Breakfast was very good every morning.

Room's need to be more sound proofing or damping. Doors in the hotel are vary loud when shutting. Early leaving guests or cleaning staff disturbed sleep guests.

Room was musty probably due to shower leaking into room (accessible shower)

Absoultly everything was spotless. But the breakfast was the best of all.

Room was very clean and bedding comfortable. Plenty of parking available and excellent breakfast. Liked that it was just off interstate but far enough that it was quiet.

Everything about the place was great, especially the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a while. Only reason 4 stars were given instead of 5 was because they needed more towel sets in the room and better water pressure in the shower. They clean and replace every other day and only had 2 rags and 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days. However, they were very accommodating when I went to get more. Other than that the cleanliness was spot on and the parking was good.

The property is noisy due to the traffic, also, my room had a heavy dog smell in one of the beds. No dogs should be alloud in certain rooms and dog must not use a bed to sleep.

Nice hotel. It’s clean. Staff were friendly. No pool towels. We had to ask for towels all three days. Maybe a towel card system would work. The bathroom in the pool area locks you in. Kids had to bang in the door to get out.

Parking was a bit tight with the trucks and cars but I guess that’s what happens at a popular hotel. Free breakfast was good and ran from 6AM to 10 AM overall nice and much better than the Days Inn down the road

Our bathroom lights stopped working and I spoke with the front desk person and she said she would take care of it but didn't. When we returned to the room that evening it still was not fixed.

the entry was congested as people parked near the front. the room was good except the inappropriately sloped tile that made the shower flood the room. the people above us were noisy. after i called about the noise they keft the room and came outside our room to make noise for spite. there was not an adult in the room with them. finally after 1 i was able to get some sleep. the staff was polite and the breakfast was nice.

The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The showers and complimentary soap and shampoo was fabulous. The coffee tea and hot chocolate bar was always clean and fresh. My family enjoyed the breakfast! It was fresh and clean. Well stocked constantly! There was a different selection daily. Plenty of fresh fruit yogurt as well as hot breakfast options. House keeping was also professional and helpful.

The entire property, from the entrance to the room, even the parking lot, was excellent. The breakfast team was amazing.

No major issues but the hotel is definitely showing some wear and tear, not as clean and nice as most Hampton's I stay at.

The front desk personnel was friendly when I checked in. They accommodated my request to be on the top floor. My room was very clean. The breakfast was better some mornings than others. There was a boys travel ball team staying there, so it was not as quiet as usual. However, they did seem to go to bed fairly early. The beds were not as comfortable as I remembered. The breakfast is hit or miss.

Saturday was the best breakfast. The other 3 days the sausage was horrible too many herbs

I have used this property three times. This time with an entire extended family. The rooms are quite roomy, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The large gathering area was very nice for impromptu gatherings for our rather large family.

The check in was easy and quick, The attendant (Lee) was very polite and professional. The room was clean and ready for us on arrival. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. A great experience.

TV had technical issues from not turning on to very low volume even at loudest setting. Refrigerator wasnt working. Breakfast was unavailable at 10am sharp. Very disappointing & I frequent Hampton Inns.

My only complaint was they don't keep cash up front and I wanted to break a bill to leave to housecleaning. Unfortunately was not able to do that.

Room was clean, breakfast looked decent. Gym doesn’t open until 6am which sucks when you’re an early bird and just want to move around! Dog friendly was a plus! Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating to our every need. Our toilet backed up and someone from the maintenance team arrived and took care of the problem immediately.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated as "guests". Everyone was friendly and helpful.

A traditional Hampton property, what I have come to expect. Unfortunately the loud traffic from the road (not a highway) continued to wake us during the night. I would recommend insisting on a room as far from the road as you can get. Also, they may need a muffler shop in this part of town!

Everything was fine except that hotels.com did not tell us there would be a daily deposit. We already had tech issues on the site (which customer service did their best to fix), but you should note during booking if a hotel requires a deposit upfront. Caught us off guard, but we were already at the location.

The sink faucet was broken. The shower head too high to reach to change spray. One chair although there are two beds. Terrible experience was only redeemed by the very pleasant gentleman on morning duty.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There was a strange odor that reminded me oh a vets office in my room though, just a faint odor. But overall the stay was nuce and not far off i75, so easy access.

This location is great. The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Only complaint is there was a little bit of road noise and hallway noise when people came in late. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices and places to sit.

Peaceful and the room was up to date with comfortable beds.

The toilet was clogged on arrival. When called front desk the brought me a plunger to fix the toilet myself. We were also told at check in about the heated pool. We went and purchased bathing suits and grabbed dinner, retuned 4 hours later to pool being closed for the evening and very disappointed kids.

When we arrived to check in, we were told that no rooms were ready,, and in actuality the rooms were “very dirty because yesterday was February 14th”. Since we were in town for a volleyball tournament we were then unable to check in until late that night. Reviews mentioned the hotel was clean and quiet. This was not true. Road noise was very loud when anyone on the road wanted to rev their engines. Also, noise in hallways and rooms above and next to us kept us up throughout the night. No evidence of staff rounding to try and keep things quiet.

I was very disappointed and confused by the in room cleaning expectations. I specifically asked when I checked in if they clean the room. The attendant said you have to request it be cleaned. I went to the room and the signs in room said they clean the room every other day. So when I went downstairs again, I asked which way it was (I have to request or they will do it on the 2nd day?) This time, she said, oh you will have it cleaned on the 2nd day. So I awaited, it wasn't clean on the second or the third day either. It wasn't cleaned at all the entire time I was there. And I checked out on the 4th day, so who knows if they were going to clean it or not. But there needs to be CONSISTENCY in what they say and the directions in the room if we are to know what the expectation is.

Review what??? The GM James cancelled the reservation and Expedia did nothing to help me.

Everything overall was great - only cons were: Terrible coffee (basically brown water), and long dark hairs in the shower, on shower curtain, etc. I don't understand why, showers especially, can't be cleaned thoroughly. Again, the hotel overall is very nice and has the most dumbbells in a hotel gym I've seen in a long time!

Pretty average. Would have been better if they had hot water. Water was hardly even warm, let alone hot. In the shower/bath tub, and even the sinks to wash your hands. After traveling all day most ppl want a hot shower

Bob was friendly and professional. Room was spacious and clean but could probably use a little elbow grease on the grout. Pillows were a bit lacking but bed was comfortable. You could hear the traffic from our room which was on the 4th floor. Easy access to interstate and several restaurants close. Overall wasn’t terrible but will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Nice room overall. Floors were dirty. Food all over the floors and corners were nasty. Maybe the cleaners were having an off day. Bathtub didn’t drain which is gross. But staff was very nice and property was very clean and well taken care of.

This is the best Hampton Inn I have been to in a long time. From James, the manager to the cleaning crew, EVERYONE went out of their way to be kind and offered to help us in any way. This crew should be rewarded for their excellent customer service.

The hotel is very clean and very well ran. Probably one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in a while within this class of hotels. Came back several times due to the location and amenities. Staff was super accommodating and very friendly. Witnessed the manager of the hotel going from floor to floor pointing out things that needed to be improved or cleaned. He was very nice and friendly. Helping where needed throughout out multiple night stay. Would highly recommend.

Moral of the story: the room called “2 queen beds with refrigerator and microwave” does NOT have a sofa bed.

The property was easy to get to off the highway and room was clean and area was had multiple places to eat and get gas. A very nice hotel
