When we checked in the clerk tried to charge us for the room until we showed our reciept from pre-paying for it. Then she charged an additional fee because there were 2 adults instead of 1 even though a room that sleeps 4 was booked. The doors had dirt and handprints on them, the bathroom door had a hole kicked in it, and the flooring slides around from improper installation. The “continental” breakfast was Little Debbie cakes and the refrigerator still had food from a prior guest in it.

Horrible place. It was gross and disgusting. The room was filthy and roach infested. There was people living there and hung outside all night and was loud.

Not a good stay. The property is old and run down. My room was about 50 yards from the freeway on ramp, so every vehicle getting up to speed to enter the freeway sounded like it was coming through the room. Also, my room was right next to housekeeping and the ice machine. It was impossible to sleep due to noise from people using the ice machine and staff working in Housekeeping. The room wasn’t the cleanest. You could feel the dirt and grit on the linoleum floor. The condition of the room can be summed up by the condition of the chair in the attached photo, which was in the room. The stolen Dollar General shopping cart that was chained to the gas meter to keep it from getting restolen was a nice touch.

Another guest said the same. I couldn't even wash my hands when I settled in the room.had to go back to front desk, long line. Could t find ice machine. Asked the desk the next morning. The told me where located, and the machine had no ice. Front desk said I'll scoop with cup out of the top. Ice tasted like metal. Disgusting. Horrible "breakfast" instant coffee from a machine, which they rope off by 11am, so no more coffee.only had dry cereal and some fake juice from machine. Unfriendly staff. Dump, but owners driving a $68k BMW suv, parked out front.

The room was so dirty. The sheets on the bed had stains everywhere and everything smelled like cigarette smoke.None of the lights were working and the Television was broken. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE

This is not a.good area of town. We rolled up to find vomit on the ground outside the stairwell to our room. The room smelled and the heater was clanging. The beds were too small for the wall-mounted headboard. They have a policy that pets can't stay in rooms in kennels and want you to lock them in your car if you're gone. We canceled our stay and found somewhere else to go.

Property is run down, nroken down vehicles in parking lot, got a rude, almost unintelligible call from a rude desk clerk.

For the price it was ok we got through the stay. Room was damp and there was a leak in the bathroom! Could see water damage stains all around the ceiling! The bed felt damp the first night bc of all the moisture in the air! Staff was friendly and it was clean I saw house keeping clean the room next to me and she did not cut corners!!! And surprisingly I felt very safe this was my family first motel stay we usually stay at hotels! If you want affordable give it a try!!!

I reserved the perfect room because of special guests that had disabilities. The parking was the best. Reserved handicap sign on the ground for parking at the door for easy access to the room. The father and son team (Mr. Patel) made our stay private and good. First time in Georgia, first time at the Red Roof. We will definitely reserve again. Appreciate the process. THANKS 😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I stayed in room 117 and it was horrible! It was a room with smoking and straight up stunk. Heat, Air and fan didn't work. There was mens beard or mustache hair all over the sink and counter, blood on the door trim and I don't even want to know on the door. The beds were horrible and broken down with burn holes in the bedding. Pillows were very flat and gross! One of the worst hotels I have stayed in all around the world. Very noisy as well.

I would have rather slept outside in the cold for the was i was treated charged an spoke to i booked for the jetted tub room for a week but the reservation wasnt there called an made one directly with redroof paid 10 dollars more for a regular room the tub didnt have a stopped the room wasnt cleaned 3beer the fridge didnt work remained with broken fridge 2 days the sink flooded the floor outside the bathroom no toliet paper when i asked to be switched rooms they where rude an didnt move me i ask for towels because i only had 2 i was told i need to purchase them when i booked with red roof over the phone i was charged 441.40 Which I assumed Being as we discussed me having 3 dogs, I need a pet fee included because I was not purchasing it with.My card and i believed 441.40 was what my 7 day stay would cost i got to the property to be charged 485.73 because supposedly when i booked an gave card it was for no reason they assured me that the card hadnt been charged because the actual charges would be until check out but they needed to run it s it was on file which both statements where a lie i got my key an took my dogs To my room and the front desk was calling me telling me that I needed to come back down and pay for my other 2 dogs.Another 210 for even with customer service complains an trying to talk to front desk 1,137.13 is what my step dads card was charged fr a 7 day stay that would have been better outside especially after just losing everything i own in a house fire

