It was clean but just a very older outdated property. I felt icky, couldn’t relax. Also we were there for a ball tournament , I tried to check in at 145 as wouldn’t be back until 930 that night. I was told there would be a fee if Indidbt wait until 3pm. It would be nice to have that notice posted somewhere in the hotel or get a message upon booking that this is a rule. I waited in line behind others checking out and got off the interstate several exits from the tournament when all that could have been avoided and not a waste of my time.

Ladies at the front desk are really nice but that’s about the only thing that’s nice about this hotel. Rooms are outdated, smelled like wet dog. I found a hair in the refrigerator.You have to hold the shower head in order to shower. I do not like to give bad reviews but I expect more for the price.

If you need something in a crunch it works. I wouldn’t say family friendly as the pool was not working and the breakfast was minimal. Our room was clean and had not smell issues. The TV wouldn’t work but I didn’t call about it bc we were there for sporting event so wasn’t a huge issue.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower faucet handle came off and water leaked around the sink faucet. Breakfast was just ok. We tried it once and decided to eat the rest of our breakfasts at IHOP. I love the close proximity to the restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and we felt safe going from our car to the hotel. We come to Acworth often so we will probably stay there again. Overall it is a nice hotel and the rates are reasonable.

Key never worked when we retuned. Breakfast was non existent. Had toast and 2 cereals, I was there at 8am both days. Clerk would talk to me from the room behind the desk when I had to get another key each time.

The first rook didnt have curtains. Had to move my 85 year old mum. Then the breakfast wasnt edible. A bagle had a bite taken out of it.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We waited for about 20 minutes, and when I called the number on the "be back soon" sign, it rang to the front desk. The front desk person was on the phone with someone the whole time I was checking in

Easy to locate. Front desk staff were polite and pleasant. The breakfast was lacking a bit. No one was there to keep a check on things and fill them up. Had to ask for eggs and sausage(which she quickly refilled but she was also the front desk person). No yogurt or bananas. I also didn’t like that there was a $50 damage deposit required. It was finally refunded but not until after we had left.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was clean. Close to stores and restaurants. Great location. The only thing that we did not like was the exhaust fan in the bathroom was really loud.

Overall stay was not bad. The air conditioning didn't seem to work through out the hotel but it did work inside the hotel rooms so we didn't mind. We understand things happen. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. This hotel shares the same parking lot as the waffle house which is also great. I would stay again.

We were told they just closed the pool for renovations. Upon further reading of reviews, it seems we were lied to and it’s been closed for months. Should not advertise a pool. Our room smelled damp and musty. We got in late and left early because of the smell. No one was in the lobby or at the desk to complain to. I would not recommend this property.

The fan is ALWAYS on in the bathroom when the light is on.

I myself did not go to breakfast. My husband did he said he ate there and came back to the room. He did mention that there was a sign that you can't take your food to your room. Less slamming doors in the hallways.

Our room had a couple issues. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Our cable box was missing so we couldn’t use the TV. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was so low you had to get really close to the shower head or take a colder shower. The price was affordable but I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was great though!

First of all on their website they say they are pet friendly. Then right after the time you have to cancel then send you a pre checkin and it says no pets allowed. When I tried canceling 6 times, no one would respond to me.

Shower valve was either plumbed incorrectly or handle installed wrong making hot water position a guessing game. I cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel room and there was not a single handicap bar in the shower. Breakfast was unremarkable but they usually are. The juice dispenser was curious as instead of wither orange or apple it dispensed a combination?

I don't think the gentleman who checked us in actually said a word to us. Extremely unpleasant or indifferent. Carpet in room had a lot of stains. I called ahead and asked for a 1hr later checkout, which they confirmed, but our key card to the room locked us out at the regular checkout time.

A comfortable place to stay for a night just passing thru. Very convenient to the highway. Housekeeping could have been better. It was pretty obvious the shampoo bottle was empty, so that wasn’t great.

The pool was not open because it was full of disgusting green water. That was a disappointment. We thought we should get a discount since we expected to be able to enjoy the pool since it was advertised as having one. I asked to speak to the management and was given his email. I contacted him, but have not received a reply.

