Property was subpar room was very small overpriced for zero amenities and the staff were overbearing and less than helpful stayed for one night and would NEVER stay again.

Cheap rate but toilet didn't flush. Parking got tough at night.

The location being right off the highway was the best thing about this hotel. The WiFi did not connect and many things had signs posted stating "out of order" including, the yogurt and pancake machines, lobby bathroom, washing machine and dryer, and ice machine.

The location was good! There is a mcdonald's, zaxby's, publix, and gas station all in walking distance and Dunkin donuts a couple of mins up the road! I liked that the parking lot was well lit! My kids liked the breakfast. If you have to check in anytime after dark, you have to check in through a window, and the much needed information that you need that they have "posted" (cleaning lady comes every other day, let us know at check in if you need cleaning and basically you can't check out early for any reason and receive a refund) is ONLY POSTED IN THE MAIN LOBBY, which is closed! How does one know that if the signage isn't there and the staff doesn't tell you at check-in! The room smelled old! The furniture is old! There was NO TOILET PAPER IN THE ROOM AT CHECK IN! The carpeting had lumps in it! They gave us 3 towels, but we had 4 people in the room, and it was like pulling teeth to get an extra set, even though I walked to the office each time to get more! The bathroom WAS NOT CLEAN & HAD MOLD! At midnight, having children with me, the guy wanted to come clean the room...I asked him to come tomorrow, THEY NEVER CAME! The bathroom had an ant problem, so when we woke up the next morning, a towel hanging from the curtain rod was covered in ants! I set the towel outside, the cleaning lady grabbed it, and the guy at the desk didn't even want to give me an extra towel until he heard the attitude and disdain in my voice when I spoke with one of the mothers! There was no soap to wash our hands! One bed always had ants on it! One of the "clean" pillow cases had blood on it! There was a cup from dinner left on the nightstand, when we woke up, the lid, straw and cup were crawling with ants! They knew of my complaints, yet no manager reached out and no one thought we should receive any compensation! HAD I KNOWN, I WOULD'VE SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was random water on the floor and we couldn't figure out why or where it was coming from. Had a weird smell. The staff wasn't helpful and certainly overpriced for what you get. Do not stay here.

We have been staying at this location when in town to visit family for the past 15 years which obviously we preferred in the area until our last visit. As we checked in the desk attendant was busy yet still friendly, all Good! Rooms are getting out dated yet still I thought reasonable yet a little over priced for what we got! Which leads me to the big issue we had. At breakfast the next morning we witnessed a scene that should never have happened. As we were getting our food together which if I may say is much better then most as they do have the regular basics but also sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy that help makes the room rate reasonable. When a young lady, guessing above the minimum age to enter alone grabbed herself what appeared to us as a roll of some kind and a glass of juice and headed back to her room when out of nowhere a male attendant came out of the back room and blocked her exit. In a angry voice scolded her for trying to take food out of the area pointing to a little sign on the wall stating that was an infraction and to either leave it or sit down. Half in tears she sat and ate alone until the rest of her party came down. We have taken our food back to our rooms many times to eat and pack at the same time which is the new role we would abide by but the manner in which he attacked the young lady was unacceptable leaving to think twice before returning. The rest of the staff was kind and considerate and the rooms clean just getting outdated.

The front desk staff was very helpful at initial check in and accommodating helping to secure adjacent rooms for family members arriving on different days. Our standard 2 double bed room was dated but clean. The bathroom could use a complete renovation. The toilet was unusually small and low to the floor and there was an area on the celing with paint peeling. Although in room hotel information stated housekeeping services would be performed every other day no services were provided during our 4 night stay. The in room microwave and fridge were clean and worked perfectly.The continental and hot breakfast items were fresh and well prepared. Hats off to the cook staff! Lots of parking with EV charging stations. Nice landscaping. Clean grounds. 2 levels no elevators. Entry to rooms is outdoors, not an enclosed. This was my first time staying here. Not quite my preference but it wasn't a total bust.

