JOHNWOOD HOTEL by Bolton

Clean, immaculate, great customer service. Food was great. When I was at the poolside bar, I sat down at a table and no one came to serve me. The bar staff stayed at the bar while I sat there for 20 minutes…and I was the only one there. The bar staff needs to be proactive and approach customers when they are seated in order to adequately serve them.

The Location is pretty good, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a wide selection for breakfast and for the evening buffet from International to local food choices. A bit pricey for dinner, but good food. I had HOT water in the bathroom. I enjoyed the spa availaible on floor 6. Hot water and sometimes pressure would come and go. Most of the time it was fine, but on rare occasions it would change. The staff member who checked us in must have been new. I had two reservations and she kept telling me I only had one, and wouldnt accept the rates on the other one until her supervisor told her how to do it.

Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. The pool DJ was blasting music on a Sunday evening, for no apparent reason.

I had the perfect stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful, super friendly, and I felt very welcome. Always with a smile on their face and very humorous. The hotel is perfectly equipped. The gym was great. For breakfast, there was everything the heart desires. Thanks a lot! Nothing.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The staff were also very helpful It’s in a quiet part of the central location so you will need a taxi to enjoy any nightlife

Rooms are really clean, staff is amazing! They helped me with all my asks with smile, and the honest one. Not sure only about food, did not have time to go to breakfast, and got sick later so did not have much apetite

It was well located, the facilities and services were top notch, the food was great and the staff were nothing short of excellent and really supportive, I would really recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Location The fact that the outdoor swimming pool was not heated. No irons in rooms thereby being forced to use the hotel laundry services

Poolside and terrace were under construction and thus not accessible. Clean rooms and common areas and friendly welcoming staff.

Extra upgrade to suite The food was too spicy for me. Even the Spanish omelette at breakfast.

Breakfast options were expansive which gives guests wide range to choose from. The breakfast room sitting arrangement is just okay. It's the ideal if you want to interact; I didn't notice a single-sitter table for someone who might want or need time alone. See above.

I made this reservation for Jacob Sule and my credit card was charged.When he got to the facility around 22:30pm he was told the booking was not available.They said the only available room was one of the executive suites which they discounted and I made a transfer.My account was debited but the room was not available for use.Pls investigate and reverse this charge.