Our check-in went trouble free, room was really clean. And they had a good breakfast option, great price which was very important.. overall... great.. ty for a good experience

I didn’t like killing cockroaches in my room and around the facility. I had no maid service at all ; and stayed there for three nights. You will not see staying at a red roof inn again.

Clerk was nasty and disrespectful

This place was bad ebough I didnt get out of my car. I had my 13 year old daughter with me and there was no way i was going to stay there. There wasnt even anyone amswering the phone to cancel my reservation with.

The staff was unfriendly and didn’t want to give us the room we paid for.

Had to stay here while my new house was getting ready. 12 days. The property is clean and safe. The employees are extremely nice. Not the fanciest of rooms, outdated with thin walls but that’s why it’s so affordable. Would stay again if needed.

Convenient to family members that we were visiting.

I like that the room had a fake wood floor instead of carpet. It felt cleaner to me since you never know what is in carpet. I also liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom so I didn’t have to wait for everyone to shower to do my hair and make up. The man at the front when we checked in was very hard to understand but he was pleasant enough. I want to leave some positive points so this isn’t all negative. The room was very clean as well. The price was a pretty good value and again we got what we paid for. I just wish they had better mattresses and towels. I can bring my own pillow.

The jacuzzi sweet was pretty nasty. Mold coming out of Jets and didn't have good pressure. The staff was very rude the next morning.

This location imo, is not as clean or friendly as Emerson. I felt very unwelcomed. The rooms appear to be clean, but the floors are dirty. We used the towels to clean the floors after we realized how dirty our socks were. The dogs at this location also barks a lot. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from which is a plus, but staying here again....

Soooo many roaches...blood on shower curtain...place is falling apart ...mattresses very old ..still has spring mattresses...

Easy access, great location.

It's ok for a quick stop if you have your pups with you. No issues. They allowed me to checkout 11:30 when asking. Close to Red Top to visit the next day. There is also a waffle house and dunkin donuts close-by.

No ice was available. No coffee was available. Floors were dirty. Overall, the bed seem to be clean and somewhat comfortable

The room was relatively clean buy there was a lot of roaches in our room. The pillows were small and hard and the mattress wasnt the most comfortable. The room has alot of potential though if they get the roach situation under control.

Location was convenient to the interstate. Check in was easy. Opened door to room and immediately saw 2 roaches on the door, upon inspecting the room didn’t see any other bugs. Booked a non smoking room that reeked of old cigarettes (I noticed the room right next to us was a smoking room, why do they even still allow smoking in hotels at all?!), bathroom ceiling had water damage and looked like it could have caved in at any time. It looked liked they tried to update at some time but still could use some more. This was just an overnight stop so we toughed it out. Waffle House next door was convenient

The ac didnt work there are drug addics every were ots very loud could sleep at all would never stay here again

My family & I booked this motel 6months in advice . In my original booking ,I had stated that we wanted 2 queen beds , down stairs , because my wife is handicap & can,t climb stairs . After a 11 hour car ride , we arrived at Red Roof . #1 , incorrect address stated , #2 , they don,t have ( ANY , queen beds on ground floor . ) NONE. ! My family was disappointed by sleeping on double beds . I asked the lady there, why wasn't I notified of this ! No Comment was given . Well , we won't use Red Roof ever again.

The Host canceled my reservation prior to arrival which resulted in a higher room rate. Upon arrival was charged approximately $50 higher/room than quoted on the app. After walking into our rooms we quickly became aware that the facility was infested with roaches, resulting in having to check out abruptly. I was informed that I would recieve a partial refund in 5 business days. The hostess at the desk was rude, and could not explain why she was charging more as well as why she charged my card after leaving the hotel again.