However, the toilet and shower area was very clean. Overall it was sufficient for a night's stay.

We did not feel safe staying here due to the 3 men hovering around our door as well as they were all smoking when we reserved non smoking and one of them looked to be living out of the room next to us as the room itself was not clean upon arrival and when we approached the front desk clerk he proceeded to yell about everything and refuse help as well as kept trying to get us to go back to the room instead of trying to assist and accommodate our concerns.

Very friendly and efficient check-in. Just off the interstate so very convenient location after getting thru Atlanta traffic. Free continental breakfast superb and well stocked. Nice grass area with poop bags supplied for dogs.

The best Western in Akron had no hot water. The boiler broke. I could not take a shower. I was upset about that and the toilet stew wasn’t working right. The man changed my room. He was very nice by doing that and gave me back my money.

We had no hot water for our stay we were lied to after we checked in about it being 2 hours u til we had hot water. We finally called 3 almost 4 hours later to see about the water. Then we were told it would be sometime the next day. We were required to leave a 100 deposit after paying online for our stay. The host was incredibly rude cussing and flipping off my husband after we requested a refund for our stay.

The room was very clean with basic amenities. The smell of the cleaning products was a bit strong for me. The linens were clean and crisp. Breakfast was average. At check out I was greeted again with a smile and kindness. The person at the desk wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. I was! We will definitely stay again, when we drive from Florida to Tennessee.

The manager or front desk person was very rude at check in but was extremely nice at check out “ Don’t forget to give us a good rating “ I was placed on the 2 nd floor - there is no elevator and no one to help . I had to struggle to bring 2 heavy suitcases up to the 2nd floor . He claimed that he was getting booked up and that his rooms were almost finished on the first floor . It also rained and there is no covering over the stairs so I had to take the suitcases downstairs in the rain - extremely dangerous. The room and bed was impressively clean .

Entry door has a gap between the door and the frame. The phone did not work to call the front desk Had to ask for a bar of soap for bathroom sink. Shower condition not appealing.

The eggs were undercooked. Not a lot of quality offered. The staff was unhelpful. Our toilet wasn’t flushing and the electricity kept going out. The night shift rep said we could switch after 11 AM the following morning, but the morning shift rep refused. He did send Mr. Lee to fix the flushing issue, but we were told we could switch rooms. Would not recommend staying here with a family.

Everything was amazing. The service was the friendliest I have experienced and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was everything my family wanted and more. Great stay!!

The area is not the most desired and lots of cars racing around. The room next to ours had a couple screaming at each other slamming doors and throwing stuff against the wall at 10pm. The migjt person didn't answer the phone the first time sowe call the direct phone number for the hotel. He did go to the room and talk with the people however less than 15min it started again but worse. Call the front office and they gentleman wek back to the room and we heard him tell them if they kept it ip theu would call the cops. Finally above 1115 all calmed down.

We booked a 3 night stay but checked out a day early. They never cleaned our room or brought clean linens. When we called for clean towels they told us we would have to bring them to the office and only wanted to give 2 for a room with 4 people. They advertise WiFi included but our first night there the internet didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. The room was ok, the place is older and needs updating. The staff was rude and not very helpful. If you only care about price you could stay here but you won’t get ANYTHING else here. Very disappointed overall!!!!

We arrive in the middle of the night so it unfold over a few hours. Full vacancy meant we were without a hotel on our vacation.The staff never informed the guests above us to stop showering or that they would need to be moved! There were 4 showers taken in that time and not once did the staff go upstairs and ask them to stop using the water in their room. The water just continuted to run into our room and the electrical keep tripping the breaker as we packed up our belongings. Staff was pleasant and really tried to put us in another room. When we got to our new hotel, we noticed our clothes had absorbed the wet, moldy smell of the room. A day later, we were very ill with respiratory issues.

