Hotel Restaurant provides amazing food in addition to a delicious breakfast. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The airport shuttle service is of good quality and well operated. Overall facilities are worn out, many minor things in the room were broken. The room was extremely dark. Water was lukewarm at best. But by far the worst part was the horrible internet. It was nearly impossible to browse any pages, only text messages worked (mostly). Any video calls etc. were impossible. Just be prepared that internet does not exist in this hotel.

I like the fact that it has a sitting room for relaxation and guest. I understand that thw hotel has been around for a while, the management has done well with maintenance but there is need for improvement considering the trends and market competition. The AC in the sitting room wasn't working well. I would have love if the bathing section had a closet. The wardrobe closet would have been proper if it was attached the room and not to the toilet. The bed should have been a 6by6 not 4by6.. The towel in the toilet is old and partly torn.

The hotel is at a nice location. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Nothing

The room was OK, bed was firm which is comfortable for me. Front desk was supportive to hire an Uber for we when they didn't have any drivers on hand. The closet had several hangers. The shower water was too hot, and to make it cold, the water had be turned down to a very weak pressure. Pillows seemed old and 2 of the 4 seemed like pieces of foam. Breakfast was OK, but so sad in a country famous for beans, to be served baked beans from a can!

The location was fantastic as it was very central with amenities. Fully Air-conditioned as ABUJA is very hot at this time of the year. N/A

Size of the room. Clean facilities Terrible Internet. No safe in the room at check-in. At check-in they gave me a room by the side of diesel genset (terribly noisy) and without safe box. As I did not accept it, they offered to change to a room much smaller than what I booked. Only the third room was as booked, but without safe box, which was installed the following day after several unattended complaints. Internet service was very bad during the whole stay.

The location was not far from our office. Very good choice. The breakfast was not easy for strangers like us. You should also have international foods for people like us. +1 for the guy Ilyassou we met at the restaurant. Adorable, respectful and kind. I will definitely choose your place each time i come in Abuja. The breakfast not so various that it should be and too much pepper in your food. Was not so easy to eat.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and willing to help. Breakfast food was good. Very run down hotel compared to expectations of the brand. 5-6 power cuts per day, which came back on with on site generator. No towels in the roof, shower was cold and covered in mold. No alcohol available.

Everything looks old. And not really maintained.The lighting is so dim you need a flashlight just see what you're doing. The wifi is bad. The fancy tub shower looked run down and there were used shower products. Not worth the price.

The breakfast is okay & the location is perfect. A staff embarrassed us on leaving the hotel but he apologised later which was not acceptable to us. Reason: After checking out, & we were inside our vehicle ,a staff came in as asked us about a missing towel in the room. Very embarrassing. ! He later discovered that the missing towel was packed out by the cleaner who initially came to the room to clean before we returned after taken our breakfast on Sunday 24 September, 2023 ..we were in room.141. Pls investigate. Thank you.
