Room was big , bed was comfortable, very clean overall, hotel located in a very good , serene location, very friendly and polite staff, modern fittings, was allowed to check in early , breakfast is delivered in the room and is ok Hotel lacks facilities so there is no on site restaurant or anything else however I believe you can order, there is no sign so it can be challenging to locate it ( typical with many hotels in the country so that they dont pay signage tax ) , hotel looks more like an inn rather than a hotel, overall for one night was ok

The size & overall comfort of the assigned room. The staff on duty - Naomi also went out of her way to organise breakfast for me at 6am since I was leaving for the airport. I truly appreciated this.

Quiet place where you can keep yourself to yourself. Comfortable rooms and safe, calm neighbourhood. Security is good and with the Glovo app you can easily order in food. Price quoted on booking.com is not the price you pay since the hotel implements their own exchange rate, (to offset the charge from booking.com apparently) so expect to pay slightly higher (approx. 10%). As I explained, it's booking.com who has given them my business, so I don't quite understand why I then have to pay booking.com's 'cut'. Then there was checkout. I appreciate I paid for a half-day extra rate, but this was enforced really quite vigorously with the cut-off at 6pm and I had to leave. There didn't seem to be any wiggle room and seemed unnecessary given that there were rooms empty. The breakfast 'add-on' that was promised didn't really materialise, though i was given some extra fruit. Since I gave a 10/10 rating for my previous visit, one might have expected some better customer relations? Finally you may not get the room you booked. For example, I should have received a room with a balcony but didn't, and still paid the same rate. I was shown a rate card and told that the actual rate was higher than booking.com and all of a sudden my booking.com price was not relevant.. crazy logic. But once your driver has left and you are tired and dripping with sweat, and you make your case.. what can you do? All of this leads me to the conclusion, that whilst this is a pleasant place, there is perhaps too much emphasis on the money side and an unwillingness to compromise which led to bad vibes, rather than a relaxed and jovial atmosphere.

Friendly staff, delicious food and a quiet environment.

Breakfast was ok but the eggs could be less well done for my taste. Butter was needed for the toast and i would prefer rolls. The location was quiet and calm. The lounge area could have the drinks in display and been more welcoming.
