I stay at home2suites often and as usual the hotel is will maintained and clean. The problem I had on this visit was something I've not experienced in the past. As a Hilton honors member, I'm usually given a bag with a snack and two bottles of water upon check-in. I received the bag this time as well, but when I got to my room and opened one of the waters I realize that the cap was not sealed. I didn't think too much of it at the time, but when I went to open the second bottle of water I realize that it was only about 3/4 full and the cap was also unsealed. Fortunately I saw both of these and I thought better than to drink them, but this is a big problem. I don't know what happened to that water, but it wasn't sealed properly.was that an empty bottle thamy bag? You got to do better than that.

The property was clean, stocked, and welcoming! I loved the doggy biscuits and doggie bowls! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Nothing

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Plenty of good coffee all day and night. The walls between rooms were quite thin. We were serenaded with the snoring of someone in the adjacent room.

Chris was friendly and knowledgeable

Arrived late after a long travel day for a graduation. Our first room had a musty smell, the night manager quickly apologized and changed our room. It was seamless and greatly appreciated after such a long day. For this, the manager gets 5 stars. The bathroom in our room was not as clean as expected. I won’t go into details, but I did share a photo with the front desk person at checkout. This issue deserves 1 star. Unacceptable, but too tired to return to front desk. Hopefully, they correct and it doesn’t continue.

The worst room I have ever stayed in for $350. We checked in around 7pm just to drop our stuff off to meet friends for dinner and we didn't get back to the room till after 11pm. Cranked the AC down and the fan was broken or something. Made the loudest noise imaginable and made sleep impossible if it was on. Hotel was completely booked for ACU's homecoming, so we couldn't move rooms.
