The property was clean and serene. Staff members and even the manager were polite and very helpful. The food was great and the hotel is nicely located and within great proximity to the Jabi lake mall. They are currently reconstructing the bar/lounge premises but I believe that should be for a short time.

It's close to Jabi Lake Mall The room, towels, linen are clean Ac working well what is important for hot weather The shower is also working heating water The hotel made so you can't see anything from the window no veiw at all I felt like a prisoner. I paid for 2 adults and one child, and breakfast was included by my genius level, but the administration said they would feed only 2 adults. What???? In the shower, they have washing liquid soap, no shampoo, and no shower gel. It's not a 4-star hotel. There is no buffet for breakfast. It's an order with small choices, and you need to wait while they are cooking it slowly. The restaurant needs to be renovated it's old. Even from the hotel, I didn't feel welcome (talking about staff)

I didn't like the fact that their restaurant closed at 10:00pm and their menu is very limited. Room service wasn't great, meal orders were mixed.

The hotel offers competitive room rates but only ideal for a good night sleep and nice shower. Furnishings and bathroom facilities though now fairly dated are of high quality. The hotel needs to do more in the area of entertainment. Providing only one tea cup and a single use supply of tea/coffee is rather too miserly. Breakfast options are also too few.
