels were needed the reply was "Sorry, there's no one available to get them.

Clean room but bed wasn’t comfortable for me. Breakfast had a lot of options. Good coffee and nice selection of sweets. Front desk staff was friendly. I would stay at that hotel again.

Pool was out of commission during our stay. The pool was part of the reason we selected the hotel. Also, the bathroom only had 3 bath towels, so we needed to get more from the front desk.

We like staying at Hampton Inn, and we were not disappointed, the staff was great, the room was clean, the facility was clean, good breakfast with variety of food to choose from

The maid service was horrible. They did come and remake my bed once and gave me fresh towels, but did not clean the room and did not throw away any garbage. The mini fridge was out of order. I told the front desk they came up and said they fixed it, but it never got cold. The shower was horrible because the drain was clogged up with hair. The first night we were there it wasn’t our hair. It was somebody else’s so apparently they don’t clean that that well. I would go down for coffee in the morning around 8:30 and the coffee would be empty. I’d have to go to the front desk to get them to refill it and that took 10 to 15 minutes. I would probably never stay at this hotel again.

Staff was unavailable for check in when we arrived. After waiting 20 minutes or so we decided to go to dinner. When we came back the staff still wasn’t available and we waited another 20 minutes before finding another staff person who then went to locate the front desk attendant. This was around 6pm, so very normal check in time when you would expect staff to be attentive.

Room was clean and staff was nice. We always enjoy staying here. Plenty of restaurants and shopping minutes from the hotel. Our only negative is the breakfast. The eggs are not cooked properly and always watery.

The property was fine for the price paid with only two minor issues. The water pressure in the room, especially the sink is very low. The breakfast potatoes were not cooked thoroughly and the eggs/sausage temperature needed to be higher. Staff were friendly and location was good.

This was the best hotel I have found in this area and I have stayed at a lot of them. Very friendly staff, super clean, nice breakfast and great parking. No complaints whatsoever. 5 star!!

Everything was as expected

Room was super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Beds were soft and so comfortable 😌 we had a great night's sleep and were able to rest. The breakfast was delicious and very well stocked with everything ready to enjoy. I would 100% come back here for another stay and maybe get to go the pool next time. Stay here!!

The room was lovely, bed süper comfy, the only problem is how much I could hear the people above me… the ceiling/floors are so thin that I could hear the man above me coughing and stomping around. Since the lobby is under construction they didn’t have any snacks, nor did they have staff to run item requests to the room, which was also disappointing. Overall, an okay stay.

Really nice rooms, lots of outlets, tall ceilings and the shower gets really hot. Staff is nice and attentive even considering the lobby is temporarily in a different location due to construction in the actual lobby. One unique thing about this hotel is that they offer body lotion and hand soap on the wall and it’s the same brand as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. That may not seem important but it was different. The breakfast was super good. The hotel is a really decent price considering the location. It’s next to a retirement and memory care facility and it’s right next to a few good restaurants. A quick 15 minute drive took me to a nearby train station but you could easily take the bus at the nearby Walmart. All in all- I would stay again and I highly recommend this hotel. As long as you don’t mind the pool being a lil salty, that was really the only downside considering how excited I was for it.

This hotel has the most incompetent people working, from the guy working at the front desk who can't read. I paid for my room using Visa debit, hotel claims it didn't go through yet I have proof showing Hampton Inn Addison, IL got my money then they tell me they didn't get it. The manager says he'll call me, doesn't call me but instead charges my Visa again.

Room was clean, staff were helpful, the environment was quiet. Good breakfast also. The hotel is undergoing renovation in the front of the building, so some things are rearranged, but the work did not interfere with my stay at all. I would stay there again.

Even though we arrived at the hotel 1hr after check-in time, front staff said the room is not ready which is quite frustrating especially after a long travel. Then there was quite abit noise outside the door room in the morning time. The pillows were really bad, we couldn’t sleep properly. The pool area also seemed quite dirty.

Staff friendly check with us daily, make sure everything was good. They were doing construction at this hotel it got a little dusty in the air causing our sinuses to flare up. But, overall it was a good hotel and definitely will stay at again!

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. It took awhile for someone to actually check us in. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay, there could have been a little more variety. The pool felt like it needed a good cleaning. However, we were overall very happy with this hotel. It is in a great location that is very accessible and had a lot of great restaurants.

Actually when we checked in, they did not see our reservation and advised they were sold out, after about 15 minutes, the MOD reached out to Hotels.com and was given a different confirmation number, they honored our booking.

Rooms very clean, disappointing that my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:30 and check in is at 3:00. Many other customers came in after us and received their room before we did. Did not understand why

The salt water pool was a bit small but very satisfying. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Very recommended.

That being said the hotel was completely booked, they did manage to get us rooms beside each other. Very small inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. I’d definitely recommend and stay again

Also the fridge didn't work in room 325. I really wanted to like this place. It appreaed clean. I pulled the sheets back to check the mattress. Breakfast was great. Pool looked a little murky, but it was a high traffic area as it was in the 90's this weekend.

Great weekend stay

I had 2 rooms reserved under my name with 2 different confirmation numbers. One of the rooms got cancelled without my knowledge. There was no message from the hotel or Expedia. When I had to rebook, they charged me full price for the second room.

Site was currently undergoing construction. However, the rooms were very nice, clean and the breakfast area was great. Location is a central hub to many outlying areas.

This place a is really nice. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The only thing uncomfortable about it is that they are under construction and they make a lot of noise. One other thing I did not like when I dial the hotels phone number someone from overseas answers and they have no idea what I’m talking about. I wish my call goes straight to the hotel.

checked in on 12/22 staff was fast and courteous but failed to inform us that construction was beginning on that day for renovations to the hotel rooms. I wouldn't have known except for the sign posted near the elevators. Staff should have informed us. The room was very dated and while clean, looked dirty and dingy due to the worn out rugs, and moldy spots in the shower. The bathroom sink had a small leak underneath. The toilet seat moved around from side to side. When I went to use the house phone to call the desk, it was broken. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Swell. The worst part of everything was the thin walls/ceiling. I heard the neighbors tv, shower, toilet, talking etc. Every footstep from the upstairs guests was heard very loudly in our room, making it very hard to sleep. I stayed there a few years ago and none of this was an issue. I'm glad they're renovating but not sure they can fix the thin walls/ceilings.

There’s a bar on the back wall of the shower which assists on getting into the tub/shower but no other hand rails and very difficult to exit the tub/shower area

This hotel is a bit dated. Bed was not very comfortable. It was ok for a short stay but I’d want something more comfortable for a longer stay.

Asked for a late checkout as a result of waiting 1 1/2 hours in the lobby and was denied with no compensation as they were over booked

The reception staff were unfriendly during check-in and check-out; however, the rest of the staff were highly professional, smiled warmly, and greeted guests in a friendly manner. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and spacious enough. The service at the dining area was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall, the hotel deserves a five-star rating.