The lady helping was so rude tried upcharging out the butt. When we got to the room it was filthy smelled of mold and cat piss. The shower leaked everywhere when we tried to get in. Food crumbs all around the bed. Stains on the wall. When we left the maid went in for not even 4 minutes and said the room was “clean”. If you want clean don’t go here. I was so annoyed with this visit.

The lobby and breakfast area has been updated, and rooms are very clean. Nice for a motel of its age well maintained were possible. Entering & exiting is a challenge but manageable. The laundry/ice machine room should be swept & moped more frequently.

These weary travelers needed a safe and clean place to rest. Best Western Ackworth GA did not disappoint. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many conveniences; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, full length mirror right by the door, television, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, juices, etc. was an unexpected bonus!

Place is excellent for its price and the staff is very helpful too. The only issue I faced was the hot water takes forever to come and the shower knob is not optimized forgot cold mix. Even if no daily service some replenishment of coffee etc would be nice.

They didn’t keep my reservation for the King sized bed that I had reserved. Also, the key that they gave me wouldn’t unlock the door. But it was ok for a one night stay

The only thing I would change is the product they used to clean the furniture in the room smells like cigarette. The front desk representative had to come up and spray Febreze for me in order for me not to smell the cigarette smell.

Very staff anytime i need something or im having issues with my card they always work with me. Bc if their kindness and close attention to any needs or accommodations they go over and beyond. I make it a point to always stay with them vs anywhere else. I think my only suggestion i would have for them is maybe some cheese at breakfast and some chocolate chips for the waffles.

So there were some disturbing reviews when i looked over where me and my wife should go for a 3 day stay for our convention for Jehovahs witnesses. From the day I was greeted by the host was exemtional. We was in a King bed suite. It was roomy and clean. It was quiet and staff was available onsite both visible in office and walking around. And the breakfast bar had me astonished! They had everything. And refilled so fast i was like i better get out of here or im a gain 20 pounds. This Best Western will have our service every time im back in this area.

This Best Western is basically good and clean. Unfortunately the TV remote didn't have batteries in it. Couldn't figure out what was wrong for a while, we thought the TV was broken. Then the complimentary shampoo and body wash were empty. They are fixed in the shower and opaque bottles so one can't tell levels. BUT I was already in the shower when discovering this so couldn't run to front desk for more. Maybe Housekeeping could monitor all of these.

Checked in and the person at the desk was nice. Went to my room and my wife pulled down the comforter and sheet and there was a dead bug on the sheet. Looked around the bed and found another dead bug on the box spring along with a bunch of hair. Went to the receptionist and she gave me another room. Went to that room and there was a dead bug on the comforter. Went back to the receptionist and at the bottom of the stairs was a dead cockroach. Told her I wasn’t staying here and was going somewhere else and she was very apologetic. Each time I went and showed her the pictures of the dead bugs she took pictures of them to show her manager.

The room was clean. The small, round toilets barely flushed though. Water pressure was mediocre in the shower. Also - the TV's were much smaller than most places. They have the crappy, generic remotes & there is no channel guide. Also - the TV doesn't have a USB port. So if you're bringing a Roku stick, bring an additional phone charger. "Breakfast" was okay (considering the price). No bagels nor English muffins. One flavor of yogurt; no cream cheese. DIY waffle, and there were biscuits, link sausage, and what appeared to be instant eggs. I know - you get what you pay for. And these types of places attract much lower income individuals... It is what it is. A cheap, functional hotel that provides a decent night's sleep. Don't expect much, and you won't be disappointed.

The property was not in good shape, the rooms were dated. They had a smell of mold. The walls had small black mold spots. The rooms were maintained bye housekeepers. The swimming pool, was not maintained properly, there was a garden hose, constantly filling the pool with water, the hose was moving around the deep end of the pool with a metal clip attached to it very dangerous... i have a video of it.