The washer and dryer were $3.00 each and the dryer took my money. I reported it and never got my $2.00 in quarters it took back. The beds were really comfortable. The water pressure is Very Low. Red Stains on the rug. The front desk charged me for the hotel stay even though I had already paid through Orbitz. I chose this hotel based on location which was perfect.

I am a frequent traveler and I know that the Hotel I stayed at was more than wonderful and as helpful as could be. I had a repetitive problem with the Website that has often caused me problems. I can’t say what the problems are even though I am well aware now more than ever. The Hotel was wonderful and I would stay there again!

Had an issue with a pet charge. They said it was $30 USD on the phone, but they told me $40 USD when we arrived. I said I was told $30 USD so they told me they would discount it down for me. Seemed a bit unusual though. Asked for extra pillows and they never arrived. You get what you pay for. Not a bad stay but just keep what I said in mind.

Hotel would not lets us eat lunch or dinner in dinning area because the on shift employee said and I quote “I don’t want to clean it after so no”. We had to use the stairs as the in operation elevator hadn’t been inspected on schedule due in 2022. I didn’t feel safe knowing this. The bed had hair on in it from previous stays.

This place definitely needs new ownership/management. I forgot to mention, the guy who checked is in walked the floors a lot, which I thought was very weird. Should have been up front.

There are no curtains to block out the flood lughts from the parking lot so i suggest an eyemask. Pictures on site are deceiving, cases of toilet paper stacked in lobby etc.

This hotel needs a good cleaning. The volume on my TV did not work. Breakfast is horrible, stale biscuits. Staff hardly says a word to you. Far cry from the warm welcome I am used to at other Comfort Inn facilities. I will continue to stay at their hotels, but not this one.

Room wasn’t vacuumed, had a toilet leak reported not repaired, wall outlet need replaced (cracked) sit on bed light plug falls out. Lobby furniture stained. Smoking was going on in rooms and pet should be limited to designated rooms for those that have allergies of animals.

Outdated. Toiletries were minimal, no extra night stand, ac button was broken, iron was broken. The door had an inch gap on the bottom to where we could hear the hallway noise and the light was coming through. The lobby smells of smoke, the staircase stunk.

The room claims to be smoke free but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom had several small holes in the walls and the sheets had random long black hairs. We overheard another couple in the hall talking about the same issues. We figured we could complain but would probably find the same problems in another room. The hotel needs a deep cleaning and overall maintenance. The breakfast was probably the highlight of the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. It worked for a short stay.

The property was a problem. Tv didn’t work & the one person staff did not know how to fix it. Had to be moved to another room. Also elevator quick working just as we were getting ready to check out. Had to take all our luggage down the stairs.

We arrived and there was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door opened so clearly they need a door stop. Overall the room wasn’t clean and we checked out a day early.

Very decent place to rest for the price. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Staff was nice. Room was a little outdated but it wasn't bad.

It was a great visit. I needed a late check out and they were so accommodating! Very pleasant staff.

The parking in the front of the hotel was limited and most nights we had to park in the rear and walk to the sides or the front to enter the building. Every time we walked out of our room it smelled like a wet fish market and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom did not have a vent fan to vent out the steam from showering. I would not recommend this comfort inn.

The hotel and room was run down. Our hotel room security lock was missing from the door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty. The tolet paper holder was loose. The shower faucet was broken. There were no hooks to place a towel on.

Parking sucked and pool was dirty.

Staff was pleasant and facility was clean

The location was convenient to restaurants, but the room had a terrible order and we had to cut the trip short. I went to the front desk with the concern and they offered up Febreez. I also offered to clean the room myself, but they did not have bleach. Not a good experience.

Breakfast only offered Pork meats, no non pork options were available for breakfast.

Did not have much of a breakfast selection. Had to go out to eat breakfast every morning.

Bad breakfast, old, rundown, strong smell of weed(had to put towels under the door). Beds were uncomfortable.

We did not stay and I have been waiting days for the manager to call me. Have spoken to two different people about it but still no call

After checking in, we found the door to our room ajar. Upon entering, we discovered a large, open pocket knife on the ledge of the bathtub. The tub and carpet appeared dirty. Definitely not a “comfort”-able stay.

It was in a great location. It was better than I expected. The service was great.