Tye cleanliness of the room was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We have stayed 3 consecutive months in this hotel while in town for a couple of days. This hotel is clean, well kept, the owners knew our names the 2nd and 3rd trip. It’s convenient to the interstate, close to downtown Acworth and walking distance to Waffle House. We are picky about hotels and they’ve earned our business.

Room was spacious

Room reeked of urine. Sure, I knew it was an inexpensive hotel, but I was shocked by the smelly room. The handle on the dresser fell off upon touching it, the bathroom was raggedy, and the soap dispenser barely functioned. Stay away unless you happen to have a fettish for the smell of urine. It was disgusting. Room 209.

Our reservation did not come through and we waited an hour for that to be straightened out.

food services are all nearby , grocery store basically across the street , one off the cleanest rooms ,very nice staff , Trick is getting on the property , very confusing as the road seems to vanish you think that your going over a brink aside from that Great place for the money

Rooms were quite nice and big.. clean and modern. Only 2 towels but not a big deal and just had to ask for more. Biggest disappointment was the woman checking me on was soooo rude.. stayed on the phone and then was just plain mean during the check in process like there was I was a hindrance trying to check in.. it stood out enough I told another family to try another hotel

We arrived very late and were “upgraded” to a king size room. It was obviously a smoking room and I reserved a nonsmoking, there were large stains on the floor and cigarette burn holes in the blanket.

Stayed here for a one-night trip. Room was comfortable. A/C worked great. Towels were a little threadbare, but bathroom had been updated. Lots of counter space. Room had mini fridge and microwave. Very spacious. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Water completely off no showers sink or toilet for over an hour and roaches everywhere. When I asked manger what happen he was unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. I reported details to Red Roof Inn corporate number and no one got back to me within the 48 hour promised.

Clean rooms. Great air conditioning in this hot weather. Customer service was outstanding and my pets are welcomed at no additional charge.

Clean hotel. Check in was easy. My only complaint is there was not enough towels offered in the room. No hand towels and only two towels with three of us staying.

We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet place. The furniture and the fixtures do need an upgrade but it was clean and quiet. The service was excellent.

Room was patched together to try and make look remodeled. Bed had flea's I killed several on my arm and leg. I did not stay the night, decided to leave and drive home 3hrs due to fleas.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were disturbed multiple times during the first night by loud talking outside of the my room. I would've checked out in the middle of the night but I was scared to open my door. The area was dark and off the road. My friend's room had dirty diapers in the trash can and one of the beds looked like it had been slept in. I canceled the 2nd night and was told that I would get a refund for both rooms for both nights, I even called back to confirm the refund. They only refunded one night since we spent the night regardless of how dirty the room was or how unsafe we felt.

Staff was a bit lazy at check-in and check-out desk. This is the only place that I know that still allows smoking in some rooms. They smoking room smelled horrible the sheets were stained yellow and there were burns in the comforter. The non smoking rooms werr much better. It was quiet and decent for the price.

Place was clean, but there were roaches, couldn’t move around how I wanted to the door wouldn’t open with the key. There were holes in the sheets. The customer service was lame no where near how it was supposed to be.

There were spider webs in the room as well as they didn’t dust. The beds are actually full size and not queen.

Spacious Rooms and not too bad inside the room, however the outside ambience is not that great, needs improvement

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. However, the back of the property where we were originally assigned a room didn't have lighting or safe parking. The room smelled like smoke, even though it was an unsmoking room. Could not find ice machine. The fridge didn't work at all. The air conditioner blasted freezing air all night even though we set the temperature higher. The tub was dangerously slippery (though there was a railing). I would not stay there again or advise anyone else to stay there.

First time trying a red roof Inn this trip. The room was clean and spacious, it is very convenient to the nearby town attractions and places to eat/drink. The hotel was well maintained. It had a nice area for my dog to walk.

It was clean and I could tell that some upgrades were done. The bed was too firm but I did have an enjoyable and peaceful stay overall. The staff was friendly and professional.

If you're in an even numbered room you are right next to I 75. Odds have allot more peace.