Overall was a good stay. Room was really clean, the shower just needed a better cleaning (scum around fixtures). Being right off the interstate was great, as we were traveling to multiple locations for a tournament.

This property needs serious upgrades!

There were a few problems but they were taken care of fairly quickly. The breakfast was good. It took a while for the hot water to come on but it did eventually.

Everything was fine except the television did not have all listed channels! I contacted the desk and they said it was a provider issue! Was not resolved!

Pool was green, deadbolt to the door was screwed into the door trim, thw door did not shut to the room we had to use the lock to hold it closed!

The refrigerator didn’t work, not clean like a hotel supposed to be, no handicap room or service accommodations for handicap, and the service from the manager and workers was not the best. They didn't understand english and the help was terrible. Better managment and customer service is needed.

Charged my card twice. But the real disappointment is when you have a reservation and been on the road all day and check-in late 8pm and get asigned a room and its still not clean from the previous day. And to be told theres no other rooms and standing on the balcony in the rain while house keeping was called to clean it is unsatisfactory. And we werent the only ones this happen to that night. Alot of unhappy people. No room service for 3 nights. Had togo get towels at the front desk. Owner should be ashamed, hold staff accountable and get more cleaning help. We Wont be back!

Very convenient to the interstate. Some really good restaurants within a two or 3 mile radius hotel is a bit outdated, but it was extremely clean and offered free breakfast. It was also very quiet.

There was no hot water in the room when we first got there. The next day finally got hot water to room after running tub water for 20 minutes. The third day we had no water from the hot side and had to show the person at the desk to see for himself. they then turned on the hot water to our room and we waited for 20 minutes again. this became the normal for the rest of our stay every time we needed hot water. We had stayed at this property Before with no problems, but this experience has made us question to stay there in the future.

Check in Mgr was very nice and helpful. Hotel decent and other customers ok for a Fri nite in GA. Convenient to fast food, gas and I75. Met all my needs.

I slept there for two nights in a queen bed my daughter came in for the third night to discover the other queen bed had dead and alive bed bugs. We left immediately. Fortunately the bed I slept in was not infested.

Great room but there was a smell like insecticide that bothered me. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, and good water pressure for the shower:

I usually don't post a review, however, this time I will. Your website clearly states breakfast is included in your stay. I find it rude for staff to rolled eyes at you and tell you where you have to eat. I grabbed yogurt for the 4 of us (my two children, my husband and I) and 2 coffees since breakfast was almost over. When this front desk lady made a comment to me saying there was a sign, about not taking food with you. Keep on mind I didn't take the whole breakfast bar that was there, correct. I kindly apologized! Yes, I didn't see your sign, whatever. Yes, I understand maybe some people take advantage but I didn't (I have paid for this). And your staff doesn't have to be rude about it.

No issues. I would stay here again.

Everything good ... we had a relaxing stay. Cleanliness was the most important to us ... and it was very good.

We booked this property because it had 3.8 stars. This property barely deserves a 2. This motel is old and outdated and the staff were not very helpful. Would not recommend at all.

Over charged without using the app but great place

I couldnt take a ahower after 12 hours road tril. Shower was dirty and room not clean. Price was high . You can lay less in a more decent and clean hotel. Very dissaponted.

It was fine... the room was freezing when we entered but we just had to adjust the thermostat but it took a bit to warm up

My room had no toilet paper. There were no coffee cups. The phone was not working correctly.

Nice, easy stay

Same as it was several years ago. The whole place smells musty and dirty. The one person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The night person was very unfriendly and so was the person in charge of preparing the breakfast. We found that the same problem we had the last time still existed. A lamp was not plugged in the wall. When I attempted to plug it in. Sparks flew. There was no hand soap in the room when we arrived. I had to go to front desk to get soap. Just to many things for me to ever stay at this place again.Tear it down, rebuild and fire the night auditor.

Clean, updated room and great service

Older property in need of updating. Beds were very comfortable which was the most important feature.
