The receptionist lied to me that my reservation covers 2 breakfasts, only to be embarrassed to pay additional fee at the kitchen.

The breakfast was good and on Thursday morning, it was a buffet style setting. The menus choices are acceptable. The shower needs some work for the bath water to drain properly. They did provide a towel to soak up the water. Also, the carpet on the floor is old and it should be removed. The carpet is not necessary since the room tile is decent. It’s an over kill.

I like that the staff were very customer oriented and professional from check in to check out, including arranging transportation for my travel needs. Importantly, the room I stay was very clean, beddings extra comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my stay and felt safe.
